went in for an alignment and was promptly greeted by Caleb. He was understanding of my situation and incredibly friendly as if we we were already friends, but while still remaining professional. He quickly got my truck in and the Midas crew did a great job on my alignment in a short amount of time for a fair price! :)

I was driving from Kentucky to Michigan and my check engine light came on and my car kept jerking so I pulled off the highway and luckily made it safely to Midas. It was 3pm and they were able to get me in immediately. They were able to fix my car and get me on the road by 5pm and that is even getting a part from a nearby store. Not to mention the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and put me at ease. Every customer that came in was treated respectfully and the whole atmosphere was wonderful. I would 100% recommend!

Fantastic service had me in and out within the hour. Told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle as well as did the exact services I requested no more and no less. Plus was able to handle a Financial budget plan with ease.

Easy to make an appointment online. Staff was friendly. Did not receive any write up about what was performed on my vehicle, just a receipt. No call when my vehicle was completed. Price seems average compared to others.Edit: Was contacted after a response to this review. The manager was out of the office at the moment but made an excuse of a new system and techs not really knowing how to use it. Promised he would send me the printout of my service on his return to the shop. I have not received the printout a month+ later.Edit 2: Was called today by the store manager Matt and was provided with pictures of my vehicle write up from the day of service. Thank you!

Had a nail in my front tire. I dropped by and they took care of it with no charge. I have taken my business there for 4-5 years. The store managers have been knowledgeable, honest, and welcoming. The work has always been done well and fair. Like any auto repair shop, after examining the vehicle, they will tell you what needs repaired. It is their responsibility. The customer always has a choice of what they want done.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! Went in for an oil change and ended up needing a couple minor things fixed. I was in and out in less than an hour and wasn t forced to do any unnecessary maintenance like most places try to do when women go in alone. Definitely will be returning!

I had a slow leak in a tire and ran it up to them. They told me it might take up to two hours to get it in. I was out of there in just under an hour and a half. They got the tire patched for free and checked over the truck with photos sent directly to my phone. They weren't pushy about fixing anything that minor and overall support friendly. When is time for new tires I know my first stop.

Got an oil change Perrysburg Location. I parked my truck as I went on vacation. I come back and move my truck and there is a large puddle of fluid underneath. I have never had any drips of car fluids in my drive, until now.I went back to find out what could have happened. The manager kept telling me he is not exactly sure what could make a puddle that large. He stated it might be the transmission fluid as there is some drips underneath. I asked if he could tell if the transmission fluid was low and he said no way to tell because there is No Dip Stick. I checked my car out and left at this time.I am at a loss and onto a new mechanic that hopefully can tell why I now have a leak after an oil change!

My dad took his car in because the heat wasn t working. He received a call that they found several things wrong and the estimate was close to $5000 with optional repair of a power seat. I immediately called the place and told them we would be picking up the car as I felt these charges were excessive and that my dad, who is elderly, was being taken advantage of. I did voice my concern about the estimate and my dad being charged almost $100 for the diagnostic testing, the manager was very unprofessional. I took the car to another locally owned shop where my dad got a estimate for $440.90. He was told that the repairs that this Midas shop said he needed were unnecessary and they were surprised he got that high of an estimate. These people are dishonest, do not take your car there. BTW, I typically do not post reviews, I only do so when the service is either very good or very bad.

My family and I drove from Maryland to Michigan and in route (in Ohio) we started experiencing car issues that were on the verge of becoming detrimental. Matt, the manager at this Midas location provided an amazing experience, he helped us resolve our issue and find a solution. There s no better way for us to describe our experience other than a blessing. They were the only place that could see us last minute, without an appointment and they went above and beyond to help us. Despite our issue not being your average car service/ oil change situation and requiring parts that they did not have on hand. We were able to get back on the road in a couple of hours and we were good to go!Thank you so much Matt and team! We wish you a happy and prosperous 2024 and hope that the good you ve put out into the world comes back to you in tenfold.

I had some parts that had broken off my car earlier this morning. They were able to get me in quickly and even after I had lingering problems they reevaluated my car at no additional cost and fixed the issue. Customer service at its finest

Do not take your car here. I had an oil change on a new car and they installed an after market oil filter. After only a 1,000 miles the filter seal broke and almost ruined my car. The fumes from the oil leak dripping on the engine could have killed my family. They also forgot to put the pins back in for the oil tray. Called in and they wouldn't pay for repairs - $350. Calling the BBB.I receive the message below from the owner asking to click a link... Your staff said you would call me and you never did - great customer service

Bad customer service and messed the wiring up in my car with the headlights and my blinkers or light switch couldn't turn off the headlights and was told go to the dealership because they didn't want to finish the job that they started that messed up my wiring so I had to unplug my battery post to turn the headlight off. (Edit) Now when I took the car to Matt at midas in Perrysburg and he really got the headlights are working perfectly and I am so glad that there are still nice people Thanks matt u did a great job and will always bring any vehicle I get to you for service

They did the task they were paid for. When we brought up we had a coupon from their website before paying, they said it was too late and we should have told them sooner and there was nothingthey could do. Pretty poor customer service for a loyal customer over the years even though it shouldn't matter if we have been there before or not. Every other time it hasn't been and issue and the service was great.

We had something hit our front tire and flatten it. This happened Sunday evening, we had it towed to Midas and the next day they were on it. Great communication and excellent work. This shop is filled with workers with integrity, would highly recommend!

Made it right by allowing me to return a battery I bought the same day when the repair of the vehicle I brought in was not possible/recommended due to age of the vehicle and miles driven. Repair cost exceeded worth of vehicle and was honest about the repair success rate being minimal.

Disappointed! Tire rotation was supposed to be free but they did not do it because they couldn't find the wheel lock. BTW, The only reason I know they didn't rotate my tires is because I actually asked. Also I had low tire pressure in my front tire due to the cold weather. Clearly they didn't check the tire pressure, since I had to put air in my tires before I even left. Of course they told me that I need a new tires anyway.I only brought it here because of the tire rotation, otherwise I would have just went to jiffy lube.

I always have a great experience at the Perrysburg location. The manager and his team are always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. I ve been going there since they have opened.
