The guys at Pioneer Auto Sales are awesome! We recently purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500, absolutely nothing wrong the day we got it(12/2). The next day we noticed a couple things so we called & they asked us to take it over, we did. Dropped it off yesterday to be worked on today, he called and said everything is good as of now but keeping it a couple more hours to make sure it s all fixed!We are previous buyers as well, if we heard something wrong with the vehicle they would look it it. I am very satisfied with Pioneer Auto Sales. Jake was good with getting my daughter set up in an SUV that she loves. Everything went smooth. Very nice place to get a vehicle.

Great place and people. Came in and test drove a vehicle. Went over options with us and explained everything clearly. From filling out the application to picking up our new vehicle, the process was easy as can be.

This review is long overdue: I purchased an 08 Explorer from them awhile back. It was overpriced due to the pandemic, but I was desperate for a car because I was 6.5 months pregnant.They wouldn t work with me on price at all, maybe because I was a women & they wanted to take advantage of that.We knew the car needed new tires because they were bad when we bought it. ($500)First summer day roles around & the AC doesn t work. Mind you, I was now 8.5 month pregnant.First winter day roles around and the heat doesn t work. Turns out it s plugged heater core ($2,000 quoted by a local shop). Hard to believe that nobody knew about any of these problems before I took it home or they were REALLY good at scamming people.After driving over an hour home, the next day we noticed the rear end was broken. All they would do to help fix the problem was go half with me on a USED rear end from the junk yard but I would have to put it in. (Shop quoted me $1,500-2,500).Now i have a nice lawn ornament, because i can drive my new baby around in the middle of winter in Ohio with no heat.Don t waste your time, go somewhere with honest salesmen s.

Seems like they are nice people. But aren't honest about the vehicles they sell. They purchase junk at auctions. Then jack up the price. I owned my vehicle for 3 weeks. Has a blown engine, gas leaking into the oil. So I have a piece over priced junk. That needs 9k in work done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Seems like a nice guy seems like a good deal on some nice cheap vehicles. But I've had two separate bad experiences. First, my dad bought a Ford Ranger from him supposed to be really nice five grand turned around didn't have 3rd gear and had to go back up replace the tranny costing $1,900 and then he had to replace the upper and lower ball joints in all sorts of stuff then I buy a Ford f150 he said four wheel drive works great. he said everything works as it should lalalala 5500 later here I am in the winter with a truck with no 4 wheel drive. This guy buys stuff from auctions and cleans them up and get thousands more for junk vehicles.

My girlfriend bought a car from here. Had to put a $1000 in it,$300 in tow bills, had to tow it to gm, anothrer $1000. Traded it off at a gm dealership for $600. Great deal huh ?

Good financing
