Just had 2 near new (2022 model year) large SUV s PPF d in the front and the rest of the SUV ceramic coated and could not be happier with the outcome! The work was very well done and they addressed any minor issues quickly and at no extra cost. The staff were always extremely friendly and communicative. They worked around our schedules and we had no issues with dropping off or picking up our vehicles or concerns about leaving our SUV s with their shop. We would highly recommend Detail Pro Shop.As a side note, they are also pet friendly and we were able to bring our Golden Retriever on the few occasions we were at the shop which we greatly appreciated. 5 out of 5 stars! :)

These guys provide a fantastic service to me for getting my 23 Honda Accord s windows tinted using the ceramic tint! looking far better than stock! They made my appointment and service hassle free and stayed in touch with me every step of the way. I will definitely be coming back for more service soon.

Does not get any better than this! Front end wrap and wheel flares. Ceramic coating on Entire vehicle. Completed with a full window tint Fantastic! The entire crew was very helpful with everything. Thank you

Initially, I wasn t ready for car detailing thinking of the cost, quality of the service, originality of the car, warranties and etc... It is obvious that Detail Pro located at Plain City, Ohio has a sense of pride in the work they do and it shows from their end result (trust me and you will feel the same once you experience it).My car actually looked better when they completed their job compared to when I purchased it brand new from Tesla. They did a whole list of services including Full Paint Protection Film (PPF); Ceramic coating and conditioning (both interior and exterior); replacing and ceramic coating the wheel rims; brake calipers; spoiler; Tesla Logos and more additional services. The price was very very reasonable and they included a lot of additions in as complementary packages I had the ultimate pleasure of working with Jacob and Amanda who helped me throughout the entire process and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, passionate and it was like no other experience I have ever had in the past from a car shop. They went above and beyond their limits to help in all possible ways. They gave me ride back when I dropped off my car & they dropped off the car back to my house when it was ready. And I live about 30 miles away from their shop. No other shop around would have even considered doing it from my experiences Totally impressed !Unlike other shops, they don t work just for the money but they work for people and their customers which made to feel like a family. I did not get a chance to see Mike who is the actual owner of this shop but have heard a lot about him from his team. Kudos to him for having a wonderful team !!!And make sure to ask for Drew and Justin who actually worked on my car. I know everyone there are as good but these guys were just AMAZING !!! Can t express with words Their work on my car is unimaginably impressive and they gave so much time in explaining and helping me in each and every step of the process As I mentioned earlier, I would definitely say that these guys (Jacob; Amanda; Justin; Drew) are more like a family now They even scheduled me for a 2 week follow up appointment to make sure everything looks good and did a full car detailing for free of cost !!! They have lot of contacts around to satisfy all the need. Planning to go back for some additional services as well Thank you again Detail Pro Shop for an absolutely stellar service! I will highly recommend Detail Pro Shop located at Plain City Ohio to anyone who is looking for an impeccable and professional car detailing service !!! I had PPF applied to my vehicle and I'm extremely pleased with the result. The people working there are extremely friendly and helpful. I asked about adding the PPF film to some extra areas that aren't included in the package, they included them without additional charge. Also gave me a goody bag of detailing products when I checked out. I highly recommend Detail Pro Shop!

Mike is fantastic. I asked how much it would be for the services I wanted (PPF, Tinting, and Ceramic Coating) and got a quote in under 24 hours. I had a few scheduling conflicts and he was more than accommodating. I got to the shop and and had a few questions about what he would recommend for my car and he showed me everything, including his own personal vehicle.He made the process incredibly easy. They even dropped me home and saved me a $75 Uber. I cant recommend this place enough. I highly recommend this shop and Mike. I will 100% be back to get the rest of my car wrapped and coated. If you have a vehicle and want it taken care of by attentive, detailed and customer focused people I'd look no further.

