Were able to get me in and resolve all of my issues very quickly! Friendly people and the fact that I was able to get a courtesy car at no additional expense while they took care of my vehicle was a service I've never received anywhere else! Definitely will be going there for any future issues I might have. Highly recommend

Did a great job identifying the problem ,I have had no issues since and I believe the assessments and pricing to be fair. They invited me to see the car on the lift to see the issues. I was given recommendations for items that could be completed but I did not feel any undue pressure to accept that work. They inadvertently disconnected the wipers, I had to take it back to be reconnected but they did that quickly and without hassle. Courteous and knowledgeable staff.

I took my car in for what turned out to be a compression issue in one of the cylinders. The team, led by my representative Colson, went above and beyond to properly diagnose the issue, then fight with my warranty company for replacement (nearly $10000). My car was there for over a month, but I received nearly daily updates from Colson and was able to drive a loaner which tremendously helped. You all earned my business for life!

ER Automotive has serviced my car many times. I have always found them to be fast, friendly and fair in price. However, this was my experience when things went well and as expected. Would I have the same experience if there were an issue? I had an opportunity to put their service to the test and I am pleased to share they exceeded my expectations. Anyone can provide great maintenance and service your car. However, it is rare when a business actually stands behind their work, owns and fixes the issue hassle free! ER Automotive customer for life!

Best mechanic shop I've ever visited. They were kind and understanding of my situation and helped me get my car road safe and running quickly and at a very fair price. I will always come back to them with any future repairs that I need. And I can't thank them enough for what they've done for me. Definitely come down and see them for great affordable and friendly service

They did great work on my 2012 Journey. They were able to get me in same day to do their inspection and they had the parts on hand to replace my radiator so they had the work done by the next morning. The car has been running without issue since I got it back from them.The staff was also easy to work with. Jim was my main point of contact and he was very knowledgeable and didn't condescend like some guys do. He was also upfront everytime there was going to be any additional cost and got approval from me before they did the additional work.All in all I'm very happy with the work done.

ER Autocare felt genuine and helped me identify several issues on my Jeep. They went beyond typical service and helped me to tow my vehicle even though they did not have to. They are readily available, explain everything in detail, and very patient with their customers. Will definitely leverage them in the future for any auto repairs or needs.

I have used ER for all of my vehicles and Service has always been top-notch. They are always friendly and a loaner is available if we need it. I recently had a license plate screw that the dealer was going to schedule an appointment and charge me. I called ER and they told me to bring the car in. As soon as I showed up, They removed the screw, installed the new license plate, and did not charge me. Their service is fantastic. I highly recommend this business.

After business hours, we had to have one of our vehicles towed in due to the alternator going out and draining the battery as well. I was able to book an appointment on line and ER had the estimate early the next morning. It was in line with what I expected and they had the vehicle repaired that day. As a bonus, they had vacuumed the car as well! Great service, great value!

Oil changes are never a problem here but actual repairs have always been far over priced. Every other place I call about having work done gives me a quote about $200 less than what ER does. However, it's a great place for oil changes.

I recently purchased a new set of tires for one of our company trucks. Price was fair and while it was in the shop, they did an alignment as well, all within the time frame that I was told it would take. I was also given a loaner car for transportation.E&R has been doing repairs on our vehicles for many years.Great job guys!!!!

First thing - upon entry, the shop is the cleanest and most organized business I have ever been in! The service personnel are quick to respond customers entering the store. They were busy and as with most places short handed but had our oil change done within the hour. ER Autocare gave us a list of services that needed looking into but were not pushy about getting them taken care of. After paying, we returned to out van and found all the trash gone, the carpets vacuumed and it smell wonderful! Way to go!

My truck was needing repairs for mistakes made by my previous mechanic. I spoke with Jim who was able to get me scheduled the next morning. After looking at my vehicle it was determined the repairs were more significant then initially thought. The bad news was they were going to need my truck for a couple days. The good news is they graciously provided a vehicle for me to use free of charge while I waited for my truck to be completed. This was the first time using ER AutoCare and the experience was good. I will be using them again for my vehicles maintenance and repair services.

Took my daughter's car to them because the engine light kept coming on and I kept getting a code for the bank 1 oxygen sensor, they gave her a car to drive til they could look at it the next day. Turned out it also had a bad cam timing sensor, they let me know what it would cost upfront which I appreciated and they did a really good job the on the repairs and they give you a warranty for parts a repairs of it happens again, only thing I'd say is they are a little pricey but they got the car done in one day the Ford dealer would have had it for a week and they give the warranty so All in all I'm giving them 5 stars, they were very nice and even showed me the bad parts upon my request. I recommend giving them a chance to show you an alternative to the dealership repair shops.

Excellent service, diagnostic performed on my vehicle and found out what the problem was in minutes. Explained what the problem was, and presented me with a plan to execute the repair, along with a quote. Didn't charge me for the diagnostic performed. Thank you and I appreciate your services. I recommend that people use ER Auto care service to find out what really is the problem with their vehicle and how much you'd really have to pay, for budget minded people .

I spent just a mere 200 dollars to figure out to never ever take my car here not even for an oil change. I would push my car around rather then have them "check" my car out. These small businesses in plain city used to be good its no wonder people have to take their car to dealers now or marysville everyone wants your money...all of it

I take my car here for routine maintenance & am happy with the services. Recently, my tire light came on. Since there's no way to know which tire(s) is involved, I stopped in & they took it in quickly and got it done!

ER Autocare in Plain City did me a huge favor today. Son's car sounded like the bendix gear in the starter wasn't engaging the flywheel. They pulled (with rope) the care from about quarter mile away to their shop, examined the situation and let me know what was going on within a half an hour. The bolts had loosened on the starter I had replaced ~90 previously. They fixed the car within an hour and the bill was way less than expected. Friendly, courteous service during the entire experience. I highly recommend this business.

Took our Chevy Malibu in the day I called. Repairs were done that day and they let us use a rental car. Customer service is amazing. I dont like mechanics that much but these people go above and beyond. Thank you so much for everything. We will ne back.

I waited to have the oil and filter changed, and was in and out quickly. The only issue I had was forgetting to bring my coupon and save $. A little pricey with out it.

Went in for a transmission fluid flush during the last week in December since we were giving a quote earlier in December via text. At first we were not given the quoted offer via text at the office. So, we did not do the work. But after we texted ER back in regards to not getting the office when we brought the vehicle in, we were told that they would honor the earlier quote. Evidently the office was not aware or remembered the earlier quote. We brought the vehicle the second time and the job got done for the price quoted earlier. So we are happy.
