Had the brake pads and rotors replaced on my car. Front desk staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I asked if I could add on an oil change, tire rotation and headlight replacement on another car for the day and they accommodated at the last minute without issue. Love that they are open until 8PM! Their waiting area was very nice as well.

Stopped here due to a tire losing air on a journey home to MI from FL. The lead mechanic/manager was very helpful and accommodating, staying open until after closing time to get us taken care of and back on the road. Ended up with a whole new set of tires, trusting his recommendations due to a small nail in an unrepairable location.

My kids and I were on a road trip, passing through this area on our way to Tennessee.We sadly had our tire blow on the interstate. Thankfully at least it was at the exit near this Belle Tire.I booked an appointment online and for a couple hours after opening as it was the first appointment. We showed up at open on March 8th and were greeted by Robert and another young man. Both very friendly and kind toward our situation. Robert assisted us and confirmed that the tires were ordered and would be there this am. We didn t have anywhere to go. He called the delivery place and confirmed they were on route and kept me updated. He also ensured my car was brought in when they got there and got us up and on the road quicker than I expected. Everyone was very kind to my kids (my youngest is a little hyper).Since I was sitting there, I observed so many interactions with clients, in person and over the phone. Another gentleman had also come in to work, Keenan, and he helped me settle the bill. His kindness and positive energy is infectious. Always smiling, and greeting everyone with so much friendliness. I expect this level of care and concern at a tire shop. But they treat you like friends instead of just clients.Thank you to everyone who was working and helped get us up and running. I m not from this area (from Canada) but if I was, this would be the only place I d visit for any and everything I need for a vehicle.Thank you!

I just bought a new, to me, car that s 21 years old and it s in great condition. For the price I paid for it I just couldn t believe there weren t any issues. A few days after driving it I started feeling a slight vibration and it drove me nuts because I was thinking about all of the bad, costly repairs that might need done. I called tire-man and they told me to bring it in. Upon arrival I was offered refreshments, tv to watch, and comfortable chairs. I was happy with waiting as long as I needed to.After waiting one of mechanics told me that my wheels were all out of balance and that they had balanced all of my wheels and cleaned up the inner side of the rim of debris. I only asked for a diagnosis of the issue. Not only did they fix the issue but they did it at no charge. It says a lot about a company that helps out the community. I m grateful that they helped me out.There was also an older gentleman waiting for his car to get done before me. He had a nail in his tire and they fixed that for him at no charge. I remember thinking how cool that was for these guys to do.I ll definitely be coming back to have my vehicle serviced by these guys. I have the upmost respect. Thanks

My husband enquired about tires, $700 out the door, no extra charges. We went had them done, $1,027. I'm so tired of these companies with their bait and switch tactics. Told us the battery was dead had to Jumpstart it. Well, first time ever. I feel we got played, won't ever go back there.

The final straw.I took my car in to them and told them the check engine light was on even told them the code of the error. It took them 2 hours to get my car in and "diagnose" the problem. Only to tell me what I already knew and told them. Then they told me that the part would cost almost 4x the actual price at autozone, I know because Autozone were the ones that told me the error code days before in the first. Then it would take about 30minutes of labor ($90 or so). -The part sits on top the engine, it's 3 screws and a plug. They were going to charge over $550 for the whole job. Told them I will take it someplace else or do it myself for that price. They still tried charging me $150 for the "Diagnosis" and I would have to give them a few minutes while they "put it back together" you mean unplug the diagnosis doodad?Until they pulled the car around, I was willing to let all that slide. They have a business to run after all. But the last straw for me was when they drove past 3 empty spots and parked the car as far away from the door as possible. Now that's just being petty. Don't be a victim, get a second opinion. They have lost my business and you should do research before giving them yours.

I have a regular mechanic who is a close friend, but he can't do everything, so I went to Belle Tire to have my tires fixed and oil changed. The last time I was at Belle Tire, they tried to sell me a lot of things I didn't need. This time, my experience was completely different. They were courteous and helpful, didn't ask me to buy anything I didn't need, gave me good rates and offered options, and they did an excellent job servicing my vehicle. My car drives much better and I'm very happy with the service I received. Thank you all for the improvements you have made to your business!

