We purchased a 2020 Ford Transit Explorer van from Nick R. Was as easy and smooth of a buying experience as I ve ever had. I was out from out of state, and it was possible complete nearly everything digitally. We showed up with our trade, swapped keys and got our van. Had a short wait in the lobby, which was kid friendly and nice. When we were leaving, we were having trouble with the entertainment system. Nick and the service staff replaced the blue ray player and sent us on our way. Van was in tip top mechanical shape, as advertised, was detailed, full on gas and freshly serviced. Great buying experience.

Best car buying experience I ve ever had!If you re looking for a great deal on a new or used car, give Paul Sherry a try, you won t be disappointed. Kevin Pryfogle is the nicest man I ve ever had the honor of dealing with. Not once did I ever feel pushed to make the deal. Kevin is not by any means your average car salesman! He told me what I needed to know and backed away.I love my new car and I know Paul Sherry will honor what they say!

Alex with service department was fantastic. Was having issues with my 2014 1500 ram with check engine light. Slowly made purchases to help eliminate the problem. Alex was right there each time I had a question and he directed me in a couple directions. Alex was very patient with me during this whole problem I had. Glad to say that my check engine is finally off and has been for over 2 weeks. Thank you so much to Alex and the mechanics that worked on my truck. Thanks Alex.

One of the best experiences buying a car. Tim Martin(our salesman) and everyone else who was involved in the process, worked around my schedule and were upfront and honest the whole time. Tim and all at Paul Sherry Jeep, made the process exactly the way you want to buy a car...no games, no pressure, and were great to my family while we were in the dealership. We drove over an hour to buy from Tim because of how easy they made everything from beginning to end...not to mention, the best price on a new Jeep. Thank you guys again!The Winters Family

Was somewhat curious about see a dealership with 4.9 stars, but the way everything went from questions being answered and efforts from everyone I dealt with, think they are more like 5.5 stars.What a great bunch of people to work with!!Felt like everyone had my best interests at heart and did everything to see that I was taken care of.

Alex in service is BEYOND AMAZING! I'm sure he probably NEVER wants to see my Winnebago RV built on the Dodge chassis ever again! He NEVER acted irritated the first time. Additionally, this was THE ONLY DEALERSHIP within 100+ mile radius that would even touch my vehicle! I ve been using Paul Sherry s service center for several years now and I ve never been disappointed. I get convenient scheduling and quality service. I ve never had a dirty car when I leave or subpar work. That means oil drips are cleaned up, greasy fingerprints are non existent, and my seat is always where I left it. Strongly encourage you to give the service center a chance to repair your vehicle or do scheduled maintenance.

Excellent Service. We typically buy our work vehicles from out of state and this is what we dud this time as well. We are in Key West Florida, the process was made with a couple simple calls and our van will be delivered by next week. Thanks Scott and Nick for all your help.

One could hardly be more confident in a dealership choice. Purchased my vehicle here 7 years ago, and had all regular service here since. They're professional, fair and honest. They even recognize me calling in for service by the make and color, and it certainly isn't an uncommon pairing. When my old lady unfortunately kicks the bucket, I know where I'll go.

Bought a truck from here. After looking at it the salesman said that there had been a previous frame repair on it but it was safe to drive. Took his word for it and bought the truck. Turns out after getting it to a mechanic shop that the frame is completely shot in many different places. They deemed it unsafe to drive. They should of never been able to even put tags on the truck with the frame being as bad as it is. Im very lucky it didn't snap in half while driving home. I did sign a paper saying the frame was bad but I was from the understanding it was due to previous repair which had to be disclosed. I feel terrible about buying it since I spent almost all my money I had saved for a truck on it and got something much much worse than I was led to believe.

Overall I have had a great experience with Paul Sherry and their team. My sales person was Lucas Purdin, who worked with me closely and did a great job. He even got me a 6 pack of his favorite local beer (which was delicious). My finance person was Lee Jury who worked with me throughout the process. The owner Jim is a gentleman who stood by his product until the end. I did have some hiccups in the process of getting Jeep. I came from Chicago to pick up this Jeep. When i got to the dealership some of the numbers were off from what Lucas and I had agreed to. There was an issue with my Jeep , but the guys took care of it. After a little bit of patience, and some maneuvering, the team got me my Jeep on better terms that was originally agreed. Great customer service, and they stood behind their word, which is golden in this day and age. I would recommend these guys.

I had a problem with my vehicle & not know much about cars, I called paul sherry needing my car serviced ASAP! I called them and spoke with Jeremy he worked EXTREMELY hard for me to be able to get my car seen by the technicians quickly. They was booked up for the day but still managed to get my car looked at the same day. Got the parts ordered, gave me a ride to work so i didn t have to walk! He made the experience so easy going and for that I m grateful!! Thanks guys!

Mason made selecting our perfect vehicle so pleasant, while answering all our questions. Both friendly, yet professiional, he made our exoerience a great one! Another employee took care of the financial end and made it easy by explaining everything to us, while being personable, and patiently explained the process in detail, making us comtable with the financing end of things...he and Masin stayed past closing time to accomadate us. Great service and exoerience....would highly recommend!

My husband and I live a life of full-time RV and travel blogging. Actually we just took to the road full time 6 months ago right after our wedding. We recently stopped for fuel in Piqua, Ohio. While we were at the gas station one of our radiator hoses blew. We first offered Thanksgiving for the fact we were not on the interstate at the time, and then set out to try and find a part we need. But we re sitting at the service station, and the only vehicle we have now has no radiator fluid. I made several calls all over trying to find the part. No one had it. Sherry Chrysler did some checking for us and found the part in St. Mary s about 40 miles away. Thanks to these amazing dealerships, they coordinated and met half way in the middle. They got the part and delivered it to the gas station and stayed around until he had made sure the part fit and was on correctly. When he left he made sure we knew that we can call if we needed anything. These guys went above and beyond to make sure we were not stranded, I cannot say enough good things about these two dealerships. And if I could I would definitely be doing business with them. We didn t make a purchase from Paul Sherry Chrysler but they didn t hesitate to go above and beyond for us, from the bottom of two weary travelers hearts, thank you very much!

Service comment here. We recently took our vehicle in for a transmission check,service manager I talk to on phone prior to coming in he was so understanding of my situation. He went above and beyond due to the treatment I had been through with other shops. Found the problem had it fixed in an extremely timely fashion and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank-you again and I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle due to how I was treated. Sincerely the mcmurchys.
