Stopped by North Pointe this morning for an out of state inspection! Chad was friendly and professional from start to finish.The shop is also a beauty to stand in - great classic cars and bikes.

I took my vehicles into Northpoint a few times, and the sales manager Cliff O Connor was really professional and help me out when I didn t know quite what to do on some things. He was very quite helpful. Explained everything thoroughly and made everything easy. I think everybody there does a quality job.

I had one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had! Chad and Cliff and Bobby are exceptional. No high pressure and they really took the time to make sure everything was right for me. I highly recommend them.

I love this place!!! I stopped in to check out the adorable blue Honda Acty van, and it's like a little automobile history museum!! The sales guy, Chad, was very friendly and honest, talking me out of the Acty by being upfront that it wouldn't serve the intended purpose I had for it. I now have my eye on the renovated 80s VW van I saw in the garage I wonder if it will hit the sales floor in the near future. It's really a one stop shop here - luxury/classic auto sales, to full maintenance and body shop. This is a case where the reviews don't lie - I highly recommend checking them out. I will definitely be keeping them on my list of the very few places I would take my car for work.

North Pointe Auto Group is by far one of the best and most professional automotive service and automotive sales groups I ve EVER dealt with! With them there is no hassle like some of the other automotive groups around. I felt like a valued customer and someone who is being treated fairly! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs an auto tune up, an automotive service or is looking to purchase their new dream car!

I was waiting until I added the spoiler to the car before I wrote this review but was very pleased with my purchase from North Pointe Auto Group. Bill was great from the start. There was an issue before purchase with the vehicle and Bill was honest from the get go and also kept me updated and resolved the issue with no problems. I would recommend North Pointe to anyone that is in the area and looking for their next vehicle. Thanks again guys. As you can see the car looks great!

I bought a 1996 Camaro z28ss from these guys. Everyone in the shop was super respectful and helpful. Answered all my questions and helped me with a check engine light that came up for free. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone probably the best shop I ve been too!!

I needed an Out of State inspection for my Ford Edge. I called, and Cliff was extremely welcoming over the phone. He told me I didn't need an appointment, so I went on over. Upon my arrival, I was made to feel important and at home. Cliff started on my inspection right away, and I was done inside of 10 minutes. I will definitely consider North Pointe Auto Group for any future needs, as they took care of me like I was a king, even though my needs were fairly insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Thanks Cliff and team!

I went with my son to look at a Honda Civic. He made an appointment and we found the car to be in very good shape for a 2005. Virtually no rust under the chassis, the tires look nearly brand new and the muffler also! Apparently it had been a 2 owner car and appeared to be well cared for. There are a few minor issues that we pointed out, and Chad was very receptive to us as buyers and he made a very fair adjustment to the price. I could go on and on about our experience and how clean the place was, but suffice it to say that all you have to do is just look at all the 5 star reviews; they paint a very accurate picture of the your experience that you will have with this business. P.S. we bought the car right after the test drive. Also I agree with one of the reviews that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had.The only negative thing I could think of was that it is difficult to find this business as the are no "North Pointe" signs to be be seen. Good thing I looked at Google maps before leaving home.July 10,2021:Returned two years later to purchase this Ford Focus ST for me. It was a fair price so I did not haggle too much. Car was in very good shape and they gave me a full tank of gas. That was a nice touch! Thanks Chad.UPDATE: Oct 4, 2021 I still have not been able to get the dents in the car repaired. I was told their dent guy could do the work and that he works on high end cars. It's been 3 months now, so I've dropped one star on my rating.

Bill and the team at North Pointe was great. They worked with me being a truck driver and buying from them out of state. The night before I had my Ram transported, thieves stole my catalytic converter off my truck and a few other vehicles on their lot. They made it right by sending it to the shop and picking up the tab the next day after it arrived in North Carolina. Honestly, Professional, Easy to work with would definitely recommend. Thanks team.

I met with Chad Boyles who is one of the owners. Their facility is amazing and he was completely professional in helping with my needs. He also explained in detail all of the services that they provide. I will definitely think of them for any future automotive services or potential purchases too. They also have this very cool Ford GT that you can view there.

Completely satisfied with my 2002 Lexus purchase. Car was in tiptop shape and had amazingly low miles for its age. Chad and the entire crew there are great to work with and I would highly recommend and refer friends and family.

Happy with my Porsche purchase two weeks ago! I worked with both Chad and Cliff and they provided excellent service throughout the process. They even threw in a free alignment and two weeks later they honored that request. I would highly recommend them for car purchases and service!

The other day I started to hear a horrible noise coming from my rear brakes. I took the car in to North Pointe for a diagnosis and they showed me that the driver's side rear brake caliper was seized, causing where the brake pad used to be to grind on my rotor. They took me back into the bay and showed me and let me feel the huge gashes in the rotor. They ordered the parts for me and we setup an appointment. The car is now back in working order and better than ever! I even got sprayed by a salt truck on my way there, and they had the car cleaned for me!I'm always very hesitant to have people work on my car, as it is my pride and joy, but I trust North Point Auto completely. These people love cars just as much as I do. This is the only place I will let work on my car because I know they are going to do great work and treat my car as their own. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you want your car to be in good hands and be treated the best, take your car here and have no worries. This is the second time I've brought my car to them and each time I leave extremely satisfied.
