I would highly recommend Best One Tire & Service. I went in with an unexpected flat tire after hitting a gigantic pothole.They were able to get a new tire on quickly, and went out of their way to get an affordable tire.I really appreciate them helping to make a bad start to my day just a small bump in the road.I will definitely go back for all my car repair needs.

As an out-of-towner with an emergency need for a new tire, I could not have been happier with the service I received on the Friday before the holiday weekend. Courteous, understanding, friendly, and efficient - Best One turned what could have been a weekend-ruining disaster into nothing more than a very minor inconvenience. They truly are the BEST One!!

I was passing through town on I-75 and stopped in at the last minute on a Friday needing an emergency valve stem replacement in my spare tire so I could change my tire and continue my trip. The guys were very helpful and accommodating, and they were able to get me going and back on the road in short order. They were more than fair with me, and I appreciated their assistance greatly!

I ve worked for another Best One Tire location for 7 years. I ve been looking for another location to take my vehicles to as they have not been performing well. Wildly impressed with the customer service and the thorough job completed on my vehicle (flat repair in 30 minutes with tpms retrain and checked all tire pressure) in a timely manner.Service: Tires

Been there twice since my last review. Again they were awesome! Jay is always nice and very helpful. They don t try to sell you things you don t need. Very honest. Will keep coming back. Always great service. Got me in right away. Highly recommend

I've gone here a few times now. They have quick and friendly service.My last visit I had sliced open a tire on a large chunk of glass, on the weekend no less. I showed up just before they were closing but they were more than happy to help.I love my car and so far they have taken care of her.

I called for road side assistance, RICKY was the person responsible for taking care of my issue.He told me that he will take care of me and my older grandma and that will be there in 1-2 hours.it's been almost 5 hours no one came to us and now their shop is closed and no one is picking up.They shoud at least let us know they are not coming!RICKY you are very dishonest person!Please beware of these people and their way of doing business!

I was able to schedule my appointment at my convenience. I just needed an oil change, so I waited in their waiting room. My car was done in a reasonable time. All the workers are nice and polite and explain any problems well.

Bought a few tires there for my semi truck one of them a couple months later belts broke in it had a huge bulge in tred took it back said had to send it back in been almost a year every time I stopped in or called about it always get the run around about it so beware of this place they don't want to warranty there products they sellService: TiresService: Tires

I used to work here before I moved out of state and I have to say, everyone there is great. They have an ASE Master Technition and automotive college graduates as mechanics. The manager and assistant manager are great people and always willing to help people. They may be packed with customers but it's absolutely worth the wait and they will care about your vehicle like it's their own. It's the best place in town if you want the best working on your vehicle at a good price. I recommend these guys for pretty much anything automotive. If you haven't been here just for even an oil change, come inside and check them out.

Fast, reliable, friendly service. Stopped by to check on tire warning signal on my Chevy Volt. They did courtesy free inspection and found small nail in tire. They sealed the tired and I had the repair done a few days ago. No pressure sale tactics and my car is good to go. Highly recommended. EZ for them to get many great brands!

I ve gone to Best One in Piqua twice in the last few months. Both times I have been blown away by their kindness and professionalism. They have always made me feel like I was important and have gone out of their way to talk to me about my day. The only reason I m not giving 5 stars is because of a mechanical breakdown that caused them to delay my tire repair. I understand things happen I just wish they would have called to let me know before I drove there. Other than this minor issue, I ve had nothing but great experiences there!

Stopped in I did not have an appointment. I asked if they could put a tube in a lawn mower tire for me. They very courteous and polite. I left the tire with them and they called me back an hour and a half later and it was done. Great service I would recommend them to anyone.

Even with the craziness going on in the world right now and their staff being short. The manager made it his priority to get me in the next day to put on my new tires! I really appreciated this, and I will continue to choose the Best One!

Was quoted at around 500 to 600 for new calipers, rotors, and brake pads for front. After brake inspections for the same work was told it would be 1,000. I went picked my car up paid them 33.00 took my car else where half the work they said I needed done guess what I didn t the other shop in town said I would be looking at around 120 to 200. The other shop also said they were trying to over charge me from 20-50.00 each part. After my experience I wouldn t recommend this place unless you just want to dump a ton of money into your vehicle for over priced parts you don t need. This is why my guard is always up with these shops.

Don t go! Pulled in with a flat tire and ended up with around $3,000 in damages and almost got hit by a semi-truck. Not what I deserved trying to patronize their establishment. I was treated like garbage from the moment they knew they messed up and were liable for damages. Their corporate office was even worse when I spoke with them. To say it is a nightmare is putting it lightly. Save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else but here.

In and out in about 30 minutes getting a tire patch for what I'd consider a decent price. I had a slow leak and they replaced the valve stem and rebeaded the tire. Works for me, if needed, I'll visit here again.

Helped us when nobody else could. A great example of why independents are always the best choice. Tony was the tech who served us and got us in and out within minutes on a record cold day in January 2019. 10 out of 5 stars for these guys.

The guy's been over backwards to make things right for me. Had already ordered my tires and made an appointment for next weekend to have them mounted then I blew a tire and needed to get them mounted early they bent over backwards to make that happen on extremely short notice. Great guys they just got all my tire business

When bringing my vehicle in, the man at the counter was very nice and polite. We dropped it off went across the street and got some breakfast. Came back to the store and was told that they couldn't do the wheel alignment because my upper arms in the back were bad. it was gonna cost me an extra $300 to fix them. I told them that i would have my step dad replace them and bring it back to get the wheel alignment. I bought the arms for the back tires took them to my father to have them replaced and when he got it up in the air, there was NOTHING wrong with the arms, but to our surprise it was the SUBFRAME aka Crossmember that was cracking and needs replaced. The sad thing is we could see The crack with it up in the air before we even got the tire off the car. How those people "missed" that I will never know. So now the arms that I was told were bad and I ordered online can't be returned and I am out that money.

Place and people are nice. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. Only thing I didn't like was that the TV was playing a horror show. I mean, what if a child was in there. That's the only reason I didn't give a 5 star.

Gotten a lot of work done on cars over the years, oil changes, alignments, new tires, etc. I have never been better served, consistently, than at Best One in Puqua OH. 5 stars!

I have attempted to use this company for a tire purchase and a brake service. The tires were not in stock. I had to go elsewhere. The brake repair also handled because the no longer have a mechanic. Both attempts were within a month of each other.
