Great service. Brock I believe his name was. Very helpful. Dropped the vehicle at the dealership and let us know the vehicle electrical issue had repaired itself. Very grateful he took the extra step to help. Thank you for turning a bad situation into a better one.

The guy was incredibly rude both on the phone and in person and did not tell me he was charging me $100 + tax (for a total of $122.71) to jump my car (less than a 30 second service) until AFTER he provided the service.Shady and rude business all around.Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service

Wouldn t let me empty out my vehicle following an accident so my insurance company could come take care of it but they were more than to keep charging a crazy storage fee. Won t be using them again unless I have no other choice. I could practically hear the staff member who took my phone call grin when I asked whether I could clean it out and he said no, but that I d still get a storage fee north of $30 a day.Service: Car towing

I just want to say a big thank you to Ben who came to my rescue after sitting on the side of I-75 with a flat tire and dead battery for close to 4 hours while fighting with AAA on my calls being lost and which county was going to help out. He went out of his way to treat me like family and towed me to my brother's house where he proceeded to fix my flat and jump start my van. He kept apologizing for how I had been treated and felt awful that I sat for 4 hours on the side of a very busy and dangerous highway. His kindness and consideration for what I was going through meant a lot to myself and my family. Thanks again for getting me home safely!!
