Went and got an oil change. They said it would be fast because they had open bays.20 mins later it was finished. Checked under truck to make sure it wasnt leaking and noticed the filter didnt look like it was changed. Asked attendant and he said its dirty because he did 4 at one time. Hard to believe being that my truck was only one in oil change bay. They offered to replace the filter again but should i believe they would do it? I just left and relearned a lesson i already should have known.

The auto center is really bad. Do not buy their car batteries. If it goes bad within the warranty, more than likely they will not have a replacement and will give you the run around. The manager in the automotive is very bad at management skills. He admitted that the 3 year batteries go bad after 2 years. I have a 1 year and they have no batteries in stock therefore they will not do a warranty replacement. They either force you to pay the difference for a different battery or you are stuck with a dead battery. That's the only options they give. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU! Not only that, the manager makes it sound like it's your problem and not theirs. I will help you all to avoid that feeling and to just not go there. They are horrible.

Called around to purchase and get a car battery installed. You would not believe the run around I received. One place told me they had one and would install it no problem. Got there fifteen minutes later and purchased the battery and was told they couldn t install it. Same person I talked to on the phone, refund. Sidney WalMart can t find the batteries it says they have and calling there is a joke. No one there to answer the phone. Called the Piqua WalMart and received a professional answer right away and he had the battery on the counter holding it for me when I got there. Been there before for tires and it is run like a first class operation. I was done and out in one hour as promised. Always someone at the counter to assist and they text you the progress of the repair. Very satisfied!

Called to get some information. Was told the needed tires were in stock and available.Drove the 16 minutes there.Informed by the SAME PERSON I spoke with the tires were in fact NOT in stock and would need to be ordered the ones they had were DOUBLE what he quoted me." but it's easier to get you here and sell the higher price tires then uh... tell ya on the phone we don't got what you was wanting"Tire Discounters for the win

Dude was errogant, came in asking to get a tire patched and he said it won't happen tonight, so I asked if he can inflate my spare tire which was flat so I can put it on in the parking lot, he said yeah just roll it over. Anyway I go over and the service tech barely touches the valve cap and says it ain't coming off, I got it off no problem. He goes to inflate it and holds it on for 2 seconds and says it ain't holding air, I had someone else do it and it held air just fine.

I bought all four new tires 2 weeks ago at Piqua Wal Mart. Everyone was so nice and friendly and had my tires put on in no time. I then got a flat later, drove too far on it and ruined the tire. I took it to Moraine who told me they could not do anything and take it back. After speaking to the manager, Mark, I took it back today. Wow did they go out of their way to take care of me. I had a new tire and back on the road within the hour. Awesome customer service! I am beyond happy with the care I received! Huge shoutout to Mark, Cody and the rest of the team!Note-buy the roadside hazard, it pays off!Service: Tires

Lots of new wheel balancing weights added Did they leave the old balancing weights on inside of rim? Overall it was under two hours to change and balance four tires for the scheduled 9am appointment.

The worst walmart in Ohio provides absolutely no customer service and when you go to customer service and try finding anyone that makes decisions for the store they have no one to send you to couldn't even get a phone number to call wait 2 hours for automotive service and start wit 4 plus 3 waiting when I left there was 2 plus 3 waiting I'm sure they are not working just taking breaks not helping solve the problems

Only place I ve ever been refused service for no reason at all just because they were too lazy to service my tire. Been to this place a couple times and had horrible service both times with inaccurate diagnostics and not to mention the fact that these guys will fail to even put your $100 hub cap back on correctly so it doesn t fall off. Never go here. I advise anyone who needs tire service to STEER CLEAR.Service: Tires

Super slow service. Went in with my child to have a tire replaced. Specifically asked about the wait time because I know my child can only handle being out and about for so long. Was told no more than 45 minutes. So we went and did some shopping, then came back to wait. After an hour I asked for my keys back. The staff were repeatedly taking smoke breaks and walking around while the service bays were empty. My car had not moved and my little one was at the end of her rope. They said they were just about to take my car back and it would just be 20 minutes. It took much longer than that. We ended up spending a little over two hours waiting. Not impressed.

The Care Center Manager, Service Manager, and young lady working today are awesome! They helped me with so many things and had no problem rolling my car back in when I remembered the slow leak in my tire. The staff was friendly, funny, helpful, and have great prices.

