Recently had 6,000.00 dollars worth of repairs done on my crv. Picked up my car and had a few concerns and the staff was extremely helpful Nick came out looked at my issues and had my car in and out sameday with everything taken care of. Thank-you for the great service guys.

I 1000% recommend them! I love Mindy - she is so kind, professional & helpful. She truly goes above & beyond. The work from their mechanics is top tier & the prices are so affordable! I had an unfortunate situation with previous work on my car & I was unaware of the extent of the damage. My appointment was originally for a timing kit replacement. They are doing a once-over on the work I ve had done to check everything before proceeding. Mind you, their schedule was already tight & they were able to squeeze me in quickly. They work hard to save you money & make sure you re investing in your service properly! Highly recommend - every time I work with them, I am so grateful for their services. I wanted to say thanks for taking care of 2011 honda pilot in the replacement of all the timing belt components and changing the serpentine belt and the visual inspection of the vehicle. I am grateful your business is honest about everything else the vehicle needs as well. I will continue to take my vehicle there for all its needs

I have been a satisfied customer for over 20 years. I have always had excellent results over the years. I recently had them do a full off the frame restoration on my old Dodge truck that my late father gave me many years ago. Restoring the old truck has been a dream of mine for several years.They did a first rate job and defiantly pay attention to detail. I was definitely expecting a new truck but, They nailed it and I am very pleased with the outcome. so I give them 5 out of 5 stars on service and quality.

Great service and very impressed. My air conditioning when out and was less than a week away from going on vacation with that vehicle. Lumpkin's did a fantastic job of getting the issue fixed and quick enough that I was able to take my vehicle on vacation. The AC compressor was the issue. I was able to talk with the staff and they were able to explain to me how they figured out it was the compressor that went out. I also forgot about a couple of other issues that I needed fixed while it was at their shop. I was able to call and tell them some of the other issues I was having and they were able to fix them as well. I am very happy that I have finally found a shop that I can trust to do the job correct.

After moving from out of state, I was anxious to find an honest and affordable mechanic, and I am so glad that Lumpkin's was recommended to me! Quality and integrity permeate everything they do, from providing estimates and assessing what needs to be done to pointing out work that may be covered under warranty to washing and cleaning the car when they finish. I will happily drive from Columbus any time my car needs work.

I took my 2018 Challenger in and they are very friendly and they do amazing work! If I ever need any body work done again I will definitely be going back. I recommend this company if anyone needs body work done. Very pleased with their work and how professional they are!

Went with a friend to pick his car up and very rude service I understand we was there early but all doors was open and we was told it was done 2 days ago why we didn't pick it up then sorry he doesn't have alot of money and had to wait till pay day to get his deductible and they are open same time as we work and it's around 20 miles away

Great family owned business, Mike and the crew do some of the best quality work, I always recommend friends and family to go there, they use the best materials and tools to get the jobs done the correct way and in efficient time. The paint department does an outstanding job on cars, trucks, suvs, tractor trailers you name it! The mechanics are very knowledged and can resolve any issue. They can do any and everything! Highly recommended!

Very disappointed we sent our car there for an appraisal on a Wednesday night and was told we had to wait for an appraiser so we called back Friday and was told that the appraiser wouldn't be there til Monday. Called back Monday and they told us our car was half way done already at 10am Monday which would be ok if we had given them the ok to fix it at this point we didn't even know what it was going to cost they argued and told us it was an accident and on top of it the quality of work was very poor no straight lines and bumper was warped gaps were off only complement is that they detailed it nicely to make it look like they did a good job. Long story short just be careful dealing with them.

My vehicle looked and works like it did before the accident, I've heard others say pricier than other and that may be but I really thought they did really nicework and were informative on when I would get my vehicle back.

My husband and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our cars! My car was hit in the Kroger parking lot with a grocery cart. My car was less than a year old and the damage a cart can do to a car with windy conditions was unbelievable! Mike and crew made my car look brand new again! If you want someone who is honest, reliable, dependable and most important, stands by the work they do, see the guys at Lumpkin's!

Wet Willy's jet ski rental had a customer put an expensive hold in our one-year-old Wave Runner. Our PWCs get a ton of use. Dick Lumpkin's crew made them look brand new, again. From the time we were greeted on the phone, we were impressed. That person clearly believed in her company and sold it to me, so much so that we drove an hour to their shop. Then, whereas other shops were backlogged two and three weeks, Dick Lumpkin got us in right away and got us back on the water for Independence Day weekend. We spoke personally with Dick Lumpkin and his mechanic about our needs. They under-promised and over-delivered on their turn-around time, and we are thrilled with their quality of work. Recommend without reservation, and with full confidence! BRAVO, Dick Lumpkin & Team!!!

Dick Lumpkins is an auto body shop that actually cares! Mindy walked me through the whole process from start to finish, and made me feel valued and cared for. She made the whole process easier for me, especially dealing with frustrating insurance issues. The work done on my car is fantastic and impeccable! If I ever have to have work done in the future I ll go to Dick Lumpkin! Thanks guys!