Worth. Every. Penny.Got full stealth PPF, ceramic coating (including wheels and calipers), full window tint, and some cosmetic extras. Beautiful, expensive, but all this work has already prevented some rock chips. They did all the work I asked for, and it was a long list. It also looks so f'ing good!Detail Pro Shop will also correct their own work. After a two week evaluation, they replaced the PPF on one of the taillights. I didn't even know there was an issue with it!Post completion, I told a couple of the employees that I'd give them photos of their work, but I'm very busy in my free time and forgot. So I've included some hydrophobic shots here, enjoy!*Last photo is before Detail Pro Shop worked on this vehicle*

Service is fantastic! In a time when a lot of businesses don't care, Detail Pro Shop is absolutely amazing from the meeting the customer, to a professionally finished product, through return of your car in my case. I had all windows tinted and am so happy with the work! I recommend them with complete honesty! Great job!

Detail Pro Shop was amazing..I had them install the Ultimate Plus Paint Protection Film and it looks flawless. It took only 2 days. They also drove me home after I dropped the car off and pick me up when it was finished. Got a great price. Great customer service. Special thanks to Mike and Jacob. When I need some more car detailing I will be returning.

Great company to work with! Got my Tesla black PPF'd on the entire front and ceramic coating on top. Looks super sharp even in the gloomy weather! The paint matches the wrap great so no clear indications of it actually being wrapped. With the ceramic on top of that it matches beautifully. Also had them 50% tint the windshield, which is a god send in the bubble effect on this car, in the snow and match the previous rear tint on the front windows! Will be back for any future needs.

I took 3 of my vehicles here to get window tint, interior and exterior detail, and ceramic coated. Best decision I ve ever made. Devin was very helpful in the process of choosing the best options for each of my vehicles. Detail Pro Shop is hands down the best all around detail shop in the city.

The folks over at Detail Pro Shop love their craft and make sure to deliver on a quality job. After calling around to multiple detailers in the columbus area, I decided it was them I wanted to Detail my 2023 Civic Type R. They did a full front PPF, Ceramic Coat, and window tint. My favorite part was the opportunity to walk into their shop while they were working on my car, talk to the employees, and check out the work they were doing on my car and other peoples to. They assisted me in transportation to my house during drop off as well as their normal services. Devin and the rest of the crew definitely do what they can to not only make sure your car looks good (which is why we all go) but also make efforts to educate you and make sure you pick the right services for your car. It's expensive work so they want to be sure they get it right on the first try.Their communication is on point and they make all efforts to keep you informed. It was nice to follow them on Facebook and watch the car get worked on in stages from some of the pictures they post. I would recommend them to anyone interested in any detail related services for your car.Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Window tinting, Car waxing, Paint repair

I would highly recommend Pro Detail Shop. The best detail I have ever had and I used to wholesale cars. Additionally the customer service was excellent and Mike was honest, explained everything and was easy to work with.I had my wife s minivan detailed. It is used to haul 4 kids around who do sports and other activities. The kids eat in the minivan, come in it dirty and play in it while waiting for their siblings. The cleanliness when Mike was done was unreal, the interior looked brand new. I also had lots of scratches and he got most of them out and the ones he could not get it out he explained why,Highly recommend. Will use them again!!

They did a great job of installing paint protection film on my 2023 Tesla model X. Mike & Devin were very accommodating, in fact, Mike drove me home the day that I brought it in. They tinted the windows exactly as I had asked. My car was ready by the time they told me. I recommend Detail Pro Shop to anyone interested in Paint protection for their car, and or window tinting. They also do complete detailing which I plan on having done as soon as the weather gets better.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Window tinting

Mike and his team did an amazing job on my car. I spend a lot of time in my car for work and have 2 dogs. The interior has not been cleaned for a very, very long time. I was embarrassed to turn it over to them, it was that bad! They got every corner and crevice cleaned. It looks brand new inside and out! Thank you!

