Stopped in first thing and was greated by Haley. She was very nice and went over everything with me. Changed my oil, filters and topped off all my fluids and even checked my tires for proper air settings. I was very pleased how pleasant she was and would highly recommend anyone needing that service to stop in. She puts the dealers to shame with her bubbly personality and professional knowledge & care.

Haley and Turner were amazing!!! They were both quick, knowledgeable and professional. They helped me with my vans issues. I ll definitely be back and won t be taking van anywhere else.

It was time to have my oil change on our 2014 Prius Perrysburg Quick Lube did the last one. (still have receipt) This time I had a coupon for the Vavoline Center on Route 20. I took it there to try them out. Vavoline changed the oil but could NOT take the oil filter off. It seems that Quick Lube torqued the filter on to more than 3 times Toyota recommendations. Vavoline completed the service for free and advised that I need to get the filter replaced. What is Quick Lube going to do ? What happens if I have to take it to a dealer ? Who covers that cost ? Lets hear an answer !! Soon ! A REVIEW UPDATE - issue taken care of by previous owner of Quick Lube.

Stopped by to try a new oil change place and was pleasantly impressed and surprised at how much they charge!i was treated really well and the staff got me in and out in a quick lube fashion. The Manager Haley was very funny and her customer service was on point.I will 100% be back next change! They got themselves a new a customer for life. Thanks so much! :)

Had my last oil change there in June and had to use the synthetic oil cause it was all they had for my truck. It was a quick oil change and out the door. Same experience as others, lots of people sitting around and one worker. Cost was a little over $120 for just the oil change. So now it s September and my brother in law notices oil on his driveway and let s me know I have a leak. Turns out the pennzoil filter was leaking due to miss alignment. Checked the oil and I was just shy of 2 quarts low. My truck has 106,000 miles on it and the oil has been changed every 5000 miles and this low quality place is the only one that screws up the oil filter change. All of my previous oil changes have been with a GM dealer with zero issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY HAVE NO PRIDE IN WORKMANSHIP. And please no reply or apologies will change what could have been disastrous.

Worst place ever! Should close up shop due to the amount of shame they should feel. 3 guys working or at least present. I pull in with 1 car in bay 1 in line. 3 workers only 1 bay running. 1 wait over an hour for my turn. That is more than 30 min. per vehicle to change the oil... I go to pull up and am told "you have to take your trailer hitch off" don't know what my hitch has to do with an oil change! Guy said they had someone smack their head a while back now all hitches must come off. My hitch is rusted in. My fault but never a problem. I wind up leaving because the guy baffled me and I didn't want to argue with stupid. I don't know why the pit monkey would be up and down during an oil change. There were 2 other people there. This place is awful! Should shut down due to utter shame!

My brother and I were on a 22 hour roadtrip to a convention. His car needed an oil change because he forgot to get one before the trip. We were worried it would interrupt our plans of another long day of driving. We stumbled upon the Quick Lube. They service was great, the product they had was great as well. Surprised us as well, how long the full synthetic oil could go. Great guys, we had a laugh with them, and They open early and do great work!

I have come here in the past when in a pinch because they are fast. That's about all they have going for them. Today, (November 2022) the technician who checked me in and completed my transaction never clarified what type of oil I wanted, nor the price. Not sure how the air pressure in my tires was nor what else they noticed. When he gave me the total, I had no clue what they actually had done to my car. I then asked a few questions to check on what I had been told could pose a future problem -- a leaky gasket cover. His response was that he had made a note on my receipt. When prodded, he said that it was pretty bad and that I'd have to take it somewhere full service. Ok, fine, thank you ... but isn't that something you should suggest? How about telling me if it's urgent? A second mechanic jumped in and actually tried to give me some information -- but then added that, oh yeah, your tires don't look good (that wasn't a note on my receipt). I appreciate their speed but definitely left clear on the fact that your $100 oil change doesn't include any insight to take care of your car. Will I come again?Sure, if I am on a time crunch and have no illusions of customer service.Service: Oil change

I had an oil change and a day later my battery died (no connection to the oil change). When the battery was being replaced, I noticed the windshield washer fluid was very low so I filled it. My oil change receipt says my windshield washed fluid was filled, it was obviously not filled. Also says radiator fluid was added but I wonder now if that was done. I don t like leaving someplace where I paid $91 for a list of included services that were supposed to be done, but I know at least one was not, and then wondering if the other items on the list were actually done, and this is not the first time the washer fluid was not added but listed on the receipt as added. Don t mind paying when everything is done, but paying for things that are not done is just a rip-off.Service: Oil change

