I travel 15 miles to have John work on my vehicles. Always knowledgeable and answers all questions I may have. I've taken 4 vehicles in the past, including a Polaris Slingshot. He took the time to put an LED lighting system on it. GREAT MECHANIC.

I was impressed with my first experience with Actual Auto. John is very knowledgeable & took his time explaining the issues my vehicle may be having. After his inspection it was nothing I thought it was. He didn't try to up sell me into something I didn't need. I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness.

I m very picky about who I let work on my vehicles. John was straightforward with what I needed done, he found another problem that could have caused serious problems and was still able to get it all repaired in the time I needed it. He was true to his word, true to his quote. His work was top notch. I m sure I will be back again as he has earned my trust.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

First off, let me just say that this post is loooong overdue. I've been coming to John ever since he opened his shop and he's the best mechanic I've ever worked with. His qualifications are at the top of the manufacturer requirements and he's been doing it for a while. That being said, please understand that his technical/mechanical qualifications are only part of the reason I'm giving his business 5 stars. In fact his experience (although important) is near the end of my reasons why I choose to stick with Actual Automotive Services. His honesty in client communication with regards to identifying issue and provide a fairly priced resolution is what sets him apart! Personally, I believe that someone's true character is on display when they are faced with challenges and let's face it, cars can present some unique challenges. When stuff happens (and it will) John will handle things the same way you would want someone to treat you.. transparently, and fairly. Too many times I've seen stealerships take advantage of people and it's sad, especially if someone doesn't have the money.
