Had a bad battery. Cam was amazing. Hooked me up in the sweltering heat with a new battery and negative terminal. Took longer than expected. Cam was very apologetic. It wasn't his fault I had a bad connection on my battery that was giving him a fit. He also mentioned he had to work his other job that same night 3rd shift. I bought him a monster and gave him the remainder of a gas gift card I had. I was so appreciative I was able to make it to Cincinnati the next morning to see my brother in the hospital. Thank you Cam. You are the best.

There is a young man kinda tall big smile, very nice fella and never seems to have a attitude when you ask him for help or have a question. Knows where stuff is. I like that! Thank you Nate at the Piqua Ohio Location, he's a keeper.

I was buying fabric spray paint and Zack was very helpful and even ordered me more paint when I ran out.I got it the same night and was very pleased .He treats customers like family .He seems very genuine .Auto zone needs to hold onto this guy he's A very good employee.He is very helpful and knew alot about the product.He answered all my questions.He smiled and brighten my day.

I've been loyal customer for years as the new management has rolled in your store my favorite parts place has went down hill fast. I will no longer be using your shop for any reason. The things that made it convenient have been shot down. That was a slap in the face tonight thanks for the eye opener

They would be okayyyy if they paid their employees!!! My husband just started and they did not pay him. So he called payroll and they proceeded to tell him that they did. Even though there was no money deposited to his account. Then said there was nothing they could do. That he would have to wait till the following pay day which is two weeks away..I think that this issue could have been handled alot different. Like we have two kids and bills. Show a little empathy for your employees Auto Zone!!!!!! Very upset.......

Have used this location for over 20 years. Had an issue with a dump trailer battery yesterday. My charger said the battery was bad and would not charge. I purchased a new battery and used the old as a core. After getting home and using new battery I found that my charger was actually defective. I called this location explaining that the core I dropped off was good and that I would be bringing another bad battery back in to use as the core. I was told this was ok from Nick on the phone. After driving 20 mins to the store another employee said he was not allowed to swap the core out. I do not recommend shopping at this autozone location as their customer service is non existent.

I usually use advanced auto parts. However due to the circumstances I had to use auto zone never again I will walk through hell before I put up with the incompetence of the staff at the auto zone again. Im sorry but my time is very important to my family and my self on a good note the store was very clean so I must give them credit on the way they're dealing with the covid thing

I stopped going there when they treated me as iij f I didnot count. I arrived to buy my jeep headlights, ordered the night before and they gave them to someone else. I go to o rileys