Staff was less than interested in service. I get it it might be repetitive work but you can always "fake it".Almost hundred and twenty dollars for oil change for synthetic? This used to be the go to place.Kid with brown hair and glasses was cashier and was less than helpful. Older guy with beard was the ground guide. He was leaning on garage door sorta pointing a thumb but could not tell which way he wanted us to turn. Looked like he wanted to be anywhere else in the world than here. Doesn't really instill confidence he will put max effort in.Did not recognize any of the staff from last time. Just a let down because they used to be quicker and more efficient than Tireman but just found out they were 80.00 for oil change with coupon.O-well I guess I'll have to change places.Thanks for the response but you can't find it by screen name but here are some receipts and current sticker.

update since owner responded - No, the engine was not running.Their loud yelling is what set me off - no excess for their behavior.A very polite request would have been received differently....All three of the guys there.... I'd never have on any of my projects.I usually don't take the time to post a bad review but this is an exception!!!These guys were all extremely rude and very unprofessional... I had a very important phone call come in during my service there which would only have taken 30 seconds. One of those calls that you get that if you don't take it now it's going to be a long time before you get to talk to them again... Like your tax attorney or your accountant....I couldn't hear the phone call because of the obnoxious extremely loud yelling from the crew for me to get off my phone.If they could have paused for 30 seconds while they were checking my turn signal lights, it would have been much appreciated and we could have gone on with our business.Extremely rude! Very unprofessional!! and I will never go back!!!! Definitely not worth the $113 I spent......

What a great place! I stopped to see if I might need an oil change after driving 1K miles. The guy's were awesome! They checked my oil, other fluid levels and even put air in my tires! They found out that I didn't need an oil change. I will definitely return here on my way back when I do need an oil change! What great old fashioned customer service! Thank you very much Perrysburg Quick Lube!

Once again the fastest and friendliest oil change location. I pulled into their driveway at 1:45pm, 15 minutes before they close. They were done, I paid, and pulled out at 1:59pm. A fine job all the way around!

Love this place. They are always friendly and fast. Ive been coming here for 10+ years now and have never had a problem.*edit* the last 4 times I've been to this location they have either not had the oil to do an oil change or an oil filter. I find this rather odd considering all they do is oil changes

My oil change light had been on for about a week, so decided to go here to get an oil change. During this covid 19, I didn't want to go in to a place and wait. From the time I got in line, I waited less than 5 minutes, service was absolutely wonderful! Customer service was amazing, friendly , cheerful, masks on greeted me, very professional and great service. Highly recommended! Quick Lube has a customer! Thank you!Service: Oil change

I thought I got great service until my car started stalling and I found it was bone dry of oil. I had a double oil change with my husband so we checked the other vehicle, also bone dry. I ll never go back here.

I've been taking all my vehicles there for years. Never had any issues with the work. The techs always seem to keep the line moving and are very efficient. A tad bit pricey..but you are paying for premium convenience with a shorter than average wait time.

Super fast oil change on a Saturday afternoon. In and out in under 15 mins.***UPDATE*** Stopped in again 2 years later and still the same superb quick service. Once again in and out (and this time it was under 10 minutes). Nice work guys. I'll be back.Service: Oil change

Bad experience - we won't be back. My husband had his oil changed on August 12th. On the 14th we noticed the skid plate hanging down (a part they had to remove to get to the oil drain) We were out of town and my husband tried to fix it to get us home and noticed that it was torn (it is a fibrous material). On the 21st, he returned to have them repair it and the manager told him it must have "been the wind" or he hit something because it was fine when they changed the oil.Such a coincidence that after his oil change the skid plate came down - it's never been an issue anywhere else. Poor service, poor decision and poor attitude for such a small repair. Would have taken very little to properly handle this but the manager chose not to. Disappointed and won't go back.** Update - given their response to our review, we encourage all customers to inspect the quality of the work BEFORE they leave the premises, as it is clear they will take no responsibility as soon as you drive off the lot, and will put the blame on the customer, rather than consider their own accountability.Service: Oil change

Ok, everytime I went in the past for a oil change basically they would ask which one I wanted ( milage and price) and when completed they show you the dip stick and what the level of oil is showing what I would like to know why wasn't this done yesterday when I went there??You did a oil change and basically told me what to pay, never asked me before hand what I wanted nor showed the dip stick?? Very disappointed. Gunna have to check it to make sure y'all put oil in it...who knows. You've lost a customer. 3 men who seemed like I was bothering their stand around time. Didn't feel wanted, but remember without customers y'all won't make it.Service: Oil change

Arrived seven minutes early. A worker manuevered the "closed" sign to where I parked. Then was told I couldn't wait there cuz "fights break out",then the manager said they couldn't service my 2016 tundra. Very bazaar. Actually told me most people go to Costco.

I went for an oil change and they refused to do one for me because my hood shock was broken. I went to Midas right next door and they got me in and out no problem.
