Besides getting overcharged for parts and labor. They act like they dont know anything about if trucking companies pay or don't pay the sales tax. I waited 30 more minutes extra for their headquarters to approve to waive the sales tax. This is just unprofessional. If you know to charge $190 hourly labor rate, you should know about trucking companies not paying sales tax, too.

The night guys are very top notch. Needed a drivers window and their older mechanic was very helpful with knowledge as I went to tackle that project in their parking lot at 10pm. He helped me remove a couple nuts I just couldn t get off on the window bracket and then went out of his way to sand blast them for me for soo it would be easier to put back together. This is a top notch shop with great people. I ll be back for sure. Thank you guys!

well to start out i live in Michigan and all 3 dealers are owned by the same people and normally that wouldn't be an issue but there management is horrible and there technicians aren't any better so I decided to go to Ohio to check out a different Dealer and I'm glad I did there reviews are very good and the people are even better. my issue with my truck wasn't a huge deal but to me it was and they went the extra mile to figure it out and to make things even better there pricing was better too guess I know where we will be taking our trucks from now on

Amazing place and people. Thought I had only one problem they found it was 2. Fixed them both in only about 9 hrs... the same day I checked in! No fussing no problem. Only thing I didn t like was their drivers waiting area. It was one of them container offices that have AC and stuff sitting in the back of their parking lot. I can deal with that to get out of there soon. I had a Peterbilt with paccar engine. They did amazing.

Came in after being told that air compressor was going out... Came here they found a bad line replaced it and was good to go... They got me in the shop less than a day sat for a day in a half... Price was fair and didn't feel like I was taken for a ride. If your in the area am sure you'll have the same experience I did.I would go back for sure...

The service we received was top knotch. I have two locations near me and neither were worth a damn. I called this location in another state (Ohio) and I swear it was like night and day. Terry of servicing was a pure God send. She is on top of her game and knows her field very well. We live in Michigan and this is our location of choice from now on .

Easy in/out from major highways. Parts and Service staff are friendly, polite, and professional. I was taken care of after a breakdown while passing through town. I will not hesitate on giving my business here.

I 'd like to consider myself a fair and understanding person and I always consider the personal and professional reputation of other businesses and its employees before I post a review. I have been buying trucks both new and used since 2002 and I found a 2006 Peterbilt 387 at Whiteford, KW that would befit my needs. I notified my salesman a WEEK in advance that I would be flying a driver out to pick up the truck for me and I was given the green light to have it picked up. Once my driver arrived on a Thursday, the truck hadn't been touched, needed several repairs and of course, I was livid! My salesman paid for a hotel room and I was told that 3 mechanics worked around the clock to get the truck ready. The truck was allegedly serviced and inspected and my driver was on his way. On the way home, the driver was unable to operate the passenger side window or mirrors and over the course of the following 4 weeks, the truck spent more time in the shop than on the road and invoices exceeding $4K for engine and clutch repairs just to name a couple! Some of the repairs were issues that were allegedly resolved prior to picking up the truck and I contacted my salesman who instructed me to forward the invoices to him. A month has passed and Whiteford KW is basically blowing me off. This is the 1st time that I have ever purchased equipment that required so many repairs within 30 days of taking delivery and the dealership not making any effort to work with me. If this was my only truck, I would be in serious trouble right now! I need more trucks and I wouldn't buy another truck from this dealership if they were the only one on the eastern seaboard!!!

Good Location, easy in/ out. Friendly service and parts staff. Took care of me when I broke down on the way by. Would recommend this dealership for Parts and Service. I have not had the opportunity to deal with the Sales staff.

Was in an accident with my t680. I was 15 miles from there and drove to them. Eli in the body shop checked to see if he had a bumper and headlight assembly and then was able to get me back on the road in a timely fashion. Much appreciated.

Terrible communication and very slow. Work quality is satisfactory, but they kept a truck for a week and never called to even tell me they hadn't started when they said they would. It's like purgatory when you aren't a local customer for a dealership with a truck. This service industry is horrible no matter who the manufacture, but unfortunately this dealer is not the exception.

Easy access off the interstate. Large lot for dropping a trailer. I had a coolant leak, drove in without an appointment and was fixed the same day. Developed a leak from another location, brought it back two days later and they got me right in. Everyone has been very pleasant through my experience. I would recommend Whiteford KW for any service issues.

Excellent service. Robert got me in a 0730 on a Sunday just as he said and got my coolant lines replaced. Keep me updated and is a great guy and awesome tech.

We came in with an issue with a leak in the crankcase and they got us in and out in the same day. Amazing service and price. I fully recommend this Kenworth!

You'll be treated like a nobody. You can't come into the building upon arrival, you must call them to send someone out to you. When they finally get out to you to write you up, they take your truck and you given access to a rented container as a driver lounge. There's a nasty porta potty for a restroom just outside the rented container. The staff is rude, never been treated this way at a Kenworth service center. Two thumbs down.

Time will tell. They overhauled my engine 11 months ago. Now am having same problems. Have have supposedly fixed a coolant leak three times and even after paying for it three times still have a coolant leak. Been taking my trucks there for 20 years and always great service but this time they ha e totally screwed up an 23 thousand dollar in frame. This is their last chance before it gets legally ugly. Have spent over 4t00 dollars on truck since they did the overhaul. Needless to say I'm missed and so is our lawyer. But we will see if they finally get it right.

I have a Peterbilt and they were the only ones open on a Sunday. Even though I didn't have the part number to cross reference they took the time to look and find the exact part that I needed. Now I'm back on the road instead of being stuck over weekend until Monday. Darren and Nathan saved me some money and enabled me to make my delivery in time.

Brought my 2014 Pete here after it D rated at the truck stop..another damn DEF issueIt took a bit for them to bring in my truck but I cant complain as the Pete dealer said he didnt have an appointment opening for 1 week..Here they dont make appointments for engine light on issues ..its first come first serve so that was niceRandy the mechanic was amazing..this guys lives and dreams of PacCar enginesThe night shift service manager..oh gosh I forgot his name..was very knowledgable as wellWhat a great bunch of guysTy !!! And best of all the cost of repair was covered under warrenty

Took awhile to fix someone else's mistake at repairs but they could have notified people as to what repairs were being. Even though I'm illiterate to major repairs, me and our breakdown weren't notified.

Well my t680 was in an accident. Went to call them. Im hearing impaired. They picked up and hung up twice the third time the person on the other end of the phone says that they dont take relay calls from deaf people. Well fine they cant have my money. Kenworth doesnt support truckers who are disabled vets. Cool good to know.

With covid you cannot enter the building. They have a port a potty set up outside. Bring a book there is no tv.
