I typically dread talking to car dealers and buying a car, and was absolutely shocked at how easy and smooth buying a car from Volvo of Perrysburg was. There was no ridiculous haggling and negotiating back and forth, nor shady tactics. I had been searching for the right car for months and had some bad experiences at other dealerships. Michael Ludwig helped me locate exactly the car that I had been looking for and offered me a fair price on the car, without ever having to step foot on the lot. When my car arrived at the dealership, I simply went in, signed for it and left with my new car. Even though I had to drive an hour to get there, and passed several dealers along the way, I would do it again! Thank you Michael and your team for making this such a pleasant car buying experience.

Michael was fantastic every step of the way. He helped us find our perfect Volvo, quickly and efficiently. A little over a year ago we test drove but couldn t trade our car in yet, he checked in with us a few times without pressure which was great! Then this week we reached out to him and were able to make a deal happen! He got us a great deal on a fantastic car and worked hard to get it done. We will definitely purchase another Volvo from Michael! :) Thank you, Michael!!

Exceptional service!!! Candace Snyder had several cars lined up for me to test drive before I got there. She was not pushy and let me take all the time I needed in making a decision. My first time leasing a car and I chose a Volvo. Two years into my lease, I got a flat tire on Father's Day on my way home from visiting my Father's grave site. She called me on the phone and walked me through the process making me feel comfortable and helped make the situation effortless. One year left on my lease and I was trying to figure out which car I'm going to lease next. This exceptional service helped take the guess work out of my next decision. I'm going to get another Volvo!

I have dealt with many car dealerships in the past. This is my first experience with truly exceptional service. Recently, I needed to go on an unexpected business trip and was questioning my brakes. I called Scott and though they didn't have an opening, he fit me in immediately. They replaced my front rotors under warranty and I safely proceeded on my business trip. The Service Department and Kevin, our salesperson, have all treated us like family. It has truly been treat to find such caring people.

Bought a new Volvo XC60 here after I was getting the run-around from a local dealer. Michael was very nice and accommodating, delivering the car to my house after extenuating circumstances kept it there. Love my new car!

We recently had an amazing experience at Volvo of Perrysburg. Mike went out of his way to get us the perfect vehicle. He even came in on his day off to ensure we had it before a long road trip. I can't say enough good things about how well we were treated. The price was fair, service was fantastic, and the vehicle is amazing. Everything was perfect!

We have two Volvos which were both purchased at this location. The purchasing process was hassle free and all available rebates/incentives were applied without even asking about them.We recently had both cars serviced on the same day. One was scheduled and the other was spontaneous. The Volvo service manager, Scott, was more than accommodating. He is well versed in Volvo maintenance and was very clear as to the issues with the cars. He immediately took the unscheduled car back to the technician and arranged a shuttle to take me to work. He kept me updated on the progress of the repairs throughout the day. His assistance was most appreciated. I recommend contacting Scott to arrange prompt and courteous service for your Volvo.

Had the pleasure of working with Michael at Perrysburg Volvo. Michael was extremely accommodating and worked with me to meet my goals to get me into a car that I was satisfied with. Anything but a pushy salesman with slick tactics, I feel Michael genuinely enjoys what he does and it shows in how he treats people. I can t recommend him and this dealership enough, AND I drove from Detroit to work with him! I will be a lifetime customer and can t wait to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Volvo.

Don't get your Volvo serviced here. Scott is the only Volvo service representative and he is not customer service friendly or efficient. Twice now I've asked for minor additions to service (tire rotation, oil change, etc.) during warranty repairs. Both times these requests were not placed on the work order. Scott tries to get off the phone as fast as he can and I have to interrupt him when I have more than one service request.The cashier was nice and apologized (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) but I'm done coming back here if I have to deal with Scott. I'd rather drive the 45 miles to Ann Arbor to get my service done.

Great service at Volvo of Perrysburg. I take my Volvo there for servicing and any other concerns that come up and they always do a fantastic job! Everyone at the service station is great, I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Steve Heath and he is top notch! Always responsive, does a great job and very clear on the costs. They make it work for you and treat you in a very fair and genuinely honest manner. If you have a Volvo, give Steve a call!