I took my NC over to these guys for the full treatment detail, polish, ceramic coat, window tint and ppf. Absolutely knocked it out of the park! This 15 year old paint just glows now! Detail Pro Shop was recommended to me by the technicians at MotorKars in Columbus. I took 2 vehicles to them and they applied paint protection film, ceramic coating and window tinting. The vehicles look amazing. They were easy to work with, explained all of the processes and helped me to select the best service for each vehicle. They were very accommodating to my schedule and communicated the timeline of the work done. The vehicles were completed on time and the attention to detail and quality of the work was superb. I would happily recommend them and take other vehicles to them.

I had a great experience here. Got a ceramic coat and full window tint and they had 50% off the tint with the coat. I was initially going to just wait at the shop or maybe Uber back to my house, but they offered to drive me back home while they did the work, and then they dropped my car off at my house when finished. Excellent work and service. Don't hesitate.

I recently had my Tesla Model 3 Performance treated here and these guys did a great Job. I worked with Mike to schedule and talk about what I wanted. He was extremely professional and quick to respond. I received a few other quotes and they were far above the quote mike gave me for a full body ceramic coat, partial PPF and window tint. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning for future vehicle details.Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Wheel washing, Window tinting

Would I use Detail Pro Shop again? 100%Last year, I had my Infiniti M37xS detailed by the Detail Pro Shop and could not be happier. Mike and his team are super responsive, answer every single question and most importantly do great work. My 9yr old car has never look better. Plus the drop off service makes it so easy if your are around Dublin.True story: when they returned my car from the last detail I was working from home. When the car pulled into our court, I said dang that car looks great , only to realize it was mine.

Red carpet service and product. Devin the GM gave me a tour when I dropped off the car. I was introduced to the installer as well, Justin. Great guys.Front windshield plus all sides and rear with with XPEL XL Black. Front bumper and mirrors with with XPEL Ultimate Plus.

Detail Pro Shop has taken care of 2 of my cars (Mazda MX-5, Mazda CX-5), both with fantastic results. The MX-5 had tint, full car clear bra and a ceramic coating put on last summer and it came out great! They earned my trust, so I had a paint correction, partial front clear bra, tint and 5 year ceramic coating installed on my CX-5. It definitely looks better than when I bought it new 2 weeks ago! The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. It takes A LOT for me to trust anyone with one of my cars (yes, I'm one of those guys, even if my cars don't seem like anything special). I've recommended Detail Pro Shop to multiple friends, and I think it only takes one look to see their quality work.Services: Scratch removal, Auto detailing, Window tinting, Paint repair

Outstanding job on my vehicle. I purchased a 22 Cadillac that had terrible, terrible fallout in the paint. 2 bodyshops tried to fix the issue by buffing the vehicle, but the spots came right back. A 3rd bodyshop said all they could do was paint the entire vehicle.Detail Pro Shop did a 2 step paint correction in a single day, now the vehicle looks like it came straight off the showroom floor!

2/14/22:Chose this location to get a ceramic coating and paint protection film applied to my STI and they did an excellent job! No air bubbles and the car was absolutely spotless upon picking it up.They even cleaned my floor mats even though the work was only for the outside of the car. If that isn't attention to detail and going above and beyond then I don't know what is. The people working here clearly care quite a bit about what they do and the quality of their work. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be coming back for my future auto detailing needs!Edit 2/19/23:Almost exactly 1 year later and I came back for window tinting. Yet again another 5 star job! The new location is awesome, there's even a racing simulator to enjoy while you wait. Still recommend this shop above all others

The staff at Detail Pro Shop was great to work with from start to finish. I had my Subaru ceramic coated and the results are fantastic. They fit me into their schedule quickly and were totally transparent about their process and pricing. Zach worked on my car and has great attention to detail and was always quick to respond to my questions via text. I also had them detail my interior to get rid of all the dog hair and the car looked brand new when I picked it up.Great company and staff to work with. Will definitely be back.

I've had exceptional service at the Detail Pro Shop. EVERYONE has been professional. The facility is clean and organized. The knowledge, quality of work, care and the attention to detail provided by the team members is second to none. Highly recommend.
