My experience at Volkswagen of Perrysburg was excellent, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Devin. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with ease and ensuring I felt confident in my decision. Not only was the process quick and efficient, but Devin also helped me secure a fair price, making the entire experience hassle-free. I highly recommend Volkswagen of Perrysburg, especially with employees like Devin who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

This dealership is TRASH. If you like doing the sales folks job for them and guessing when they will call back if they ever call back then this is the place for you. I tried to purchase a car from them over 3 days I made 17 calls trying to get the car lined up. On the first day a complete jerk named Kevin couldn t have been more rude and set the tone for this I should ve known then this was not the place to take my business. After the next couple days of not hearing anything I tried calling not one answer from a used car sales person. Is it just me or shouldn t you be hustling to try to sell a car I mean that is your job After all this we finally get a text and by this time I am on my way out of town. They wouldn t even let me put money on the car to hold it. I am buying this car with cash no financing. They wouldn t do anything to help so I moved on. I called Germain and Byers both Columbus dealers. Almost double the distance to travel. Germain was great very responsive but the car they had sold the previous day. Upfront and great to work with. Now Byers they were professional as could be. I bought the car they had and they are even going to ship it to my door. Top notch communication from them and my business will go back there. I hope that if you take the time to read this make a informed decision to avoid VW of Perrysburg they won t help you. They won t even answer your calls. Sad thing is I had bought there previously and now I regret that. Definitely will spend my cash elsewhere and let all my friends know to avoid them as well!

Just bought our first VW! Everyone that we encountered was very friendly. We worked with Stephanie Schwiebert and she came through for us as she said she would. She was great to work with and on top of things. Never felt pressured, very nice to deal with. Would recommend to others!

I had an amazing experience working with Brian and Nick on my recent purchase of a 2019 Ford F250. Brian accommodated my every need and went above and beyond. Nick worked hard on a deal that worked for me. I won't but a car or truck anywhere else!!Thanks guys!!!

Artemis Savin was my salesmen and I gotta say, he was so friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. I asked for a lot before I committed to getting my car and it didn't bug him one bit to put it up on the lift and allowed me to go out back and look under the vehicle to check for rust. They made everything easy and simple. I would definitely go here again.

Scott and the whole team made the buying process easy and fun. Communication was great and I felt like I was getting straight answers instead of the usual run around you get at most dealerships. When a car similar to what I was looking for was set to deliver at this location, Scott called me and let me know which was much appreciated. After that he offered up his personal car for test drive and that really sealed the deal and helped me determine that I was making the right choice. I will and already have recommended that friends and family visit this VW location and ask for Scott!

Nick was my sales rep and was very helpful in bringing out all the information for the questions that I had so I can make a purchase. I did not feel any pushiness that you get sometimes from car dealerships.

Would not honor program discounts, allow stacking of discounts, under valued trade, would not budge on price stating short supply, supply chain, etc, etc. gave them every chance but ended up going elsewhere and got $1500 more for my trade and the car I was looking for $1000 less than their bottom line - a $2500 saving on the same car over their pricing. Would not do business here

My husband got me my car through Volkswagen of perrysburg. He had an overall great and smooth experience, especially with Devin Porter he was professional, patient, and knowledgeable answering all his questions and giving him the best deal possible. Also Candy from finance was also pleasurable and knowledgeable and made this experience truly a smooth one. I would highly recommend getting your car from Volkswagen of perrysburg as they have great inventory and amazing people who made my husband s experience a memorable one. I love my car

What a great experience buying my car at Volkswagen of Perrysburg with Brian K! From start to finish the process was seamlessly easy and fast. We went on The Ohio State Vs. Michigan game day and was offered food and beverages while waiting to test drive other vehicles. We were treated like friends with people we had never met and at that time they didn t even know if we were buying a vehicle. The way they treated us says a lot about the company. The employees were friendly and all seemed to be enjoying their job. Also, the vehicle I purchased came with only one key (a question I didn t ask before purchasing) and Brian was nice enough to get me a second set of keys and a remote/headset for the screen in the back for no extra charge. I highly recommend going to this company if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. I ve purchased many throughout the years for business and personal and this was hands down one of the best. No hassle, hidden fees or gimmicks. Thanks again Volkswagen of Perrysburg, Brian and Matt!

We highly recommend working with Brian Kerekes on your next vehicle purchase. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond helping us make our transition in to our new vehicle. We live in Northern Michigan (and I forgot documents needed for our trade-in and we were only a few miles away). His response once I told him was don t worry about it, it s not a problem. He successfully helped us navigate through the process alleviating all our stress and we drove away in our new vehicle that afternoon. My husband and I both agreed that in our 30 + years of buying vehicles that we have never had such a remarkable experience. No pressure combined with remarkable service really made a huge impression on us. Thank you Brian (and Candace) for all of your hard work.
