Been trying to cancel this car membership for a month now I called and left a few voicemails before the first month was over no one ever returned my call or canceled the account. And they have been trying to charge my card for 20 days straight and since I can t get ahold of anyone I drove down there today and the lady said we can t cancel it unfortunately because the payment won t go through. Ya because I stopped the payment on it. lol not gonna pay for a car wash that has been requested to cancel 20 days ago before the second month payment ever went through. She wouldn t give me a managers number or corporate number just gave me an email.. at this point I am gonna email them to stop trying to charge my card and cancel or I will be suing them. Very poor business. They never answer the phone and very hard to cancel. And the car wash next to it is better and has a Friendly local owner that s does answer the phone. Would never recommend this business. Poor employees in the store that wasn t helpful withholding the phone number of someone that could help me.

We didn t ask for any additional services to the $10 wash, but John wiped down our car (detailed every spot) and turned down a monetary tip, while Kat helped us set up a 1yr account for service, and gave us some bonus washes. I saw Kat literally sprint to help the next customer. Kat and John were extremely helpful and professional in a friendly manner.

Jeremy was great today.. we had 2 cars abd both myself and my boyfriend had never used your services before Jeremy was very knowledgeable and persuasive on becoming a member we didn't join today but will be soon he walked us through the process and how everything works .. very friendly and we appreciated him a lot . Thanks for your help Jeremy the world needs more kind people like you

The free vacuuming is a little misleading. They have a free vacuum sign up but apparently it s for members? The guy that explained it was very nice I m just a little confused.

NEWI love coming to this car wash Kat is a great worker gets me through quick every time actually talked me into up grading to a better wash sold me a p5 + for 40.99 a month I could tell the difference and love it she is always Professional and can answer any question you throw at her the staff is always friendly and helpful big thanks to Jeremy for helping me in the lot drying my car y'all are the best

Great car wash if you are looking for a good spot to get your car clean. I have been going here since opening day and have never been disappointed. I love their uniqueness of offering a complimentary vacuum and interior clean.

Fast service but the rear end of the car never seems to get cleaned very good. They used to hand brush off the rear of the car and it was better back then.

Extremely disappointed and a pure waste of $16. The back of my Escalade was as dirty as before I went there. Water spots on windows too. I did not pick the cheapest wash either.

Good product with faulty management and service. I had my cars washed there a few times before. I stopped in again for a basic car wash and the person helping at the payment screen told me about their wonderful sale that offered the highest level of wash with unlimited visits for a month for just a little more than the cost a single wash. The second month would automatically be charged at the regular much higher rate. My first question was how do I stop the second billing. She responded that I just had to let the office know before the month ended.I think I used the service one more time that month. I learned from reading the fine print that the request to stop had to be a week before the month ended so I stopped at the office in Troy eight days before the end of the month and talked to a young man in the office. He told me I had to contact the central office online.When I got home that night I tried to submit a request online several times with no assurance that the request went through. I tried again the next day with the same results and then called a number provided on the site. I got an answering service and left a detailed message including my account number. A few days later having received no definite response I either sent an email or tried the online service again. This time the response was that I was too late, but they would look into it. (It was still before the end of the month.) By the time I received a definite response denying my request, my credit card had been charged. I appealed for a refund and didn t use the service at all that second month, yet they refused a refund.Not the end of the world, but they just had the nerve to text me asking for a review. Well, be careful what you ask for.

Used this in the past. Not good anymore. They no longer do a brush prewash before sending you into the Tunnel. I asked the attendant why none, she said we now use better chemicals and no longer needed? The pre-brush gets places on pickup truck that tunnel brushes do not reach.The result this time really bad. numerous spots on front and side missed/dirt and tailgate untouched. Waste of $20!! When I went to find attendant and show, all doors were lock and entrance door for autos closed, seriously!?

The main reason I give this place a 5-star is how amazing the employees usually are, in particular the wonder woman whom I swear is there EVERYTIME I go through. I believe she is a manager, but I could be wrong. She always recognizes me and helps me out whenever I need it.As for the wash itself, I love the unlimited feature and the extras they provide. The cloths (and sprays) they have are great for getting my windows and interior, and wiping down any water droplets left over from the wash itself. And the vacuums are SO powerful that I don't feel like I have to put much effort into cleaning at all! I legit signed up for the unlimited plan because of how amazing the vacuums are, haha!Now all this place needs is a free air compressor so we can check our tire pressure and top up if we need to -hint- OH! I would like it noted that quite often (so long as the heat doesn't melt them) they provide a dumdum sucker for my kiddo! He LOVES going to the car wash and sits in his seat CONTENT as he gets to have a sucker to distract him while I clean the interior, door jams, and any spots the wash may have missed.
