The guys were great! ESPECIALLY Justin. He made recommendations, without pressure, made small talk but was very professional. Will 100 percent recommend this place to family and friends. Price was bery fair and was an overall nice experience. Ty!

We came all the way from Troy today for an oil change, and we had a great customer service experience by the entire staff at Valvoline. Everyone was super nice, super quick service, explained us everything about the service. We are very satisfied and will come here for future oil changes.

They didn t check nothing gave me a oil change and didn t even pump up my tires or nothing.last time I went in they did not even put oil back in smh made me have a knock on my engine I geuss you have to have a nice decent car to get full service crazy

I was manger. At the autolube in sidney for 2 Years after I learned how the rip off customers and wernt being honest I left I have 12 years experience 4 years in mangemnet in automotive field u guys r one of the best I've seen around

The staff here are always incredibly kind and willing to help out-- sometimes even for free, if they're checking something small and easy or fixing something that went wrong last time. They always discuss the options available to me before charging a cent, and offer coupons when I need to get more work done than I can afford. They've earned my customer loyalty, appreciation, and recommendation!

Good experience here, so far so good. They do a quick check of everything. You get in and get out, my engine was ticking so bad and needed and oil change sooooo bad. As soon as it was changed they told me to start my car and boom engine wasn't ticking! Thank goodness! And they had a decent deal if you called they could send you a coupon. Don't know if they always have this. But it doesn't hurt to ask

First time in a few years that I've got my oil change there. Everyone is so friendly. Got my oil changed, tires checked, and the fella that took my info also showed me how to reset the oil life without being condescending which was really terrific. Great service knowledgeable staff, I got alot done at once; oil change, transmission fluid changed, radiator serviced, rear differential taken care of & serviced my engine by removing the carbon build up.They found a discounts for me in their system. Before savings $876 after savings $720. I saved $176.00.They are open on Sundays too for a few hours.

Had a Reading truck sitting in the bay. I pull in behind it and employee came out said they were waiting on its approval but said I'd be next in the other bay. Sat for 25 minutes, truck still there waiting on approval. Then they took the person that came in after me into the opposite bay instead if me like they said they would. I wouldn't have even sat there for 25 minutes if I hadn't been told I was next. Like if the Reading truck couldn't be worked on DONT PUT IT IN THE BAY WHERE NO ONE ELSE CAN COME THROUGH. Then don't tell me I'll be next in the opposite bay then take the person who came after me!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had to take my work vehicle there for an oil change. It would have been 185, for the oil change, air filter and cabin filter.

The employees are very nice and helpful. Its nice that they are very transparent with you about your car, even going as far as taking the air filter out and showing it to me to see if i wanted to change it. They didn't pressure me in the slightest and went out of their way to get the air filter for my car quickly when they didn't have it in stock (it's a hybrid). I also love that they have a female mechanic. They are a bit pricey but very convenient.

You stay in your car the whole time which is great. Service Technicians were all friendly and got the job done quickly while being professional. Having it done locally is a plus but next time I'll be making an appointment with the Dealership where I'll only pay half the price and get more checked. Sorry.

Always in and out fast. Coupons make it even more worth it. They explain everything and if you take them receipts of what you've had done to your car maintenance wise they will add it to your Carfax report. They always do a great job and they are very good with customer service. I love that I don't have to get out if my car anymore! So much more convenient.

Great, fast service. No overselling and they make sure you know what they're doing. Price was surprisingly cheap for me since my car could take conventional oil. Synthetic is kinda expensive but that because it's synthetic oil.

Excellent service every time we have our cars serviced here. At peak busy times, there's a wait, but they send someone out to verify the type of service you need and let you know how long they expect the wait to be. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service and it's great that you can stay in your car while they work on it.

Wonderful staff, was out in under 15 minutes have been to other oil change places and I was there for over an hour. They were very thorough and did not pressure me into by anything that I did not want or need. They even showed me my air filter versus a new one and asked if I would like to purchase. I declined at the time but will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place over other oil change places!

Traveling thru the area in I75 stopped and had my oil changed. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous.They were very busy when I stopped, which I took as a good sign from the locals. Waited just a few minutes, my car was serviced quickly, all lights, turn signals, brake lights, and tire pressure were checked.All in all a very good experience!!