This is the best business I have been to in a decade. Due to a fraud alert hold on my account I could not pay and felt like my world was ending. The manager, Mason, helped me out with the situation and we were able to make an agreement. This type of business is not even practiced in America anymore! Never taking any of my vehicles anywhere else, great customer service means a customer for life!

This location is absolutely rediculous. My wife needed a battery, she went in and was told $270.... I then called a local dealership and got qouted $190. Then when my wife tells tireman I'm sorry we are going to take it elsewhere they came back and said we can do $190... ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Why not give us your best price the first time. 100% will not use this location and I will make sure to let everyone know how this place handles business. They are ripping people off daily. Absolutely unacceptable, and will not stand to be treated this way.

I miss tireman!! Do not go here. First attempted visit since it switched to Belle Tire and will be the last. Did an overnight drop and asked for the simple bronze oil change (<$40 at tireman). They called at 8am and said it would be ready by noon. Arrived just after 12 and they said they haven't even taken it back yet. It would be at least another hour and $85. Took the car and went to the perrysburg quick lube, instant service and only $65.

Front desk staff wasgreat. I had wheel hubs and a sway bar replaced. Drove it for 10 days and my Dodge Ram feels like a sports car now. Nicely done by the mechanic! Appreciate the crew over there thanks.

This place is awesome. Our car broke down on the way back to Michigan and we had it towed here. They were able to start it up without an issue and it had no codes so they told us everything was good but they could diagnose it further if needed. I asked what I owed them, and they told me nothing, sounds like we just had an electrical issue during a bad downpour so we had it towed there, but we are so thankful for this place and how nice they were and didn t take advantage of us at all. The man at the front counter answering the phones on 3/4/23 was very kind and helpful.

My car was overheating and I took it in to Bell Tire for a diagnostic and repair. I was surprised when Bell Tire listed things like Head Cam gasket, and Cam Head replacement along with piston replacement, thermostat and water pump... Basically, Bell Tire wanted to replace my engine. Their estimated cost for repairs would be $2,500 dollars. And just a few weeks before, Bell Tire replaced my "fuel booster" and they charged me $2,200 dollars.So, I decided to get a second opinion. I took it to another shop in Toledo and they quickly diagnosed the problem coming from the thermostat and water pump.The car is running great and it only cost me $500 dollars.Bell Tire is not the same as Tireman.

Needed a new battery and headlight for my car. Stopped in and asked for a quote and set up an appointment for the next day. They checked everything out to make sure that was what I needed and gave me a fair price. Was back on the road quickly. Staff was friendly and professional, waiting area clean and comfortable. Would use again

Normally, this location has fantastic service. It's the first shop I've gone back to repeatedly, and I recommend them to any of my friends who need their car serviced as well.With my latest service, I wanted to swap my winter tires onto the current rims, then check alignment. I got a call about an hour after dropping it off telling me the alignment was off. I went ahead and paid for the alignment. A few hours later, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. I left work to go get it, and they didn't swap my tires, which was the main point of bringing my car in.I returned my keys for them to correct it, but the receipt said all the items were completed. Clearly they were not. The excuse I was given was "your file was in the completed box, sorry about that".Overall, Tireman is great, but this is such a simple, avoidable mix-up. They let me down this time.

Pleasantly surprised with the customer service! Not all auto shops take the time to explain car problems so thoroughly while being transparent ! Tireman had great communication with me and were very patient as I decided how to move forward with my car troubles. The service was fast, done in 1 day! Thank you Mason and Jared for all your help!

