I have had to use these folks now for two emergency repairs going to work in the last 14 years of working in the area. When you live 68 miles from home and your vehicle breaks down these are the best people to have work on your vehicle. Great work and trustworthy. In todays world the trust is key and these folks deliver in spades. Thanks again for another great job.

My local mechanic Kyle at Waterville Imports was not able to do a particular repair on my daughter s Volkswagen. He referred us to Mytee and we could not have been happier with the speed and quality of service. After the estimate I called Kyle to ask if the price was fair and he said yes. We will definitely return again if we need a speedy and reliable repair. Mytee was very good. Definitely recommend them!

Riding down the road felt kind of rough realized I had a flat tire, pulled into Mytee went inside, explain my situation the great receptionist pulled my car into the bay. One of the great team players put my spare tire on for free and they sent me on my way. Great team Mytee Automotive

They we're so amazing at getting my truck looked at immediately and running a diagnostic to see what I needed to get fixed. The manger was so nice and answered any questions I had. And the employees where amazing as well! Great attitudes and solved all my problems thank you!

Mytee Automotive charged me $93 for an oil change. I've never paid this much. When they were done, they said it's because they use only full synthetic oil. I never would have paid for that. I have a 2006 camery. I don't need high end oil. I never asked the cost because I just never expected it to be almost double what I've paid for an oil change in the past. They should certainly tell a customer if they are only going to use synthetic and are going to charge this much, especially when they call themselves a "discount" auto center. I was going to have other work done there, but when I heard the cost of the oil change, I decided not to, and won't go back. They lost a customer over it. After this, I called 2 other places and they are still changing oil for $45-$55.

Jeff had our car up on a hoist and the issue resolved within minutes of pulling into the shop unannounced.My sister and I were less than an hour into a 9-day road trip when we heard a rubbing sound coming from the front passenger-side wheel well. We quickly got off the freeway and found Mytee Automotive Perrysburg on Google. Jeff refused our offers of payment for what, in his eyes, must have been a minor issue to repair. But to us, it was priceless. Hopefully this Google review will serve as a small gesture of our gratitude.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I was forty miles from home when my engine light unexpectedly came on and started blinking while on I-75. I made my way to Mytee and they were able to diagnose my van's issue, have the part delivered to fix it and send me on my way in about an hour. The level of customer service I received was top notch!!! I was so lucky that they could fit me right in, explain the issue in a way that I could easily understand and even went the extra mile to print out paperwork related to the issue that I could take back to my local mechanic so they could update my record accordingly. While I hope to never have a highway emergency like that again, if I do, and I'm in the vicinity of Mytee Automotive, I will definitely seek them out again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The team at Mytee were flexible with scheduling appointments for my car dropoff and pickup times. More importantly, they helped me find the best, affordable solution for a serious problem to my car that I have struggled to find help for or fix on my own. I'll definitely remember the considerate service that they provide. My car has new life and for that reason, I'm very happy I found this shop.

STAY AWAY do not take your car here, i took my car in for an exhaust leak only positive thing I can say is they got me right in same day but i got ripped off. They replaced two small flex pipes in my exhaust only took them 2 hous and charged me over 500 once I left I looked the parts up online they are $25 to 30 a piece. Now I understand labor is not cheap but to charge someone $230 an hour is outrageous for a total of 460 in labor. Should have went to my normal mechanic but he was out of town. My fault for taking my car here will never do it again.Service: Exhaust

They ll steal your car, give you permission to leave it for a night and they ll have it unlawfully towed off and lie to you about it. Expect whatever parts they use to be stolen off other vehicles.

Awesome job guys, my Bmw m5 e34 had a bad oil leak, l was in a trip from Chicago to NY and that hapend in this little city, so Jemmy got the problem done in less than an hour, and thanks Mike for quick response. I am happy and back on the road

I was here on business and my car broke down on me (water pump, thermostat, tensioner issue) I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday and by Monday afternoon my vehicle was complete. These gentleman did an awesome job. And although I never talked to any of them (my girlfriend called on my behalf) they did an excellent professional job and I can tell this is a quality shop with integrity god bless you all. Now I can get back home safely to my family. Very very satisfied and grateful

Mytee Automotive is top notch. Called at 8am , had my car there by 8:30 and they immediately had it up on the lift checking it out. Very knowledgeable about cars and answered all my questions on what I should do. The communication was very clear as to what they saw and what they detected was wrong with my car. Would 100% recommend to anyone that is in the area and needs work done to their car.

The guys at Mytee always do a great job! They get us in on a moment's notice, and even drive the person waiting for the repair over to Levis Commons for shopping or a hot drink. I have always found them to be very honest. They go to great lengths to get the best price for parts. I had to have new rotors one time and Mike called around until he found one of his outlets that had a price that he liked. Apparently my old Escape has expensive rotors. I've never walked away from their place with the feeling that I had been overcharged. If anything they are super reasonable. I once recommended them to a good friend who had an old car that she loved, but the part needed to fix it would have cost her thousands. She didn't have that kind of money, so took it to Mytee and they MADE HER THE PART for a fraction of what the dealership wanted. Let's just say she left with a smile on her face AND got a few more years out of her beloved car. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Best experience I ve ever had at an automotive shop. Jeff and his crew are super honest and do quality work. My car went in for an expensive fix and Jeff discovered some things that made it less expensive. He communicated with me often and saved me money. They completed the work very quickly and my car operates perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone, they have become my go to mechanic shop.

My experience at Mytee getting my Honda Element fixed was great. Mike in the office is VERY knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and kind. I enjoyed working with him. The mechanics do great work, they are particular and fast. The cost was very fair, with a job well done just like when they worked on my car before. I highly recommend the crew at Mytee to you.

These guys always take great care of me. Their prices are fair and they are very timely. I have a German made vehicle and they are very honest about when they don't feel comfortable making repairs, which I appreciate far more than them giving it a try.

I called and talked to Mike in the Early morning to get my car in that day since my car sounded so bad from the hole in the exhaust. He was very accommodating and professional. I dropped it off as discussed and he called shortly after with my diagnoses - that I already knew what was the problem. He provided me with a fair estimate and they did the work that day. He found another leak in my trans line and identified it to me but did not press it to be fixed. But said it should be addressed soon. So I went ahead and had both items fixed since they were already working on my car. They were speeding and complete on the service. My car was handled well and with the COVID I was able to have minimal physical interaction. I would recommend them all day long!! Mike is super personable and mechanic was very knowledgeable. A+++++ in my book!

Jeff was tremendous in assessing my AC problem and getting me an estimate that was fair and was a much more reasonable fix than what another place was trying to do. I think they've earned a new customer!

Moving out of town, but will miss the great service from the team at Mytee. I have two late model vehicles that require on-going TLC. Mike and Jeff have been awesome with advising of options, considering the age of the vehicles. And when I needed a big job, they always got it done on time and right the first time. I will miss having a dependable mechanic in town. I hope we can find someone as dependable and trustworthy in our new city. Thanks guys. Appreciated the great service.

We hit a deer on the Indiana/Ohio border they inspected our car made some adjustments and repairs to get us safely home back to Colorado. Incrediblyknowledgeable staff that cares about their customers. My Mother in law highly recommended them and I can definitely see why, they are the best.
