Great experience with Color Fast, exceptional customer service. I had a few scratches on my hood that were through the paint and a couple dents in my door. The owner, Leslie, was very responsive and knowledgeable. She explained my options and scheduled my appointment quickly. They even took care of a few dents I didn t realize I had. The cost was very reasonable. Leslie made sure I was happy before I left. I would highly recommend Color Fast!

The owner for this place Leslie is so amazing and friendly! She offered me guidance and support throughout the process. She is great at working with your insurance and is very reasonable. Her work ethics are great and the quality of work is top notch! Thank you Leslie for such an amazing job with my car!

I'm exceptionally impressed with the service.This place is filled with positive attitudes and friendly workers.Very honest and they won't charge you an arm and a leg, sometimes, even complimentary service.Very reliable and dependable.The scratch was gone n it looked brand new

Where do I begin to talk about the amazing experience I had? While transitioning to their new shop the communications, planning, ordering of the parts needed, and Incredible job Leslie and team did on my paint and body work on my car. While the product quality was award worthy and the output of the product looks like my car was just off the showroom floor, the customer service, communication updates and delivery time also matches the quality of the product. It was such an amazing experience when the situation that required the interaction from an auto accident you would think would be stressful and filled with many moving pieces. I truly can t say enough about this company, their brand and how much they truly care about the quality of the product delivering and experience. Absolute best experience ! First time I went to ColorFast by picking them randomly about 6 years ago to get quote for removing minor scratches as other places were giving high quote. I came out amazed when Leslie did the job with perfection and refused to take money for such a small job. I had another minor scratch about 4 years ago and again she fixed it and did not take anything even though I insisted. When my BMW got into accident, she was my first choice to go for the repair. She pushed the insurance company and was managed to put all OEM parts. Kept me updated during the repair. Went above and beyond by replacing the windshield as it got damaged from the work Dublin city was doing near her shop. Refused to take payment from me for deductible before getting the windshield replaced even though windshield was an unrelated work. Hard to find such high integrity and customer focus now a days !

They did a OUTSTANDING job fixing my s65 AMG. I run a automotive shop myself so I'm VERY picky. I have very high expectations of work performed. This shop went above and beyond my expectations. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. Was skeptical at first because I never heard of them but now all I can say is WOW! I Went to see the shop and met the team before having my car towed to their garage, very friendly and professional team, James took time to show me around the shop and answered all my questions. The only thing I can say is BE PATIENT and TRUST THE PROCESS!!!! Leslie knows what s best and even fought with my insurance company to get quality OEM parts instead of the b.s, USED parts the insurance company was trying to make her use. Leslie always kept me in the loop throughout the process with text updates as things happened. I used Color Fast to paint my scratched bumper and to patch the front license plate holes on my front bumper. They did such an AMAZING job! They were so kind and so professional. They treated me like they truly cared about me and did an outstanding job! They did the job in a very timely manner. The thing that truly sets them apart from the rest is they send you pictures and texts telling you what they are doing throughout the process. This way you can see they are doing exactly what they say they are. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicle and give them the highest of recommendations! Body damage on my car due to accident. Brought car in on a Thursday to get an estimate. Leslie and Jim looked it over and provided two options, providing a lot of detail. Was able bring the car in the next day. They began the repair on Saturday (I had advised that needed the car before the next Friday). They sent me pictures on each milestone step of the repair. The job was completed on time and looked good as new. I have say that Leslie and Jim are both so professional and personable. Hopefully no more accidents, but if so, would be a repeat customer.Service: Body & Trim

The reviews are true! Very helpful and attentive, and offered to do as much as possible for as little as possible as a first alternative. Saw some of the dents they repaired and they looked great, including along fender seams.Update: Some ne er-do-well ran into our minivan in the Jerome parking lot May 2022 and left no note. About the only positive experience to come out of it was dealing with Color Fast again. Just wonderful people and service. Thank you.

I brought my car in with very deep scratches and Leslie was able to fix it amazingly well same day! Her and her staff are incredibly hard working and the friendliest staff I've worked with in a long time. I will be returning when I need service, and I recommend you go as well!

What are the odds of two family members getting a hit and run in the same week?! No matter, Color Fast took care of us both and did a spectacular job. They communicated throughout the entire process and then detailed our cars inside and out looked beautiful. Best customer service i have seen in years. I was put in good words by Jam Shop Auto Repair and it absolutely turned out to be the best. Leslie removed the very minor scuffs on my car generously while other location gave me a quote for over 700 dollars

They did an awesome job on my car after someone attempted to break into it and damaged the door and window. Leslie sent me progress photos of my car, and they even called my insurance to get a virtual approval from a claims adjuster. Great experience!

Amazing , economical , other store at sawmill gave $1900 estimation where jim was able to wipe off & put a little paint while we were talking without any charge. I had to forcibly tip a girl for doing amazing job. Leslie and jim are awesome and highly recommend for any paint jobs. They do work for all dealers around , so you see nice fancy certified cars, mostly jim has touched those.

I would definitely recommend ColorFast to anyone who needs any kind of body work or detailing.I brought my vehicle to ColorFast based on the recommendation from another business. My vehicle is from 2014 and had several scratches and dents that were becoming annoying.Leslie (the owner) looked at my vehicle and gave me multiple options based on my desire to keep it for the next several years.As a result, ColorFast did a GREAT job with my vehicle for a very reasonable price. They are very good at what they do and provide a very personalized experienced.I will certainly contact them again for any future body work.Services: Painting, Auto detailing, Paint repair

My car is a royal blue color and seems to show every nick, scrape and scratch over the past 4 years of ownership. Color Fast made my car look BRAND NEW! They did an amazing job and the service was second to none! I highly recommend them!

Recently purchased a 2017 Accord Coupe in pearl white. The previous owner removed the badges from the back of the car and did a spotty job to touch up the paint. Dropped my car off on a Wed, Leslie took care of it by Thursday afternoon, but most importantly, they did an amazing job. I have some additional areas I'd like touched up and plan to take it back to this shop.

I had a dent on the side of my car that I made much worse by trying to repair myself. Leslie and Billy did an amazing job fixing not only the initial damage, but repairing the damage I had caused as well. They are AMAZING, i ve been to this shop multiple times and every time they go above and beyond. The paint jobs and repairs are beautiful and flawless my car looks brand new. Fingers crossed I won t need to come back anytime soon but if I do no questions asked I will be returning!