They are always able to get us in quickly, and resolve our concerns. They also gave us the BEST price on tires around. I always go here for tires even if I do pay more, but they will still beat the other local competition. I recently had to get our van in for tires and they completed the tasks quickly and had what I was looking for. About the price again I just asked for their price of said tire and they beat the other local tire places by about $250, that is awesome!. Some time ago they lost their tech who would do alignments and they have been training the new person. They are doing well and starting to assist me with special adjustment requests now. I am a nut when it comes to alignments since from years back that used to be my specialty. Even though I do a lot of work myself they almost always have treated me like I bring my vehicles in for everything. Matter of fact I had a time there was an issue and I brought it up and they worked on resolving the issue and did. Ryan was the manager I had to talk to at that time and he helped take care of it, I appreciated it. So I recommend them here and if you do have an issue nicely talk to them they will work with you..... remember people respect is a two way street.

I came in, to get my tires checked for a slow leak, not only did they not fix the problem (aluminum rims, so they needed cleaned up) I ask if the reprogrammed the tire sensors, I was told they did. Two days later when the indicator came on for low air pressure, the sensors was for the wrong tire. Forgot to mention, had an oil change an tire rotation. I specifically asked when they were done, did they reprogram the tire sensors I was told they definitely did. This is the second time this has happened. I was charged for they NOT fixing or Not programming tire sensors!! It is easy for anyone to say just take it back, but I don t have the time to be without to be with out my vehicle. So once again, I m very disappointed with my experience with Tireman

Tireman is always so efficient and helpful! The staff is friendly and to the point! They have done a great job with my cars, both in the past and currently. The place is always clean. I highly recommend Tireman for any car service needs you have. I will be back, but hopefully not soon!

Everyone I came in contact with at this location was very polite and friendly.They were helpful answering any questionsI asked concerning trouble with my brakesto replacing the muffler. Having moved recently this was my first experience with Tire Man and was also very pleased in telling me when my car would be ready to pick up and it work was completed as promised. I will definitely give good recommendations!

My appointment was at 1pm. I had to wait with my almost 2 year old toddler because we had no one to pick us up. I was told I would be back on the road with my vehicle at 1:45. I only asked for any oil change. They didn t get my car done until 3pm and they rotated my tires without informing me first. I had to tell them to rotate them back because I just had them rotated a week prior. They also had a walk in get done before me which was highly upsetting. Don t schedule appointments or give me a time I will be out of there if you re going to be almost an hour and a half after that time.

I was told twice the wheel alignment would take 45 minutes. It took nearly an hour and a half. Additional maintenance on my vehicle was suggested. I was told it would take 20-30 more minutes and that I would be given coupons for the additional time I had waited. Another hour passed and no coupons offered. I understand work can take longer than expected; I would prefer to be given a high end estimate as to wait time rather than the low end estimate. I could have more adequately prepared for the wait time.

They will replace your tire with a bad tire, mark "no" under their warranty without mentioning it to you, and then assume you'll come back and pay for another replacement. I feel targeted and taken advantage of... Maybe if I was a male, it would've been different. I do NOT recommend tireman.

Great experience at Tireman Perrysburg! Dropped car off without an appointment and they got me in, I needed new rotors and brakes, they found a brake line messed up and took care of that too! They communicated everything very professionally and with options. The warranty on the brake pads is highly recommended as Tireman honored it, no questions!! My 4Runner is running as smooth as when it was brand new!! Thanks guys!

Dealer said wife s van needed new brakes and rotors. We were due for an oil change so we vehicle in to get a second look and to our surprise the team at tireman thoroughly inspected and said nothing is wrong and we should get another 20k before needing new brakes. Appreciate the honesty and service.

The men that work here are very very nice. They worked on my car immediately. It only took them 45 minutes to put new brakes and rotors on the front of my car. They checked everything. And they gave me a coupon discount. Very nice place to go they do really good work.I went back to this tire man because I received a free coupon for welcome to the neighborhood they did a blue oil and filter. Plus they did a screw removal from my tire and plugged it up. Rotated my tires and make sure the air pressure was correct. When I get new tires I will definitely go here when I get new tiresWhen I get new tires I will definitely go here the men here work hard and they also have a couple of women there.