I recently purchased a 2020 Volvo XC90 from Estle Chevrolet of Defiance, Ohio. Less than 24 hours after purchasing I had several lights show up on my dash. The sales lady told me that if I kept driving my car, one of the lights would go away. Then for the other two lights, she insisted I check with a Volvo dealership and let her know what they say. I came to Volvo of Perrysburg Monday the 9th. They were able to figure out what was wrong, fixed it in a timely manner and were very kind to me. It cost almost $600. Estle Chevrolet refused to reimburse me for this. Although my experience with Estle was absolutely horrid and I d never recommend them to anyone, I m so glad I had such a great experience with Volvo of Perrysburg and I will 100% be coming back for any future issues with my Volvo. Thanks so much guys!

I had a great experience purchasing my new XC60 from Mike Ludwig at Volvo of Perrsyburg -- cannot recommend him highly enough! I was originally working with my local dealership and ended up walking away from the deal. I saw that Volvo of Perrsyburg had the exact vehicle I wanted and called Mike. He offered a fair price and we were able to work out a deal in just a few minutes. I live 2.5 hours away, so Mike ensured all of the paperwork was ready to go, the car was detailed and that he was available to personally walk me through the features, get my phone connected, etc. so it was personalized for me when I left the dealership. I was in and out in less than one hour. The car buying does not have to be miserable! Go see Mike and eliminate all of the frustration from the process!

Mike Ludwig at Perrysburg Volvo made my 2022 XC60 the most pleasant experience I ever had buying a car.my wife and I are from Michigan and had been looking for almost two months to find the right Volvo.We talk to Mike on the phone and he said he would try to look around to find it and a couple days later the deal was done.He even sent a van 60 miles up to Michigan to bring us down to the dealership. we spent several hours learning about the new car and signing the papers. the entire transaction from the first phone call to bringing our car home took about a week.This is the type of dealership you want to deal with. Honest, efficient and dependable.

We had a wonderful experience with the team at Volvo of Perrysburg after an unexpected breakdown 700 miles from home. We were towed to their location on a Saturday, when there was no Volvo technician on site. Keith arranged for us to use a loaner car while we figured out next steps and promised to have the car looked at first thing Monday morning. We ended up flying home and leaving a brand new car behind, hoping for the best. Stephen, the Volvo technician, called Monday to reveal that he found diesel in our gas tank...due to contamination at a gas station on our road trip. He explained what needed to be done to get the car up and running, which was actually not as much as we anticipated. He was extremely communicative, keeping us posted through every step, and went above and beyond to get our car shipped home in a timely manner. He even packaged and belted in a sample of the contaminated gas so we could fight with the gas station about it. This was a challenging situation for our family and their team definitely made it easier to handle.

What a joke of a repair team! I take my car in and they have it for three days. Swear to me up and down the wall nothing is wrong with the car, but charge me $70. I drive it home, and next place I drive is a week later it breaks down. Absolutely lazy work. After paying getting it towed, they give me a price that s unreal, $1053, and want to charge me $140 for the diagnostic. When they said, not even 15 miles earlier, there was no issue with the car. Sorry I don t want to pay $300 for a $60 part. Where s the $750 of labor come in? That s ridiculous for an alternator.

Very low selection of new vehicles just like everyone else right now. The Volvo department seemed understaffed. The sales person come over from the Volkswagen department to help us. Very nice and did research to find the answers to our questions. The Manager of the Volvo branch was supposed to reach out to us Very nice 2022 XC 60!

I want to thank Volvo of Perrysburg so much for helping me with a flat tire. I traveled in from Pittsburgh and woke up with a flat tire. The service department had the tire I needed and got me back in the road. I couldn't have asked for more compassionate service. Thank you!

The team at Volvo of Perrysburg, specifically Steven and Jeff, helped me so much in my time of need. I was an intern over the summer stationed in Toledo, and with no family even remotely close to help me with my car troubles I took a chance with Volvo of Perrysburg. The service was incredible and efficient. I cannot thank them enough for solving my car troubles.

Stephen took the time not only to take care of the service needs I had but also to explain features of my XC90 I didn't even know I had!

Steve was my advisor at Perrysburg Volvo! He and the staff went over and beyond the call of duty to help me get my Volvo repaired and delivered it to my house in Bluffton Ohio! I was so impressed with Steve and the staff that I had Door Dash deliver them lunch from McDonald s. I hope you all enjoyed it! I own two Volvos and love them both! Thanks again, Jerry Lewis

Eric (I'm not sure, but he may be your first encounter for service) is always very polite and attentive to the needs of our XC-60 Volvo!This sounds like no big deal to an average guy, but to me, it was a huge favor, as he facilitated the changing of my license plate, when I dropped in, unannounced one day. Good employee, keep him happy (my message to his boss). Thnx again Eric
