I had been looking for a specific model corvette and one popped up at this dealership which is 2,300 miles from where I reside. I called them up and got to speak with Thomas. They organized a pick up at the airport, drove me to the dealer, and had me out with my new to me corvette in three hours. They filled up the tank as a courtesy. It was very daunting purchasing a vehicle so far a way but they made the experience seem so easy. Also huge shoutout Connor in financing who had a big role in helping me register the vehicle in my home state.

It was terrible that they had the car for 3mos and they had no transportation for a loaner, I have 2 jobs and to have radiation Treatments for cancer I have been to a shade tree mechanic and they didn't do me that bad. Used parts are not hard to find for an American made car. Communication wasn't good at all. She lied about installments .tried and frustrated with Yark and just wanted my car back before I became broke and homeless.

The dealer bent over backwards trying to solve the issue with my C8 transmission. Now the work is complete I must say my transmission shifts very smooth.

Thomas the car salesman was great! He was very friendly and thorough. It was awesome working with him. Connor who helped me with finances was great! Made my first car buying experience smooth. Very friendly and easy going. Truly a great experience with these guys. Very happy with the service at Yark.

It was a pleasant experience. Jason Lannen (My Salesman) went above and beyond for me. I can't thank him enough !! You are the man Jason !! I leased the Blazer and I absolutely love it !! I would also like to thank Cody, DJ and Kyle for all their help. Awesome guys !! I drove 2 &1/2 hours to get there, and it was so worth it !! Thank you so much guys !! I really appreciate everything you did for me !! A+++++++++

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! We advised my son not to buy a used Mustang due to the coolant being VERY LOW when we looked at it, mustangs having issues with leaks. My son went ahead anyways, he is 20 years old. (He has good credit, saved up 6k, and financed it in his name.) Cody the sales person treated him poorly, assuming he did not have the means to afford the car, when he was alone, but very kindly when we we there and brought a copy of his credit score. Cody said they "forgot" to top it off and ensured is was leak free. We asked for service records and we got extremely vague records that did not specifically said what they did to check for leaks. TWO HOURS after he bought it he needed to get it jumped due to an electrical issue (repair $1,000+) and two days after that the coolant was dry due to a leak ($1,000+ repair). The passenger seat is corroded, so that won't move due to water damage from inside the vehicle. The dealer offered to look at it, but NOT fix to make it right. Buyer beware with salesperson Cody and their shady service department.

I arrived for a 9:30 appointment. And as soon as I got in the service center Kyle greeted me with a smile and was very courteous and helpful to me. He went over with me what I was there to have done on my Camaro. I waited in the waiting room until my Camaro was serviced. The wait was not long. I got to see a video of what happened while my car was being serviced. It was so cool. I could see they did a very good job on my car with care. After my car was done Kyle came and got me and he was still courteous and I paid my service bill and left. So I was totally satisfied with my time there. Thanks Yark Chevrolet! You Rock!

I was able to schedule an appointment on short notice... Service associate, Kyle, was very responsive. Techs evaluated the vehicle, recommended work needed and completed the job quickly. Staff friendly and professional.

Have brought our cars in for maintenance and Chris has gone above and beyond with service!. Al the people from scheduling to service have been great!I brought my vehicle in for heated steering wheel and Chris said it could take 90 minutes to 2 hours. It was done in an hour! That s service!The building is clean and comfortable while you wait.Thanks for taking great care of our vehicles.

Zach and the team did a great job with my car. I had a couple special requests since it s a high performance vehicle, and everything went according to plan. This was my second service with Yark Perrysburg and had a great experience both times so far. Thanks guys

Was quick and painless. Chris got my truck in on time and he explained recommendations that weregiven at the end. He called to double check my warranty information. He is always super helpful and very kind to us when we go in to Yark. Thanks Chris!

Despite the headache of going back and forth with 3rd party warranty company, Chris C went above and beyond the call of duty. Multiple phone calls that he did not have to do, he did them. Chris was very accommodating throughout this entire process. I am very thankful for his professionalism and selflessness.

