Been going to this Tuffy for over 15 years now. If you want Honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable, I seriously recommend this shop. The manager Wes has over 30 years of experience and always has a great crew of mechanics and technicians. They are very friendly folk and always get the job done correctly and on time. Just had new struts put on my van and it feels like a brand new vehicle. I am overwhelmed at the results. Give them a shot. I promise you will not be disappointed

I highly recommend this shop for all repairs, be it minor oil changes or major engine repair. The mechanics are honest and up front with pricing and I ve never felt as though I was being taken advantage of. I definitely trust that i am getting the best advice and service.

The staff at Tuffy was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I got my car back in a timely manner. They made me feel like family and they truly care. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.Thank you so much. I'm very happy.

Tire change and tire rotation was done well. Easy to deal with, very prompt on time and completion. They use effective email reminders and follow up. I have used Tuffy several times and have been very pleased. Highly recommend using them.

Tuffy is a place I trust and rely on for having my car serviced. I am a long time customer and it was is comforting to know there is a place like Tuffy that is honest and has my best interest in mind while working in my car.

Tuffy in Pickerington always gives excellent, timely, and thorough service. I never feel as though they are trying to provide a service that isn t needed, just to get a sale. I have found that everyone I ve spoken to there is very knowledgeable!

I ve been getting my oil change here since we moved to Columbus. It s a family owned business and I always see the same guy every time I bring my car in. They get us in and out very quickly, are priced great, and are never pushy when my car needs something else. We ve moved a little further away but I still come here.

This is the only auto service center that I use for my car care repairs. I have been a customer for over several years and the mechanics are very professional and always get the job done in a timely manner. They are like family to me and I highly would recommend anyone that if you want your car repaired correctly the first time, then this is the best place to go.

I would highly recommend Tuffy Tire & Auto they were extremely nice and got my car in fast. Within hours I got a call it was ready to go. My car went from being insanely loud to sounding like it was brand new.

Brought my truck in for an oil change and asked them to see if they could find the source of an annoying rattle in my steering column. Sure enough they found and fixed it. Now my truck is quiet again. They did great!

Always very informative. They will call you and go over exactly what the issue is with the car before repairing ..Also very prompt with getting your car back to you so u can get back on the road. I bring my vehicle and both of my kids cars to them.