Called ahead to check inventory and make sure tires were in stock. Douglas A/S 195/65/r15, they were in stock. I got told I could bring my car in and wait about 30-45 mins and it would be done. The first thing out of the employees mouth when I arrived, "it'll be about 1.5 - 2 hr wait".... as far as actual workmanship, id rate higher, but the severe lack of communication between the techs and service writer is ridiculous. My wheels weren't "Ugga Dugga'd" and I immediately torque checked them, spot on.General experience - 2Actual workmanship - 4

It took me 25 minutes just to even get checked in to have my oil changed, and not because the lady at the front wasn t trying. I m nine months pregnant and the auto service manager seemed to have better things to do than help the overwhelmed gal at the front or get the MANY customers who had all been waiting a very long time. At one point he even brought up a container of alcohol to purchase for when he was off shift, while I stood there continuing to wait. Luckily that day was the only day I had free to get it changed or I would have gone somewhere else. I was never even acknowledged in any way shape or form. I stood there for as long as it takes to DO an oil change just waiting to be acknowledged, let alone have my car checked in. When it was finally checked in, I was never given a key tag to come back for my vehicle. The service manager took off with keys and I was left standing there wondering if I needed to do anything else. I tried to get his attention three times when he came back out but it seemed like he had more pressing matters to attend to. I will not be returning.

Had my oil changed for the first and last time. Normally I do it my self. But decide to have them do it since I need my tires rotated. Paid for the premium service. When I went to change my oil myself the next time I had to use a two foot bar and wrench to get the oil plug off it was so tight. On a Honda you replace a aluminum washer between the pan and plug. You are to replace it every oil change. It was not on. That is the reason they tightened it so tight. Also when I took the filter off it was the wrong Fram filter. Not even close to the filter it was required. When I drained the oil lit was a quart short. My car only has 40,000 miles on it and it does not use oil. One mistake I can understand, but three. Will not go there again.

Have taken my vehicle in to this center on two other occasions to get a headlight replaced with no issues. This time the guy behind the counter informed me (after looking at the car for a whole second) that it was impossible because they'd have to "rip the whole bumper off." Once I informed him that it been done here before, he shrugged and said he "guessed" he could see if the mechanics could do it and that he'd page us when it was done. After spending about 45 minutes in Walmart with no page, we went back to the auto center. The same guy handed us the keys and said it couldn't be done without "tearing the bumper off." Then why not page us to let us know??? Complete waste of time and super rude service. A simple google search shows that the headlight can be changed without taking off the bumper. It was simple laziness. Will NOT be returning.

If your looking for the best deal on tires order from walmart online. Make sure you keep in mind a couple things though. First they do everything first come first serve. And second, just like everywhere else they may be short handed. Here is an insiders tip: To avoid all this time and hassle, sign your car in and just come back later if you have someone that can pick you up.

I never have issues with them and they're friendly enough. Always go here and never had problems. Usually go on the weekdays though so I cant say much for how service is during busier hours.

I walked in at 430 asking for an oil change(they don t close until 6) and the man behind the counter very rudely and without even making eye contact tells me that they ve decided they aren t taking any more cars tonight. Why have hours posted if you aren t going to follow them? I drove over 30 minutes to get here just to be turned away because someone doesn t feel like doing their job?

Every single time I come here, there seems to be some problem that arises. Very long waits. No place to actually sit while you wait two hours to get one tire changed. I usually don't post negative reviews so this one is well deserved. Get it together Walmart ...

Takes too long. Wont install what you tell them. Wont call you to tell you they would rather upsell you something you didnt want. 3 hours to swap 1 tire and when i show up to pay $40 more than i was priced...it only takes a few minutes to fix it and finally sell me what i told them i wanted several hours ago.

Brought my car in for two new tires. The boy driving it out of the garage wrecks and totals my car. They are currently (as of 7-11-17) trying to low ball me in the compensation for this. Please don't go there. This boy had previously been told to stop driving so fast.

Politely asked if I could get my vehicle in for an oil change. Apparently it was a lot busier than it looked because clerk literally laughed in my face. If there is a long wait, no problem, but I don't tolerate rudeness. Will never return.

Called in to just get a price quoting on patch work and a new tire. Called them 3 times for them to hang up on me. I'd rather pay an extra $20 for another business to do it than to deal with this kind of customer service. Customer service is everything when you're operating a business.

Made an appointment to swap out my winter tires. After a five hour wait, I got out to the parking lot and realized that one of my tires was bulging from the rim, damaged and not completely in place. Yeah, Wal Mart is cheap in the short run, but in the long run I wound up having to buy a new tire. To their credit, they were friendly and apologetic.

This place and Sidney are both a joke. As of this post, every guy in the service center in Sidney is new except for one guy. As far as the Piqua location, me along with three other people waited 10 minutes to be helped and they said they couldn't help because their handheld gun didn't work. Finally walked out. Patrick behind the counter must have done his fair share of drugs back in the day. He couldn't get the gun to work and it was raining outside and he was making duck noises the entire time. Whole place is run like a three ring circus. If you value your vehicle, pay the extra money and take it somewhere where they know what they are doing.

If you want quality service go somewhere else. They broke 5 lugs on my car and refused to replace them. They don't know what they are doing. If they get a good review it's probably fake.