Got a call Saturday from Cody that the vehicle we wanted was still available and made a trip down on Monday. Service was fast!! Got there at 3pm, went on a test drive, and by 4pm we were rolling off the lot in the vehicle we wanted! Everyone was super helpful with the whole process as well! Definitely recommend as this was the easiest car buying process for us!!

As always, Kyle did a great job for us on our recent service appointment . He went out of his way to get us in and out quickly, and was very attentive to all our needs. Loved the videos too. Very cool! We will now go out of our way to use Yark Chevrolet even though we live closer to another dealership.

Awesome service. Main reason for the visit was my heated steering wheel retrofit. I waited for the vehicle and the work was done much faster than estimated. Highly recommend. Chris was very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable. 0 pressure and wasn t trying to upsell anything.

I recently had a very expensive repair done at Yark Chevrolet. I felt I was treated very fairly and the repairs were done very quickly. I also want to thank my service adviser, Kyle Ganues for his help in getting the repairs done in a very timely manner and doing his best to keep the cost as low as possible. Thanks Kyle!

My service man JP did an awesome job somehow my appointment was not in the computer he got me in the same day and also got me a ride home and a ride back. The young lady Sarah who gave me a ride home was a great driver and very friendly

Jason was extremely helpful with ordering my 2024 Chevy 3500HD. I ordered it on September 7 and took delivery of it on November 21. Delivery was also a breeze. Jason explained and demonstrated all of the features of my new truck. Connor had my financing taken care in just a short time and I was on my way. The management at Yark Chevrolet has put together a great team and made this vehicle purchase the best I have experienced. I wouldn t buy anywhere else!

I was very impressed with the service. I loved the waiting area. It was quite and relaxing. I didn't except my car to be vacuumed or my clock reset, for the time change. I loved the video on what was being done on my car. Very informative. Overall I loved it. Kyle kept me informed also. Great tech guy. Cars deeply for his customers. Thank again!

We worked with Cody Wandersee and he made the process very quick and easy. We are used to being at a dealership for many hours, this wasn't the case at all. We got a great deal on the vehicle we wanted. I highly recommend going to see Cody at Yark Chevrolet, you won't regret it.

people were great and loved the video taken by Jim the technician of my car and the things that did and did not need attention. I could see exactly what he saw and heard his explanation of what he saw and what it meant. I was at another Chevy dealership for 15+ years, but have made a lot of changes. I now drive from Temperance MI past that dealership on Monroe and Alexis to Yark dealership in Perrysburg

The Service department is great!! Tina texted me to remind me that my oil change was due and I was able to schedule my appt right then. When I arrived for my appt, Chris did a great job of getting me checked in right away. Loved that Dakota provided a video inspection of my car. Everything was quick and easy any everyone was super helpful!!

I received a call the following morning after my car was towed in the previous night. Problem found and solved and vehicle returned after 4 days. I was given information on how to move forward with reimbursements and assisted with a rental during my time of no vehicle. No complaints with the service provided.

Buying a car is more stressful than going to the dentist! The anxiety I feel when its time to pick out a new set of wheels is awful. Therefore, when I found a dealership that made it easy, I was so grateful. I was treated like a queen and driving off the lot the same night. Thank you Jason from Yark GM in Perrysburgh for making my car buying experience less like the dentist and more like a weekend at the lake!

Had an oil change, tire rotation and overall inspection . JP was ready for me at my appointment time and had it done in a timely manner . The video inspection walk thru he sent me was a first for me and it was really cool to see . Definitely will be back , thanks

I was able to quickly get an appointment at Yark Service Center in Perrysburg for routine maintenance. Communication was excellent which meant there were no surprises. The knowledge & willingness to share car care info by Chris & his co-worker Rain Man was very helpful in forecasting future mechanical needs.

Chris from the Service Department ia amazing! He communicated with us often. He got us an upgraded rental car. He gave us suggestions to speed up the process. I would highly recommend Yark's Service Department!
