Stopped in today to get replacement battery for my mom's 2018 Buick Encore. These guys are the absolute best. Replaced the battery quickly and then spent 10 minutes just chatting with us. Awesome customer service. I will recommend these guys to anyone in the area I know looking for great service!

They generally have what you need, or it would be one star.My dad always went there, I ve gone there all my life, and I ve sent people there, but if I find another battery store I won t be back. As noted in other reviews, current staff is not friendly or as knowledgeable as the old guard. Very confrontational and condescending.

Found out they do cell phone repair. After being left out to dry for 2 months by the insurance that came with my phone. Piqua Battery came and knocked it out of the park. Service was fast, affordable and professional. 100% recommend

Travis and Tony are awesome, best guys around for all of your battery needs! They never disappoint always helpful and go above and beyond! One time they eve cleaned my truck while I waited!

My family has done business with them since 1967 and let's just say that many years, two generations they have to be doing something right. They are very polite and out of the way helpful. A business doesn't stay in business that long if they wasn't treating people right.

They have the best price around. You don't sacrifice service, though. In and out in under thirty minutes. This is the only place that I get my car batteries.

Worst experience I've had there, I have only used Piqua Battery for 35 years. Until now, both staff members were RUDE and very confrontation. One even suggested if he wasn't found to be funny, he would be more than happy to fight across the street because he is ex-military. The other suggested only woman have their Batteries changed and "men" do it themselves. These 2 should NEVER work with the public. Time to find a new location for further battery needs.

Lived in Miami County for over 10 years and today was my first trip to Piqua Battery. It will not be my last. I called on a whim to see of they had a battery for my son's 2000 Mercury Cougar. They had a much less expensive option than some of the big name stores.So we went and what really impressed me was the service. Travis and Erik were amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable. It genuinely seemed like they cared.I was thoroughly impressed by their speed and courtesy. Thank you!

Useless battery warrenty. Battery failed due to internal short, diagnosed by ASE certified 20+ year technician. They gave me every excuse in the book,"there's something wrong with your car," "your not charging it correctly" blah blah. Batteries do fail,hence the need for warrenties and Piqua Batteries warrenty is absolutely useless!

Travis was an absolute blast and a wealth of knowledge. He even pulled my old battery, dropped in my new one, made sure that everything along the connectors were still fine, and applied anti-corrosion onto my terminals/connector. Top level service, I will be coming back the next time I need batteries!

Hands down the best place around to buy batteries. The guys who work there are all very knowledgeable and helpful. My family and I have bought all our car batteries here for over a decade and have never been given a reason not to come back, plus they stand behind their products and will replace for free if any issues occur.

Buyer beware!They have new people running the piqua store.They no longer honor their warranty nor do the new people treat customers with kindness and respect.I took a year and a half old battery to them that was obviously defective. The rude manager said what did you do to this? I explained it won t hold a charge. He told me no warranty on this, but I ll sell you a new one.I explained that I was an electronic engineer age irs obviously defective, he was rude and tojd me he didn t care what I was , no warranty Well I ve bought battery s from these guys for decades without a complaint. The old manager was honest and knowledgeable, but no more. I have six vehicles that I ve always taken to them, but no more after this insulting experience.Buyer beware , the piqua store does not respect customers, nor will they honor their stated warranty.Be smart and buy from Walmart or any reputable business that honors their warranty and appreciates long time customers. These guys seem dishonest and want to sell you new product, not warranty existing battery s in warranty.Goodbye piqua battery , sorry to see you go. It won t take long for the customer base to see the new management style sadly insulting, and inappropriately rude.L

Stopped in today to get some batteries for a box truck I bought at an auction nearby. They were about 25% better on price than anyone else around and they were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again guys.

Good honest place to buy a battery they could have cheated me out of $127 but they were honest and just charged the battery and explained why my charger wouldn't do the job at no cost.

Took my power chair to see why the batterys weren't holding a charge. 24 hours later found out they were really bad. Erik helped us and totally explained what happens with a battery. Just amazing service!! Will definitely go back.

Originally was a satisfied customer until I had to replace batteries for a 1999 and 1995 cadillac deville. I requested the higher cold cranking amps of 800 from past experience of a lower cca not working for long. This store put in a 630 cca and lied to me. When asked if they would make it right, I was told they did not carry the 800. So he sold me what he had not what I needed and was dishonest in those transactions.

I was in my company car and short on time. I had 30 minutes until I had to be at a customers appointment and a 20 minute drive ahead of me. The gentleman that helped me had my dying battery out, new one in, and had me back on the road in time to make my scheduled service. Excellent service!!!

I will never go there again, I asked to have my battery CHECKED, then when I went to leave the guy says "it will be 105.00 is that ok"????? He put a new battery in without asking me first or without giving me the chance to have it charged up like he did the male customers, I went ahead and paid for the battery because it was so very cold that day, and I was not going to have him take it back out in the freezing cold. I don't even think I really needed a new battery, I was just being careful and having it checked.
