I went to this store since the store in Lima, OH misread a part number, I was at home for Easter and I had to exchange that part for the correct one. I was helped by a guy there who had long hair and glasses and he knocked this out of the park. Seriously. He was wonderful. Kind, helpful, positive, just a wonderful experience. Then after I got my part he said if something else goes south I'll be here until 9pm tonight to help you. I apologize I didn't get his name but AutoZone, PLEASE positivity recognize this employee of yours for a job well done. I wish all my car projects go as smoothly as this one did after the fact.

I had a car problem this evening and flew into a panic. Jonah and his manager were so helpful that I am beyond grateful! Their advice and help with taking care of the problem were invaluable. Wonderful place to go, love having them here local!

I went in looking for a specific item in a rather low price range. I was immediately asked if I needed help when entering the store and the employee quickly found the item I wanted. The one I wanted was way out of my price range but the employee suggested other places for me to look to find what I needed and I was able to find it in my price range.

Bad service, employees arguing at the counter and talking down on each-other. Bad organization, ordered a part that needs to come from their hub. Guys in the store couldn t figure out where it was and ordered it again. Ended up paying for a different brand for the part and paying for 2 parts in total, the original purchase and the part they ordered again from their hub. Unprofessional and unpleasant.

Can't speak on all stores but this auto zone in Perrysburg is a great place to go for help advice. They help with little task you need for your car. Always friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. I'm quick to say I'll just go to MY AUTOZONE!!! Strongly recommend

Driving on a toll road from Chicago to Cleveland on a Sunday afternoon, our battery light came on and AutoZone was only 15 minutes away.Fortunately it was under warranty and they swapped it out in no time.Special street cred to Kurtland for figuring out how to get to the battery under a bunch of other Hyundai stuff and having a great attitude.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful here. However, don t plan on ever getting rid of used oil here - it s become a running joke that their tank is always full.

Went to AutoZone to buy a car battery, hoping I could get them to help me swap it out since this battery weighs nearly 50 lb and I have an injured back. The woman doing the cashier told me no one had time to help me. I asked if they had a tool kit and she said yes. I asked if I undid it and got it all ready to pull out could they pull it out for me so I don't have to lift it and she said no they don't have time. So I went to Walmart and saved $50 on a battery that is actually better and a friend will help me swap it tomorrow. I usually have a better experience with AutoZone, but but I guess this one in Perrysburg doesn't have the same policy as the others do to help you with your purchase

Went in to buy a cargo mat for the back of my Crosstrek and when I asked the worker if they sold box cutters so I could install it real quick, he offered to first take out the mat to my car to make sure it fit before I bought it and then he installed it right then and there and cut it to fit perfectly. It was so kind and much appreciated! Excellent customer service!

Lady (Think Julie) was very rude and disrespectful. She made a snotty comment and I didn t respond to it just kept working with her so I could get what I needed. She definitely needs lots of work on providing good customer service.

Great place for all your auto parts plus phenomenal service. I had purchased wiper blades but was unable to figure out how to mount them. Bryan replaced the ones I bought for a pair that worked then installed them at no charge! I will buy all my auto parts at Autozone!

They had what I needed ,when others now days didn't but stuff a little" up in price" now as most places past raising costs on to us ? Still go here off and on when No one else has what I need?! Good products ,and good service otherwise! ( Sorry for my honest , but slightly negative review!) Edited post

Be prepared to go 3 times at least. Never the right part. Or half the right part. The people are friendly, but don't know anything about automotive repair. No compensation for the multiple trips or damages caused by their ignorance Going to take the extra time to go to O'Reilly. Still faster than hoping these people get it right.I miss the forest city days. Mechanics who actually know what they are doing.

The guy that helped me out had no info on parts that they are selling and I had to repeat several times what my car was for him to ask me if it was a different model. They also didn't want to price match as they claim they supposedly do however they didn't want to do it at all.Update- After they had gotten ahold of me for my review they were very apologetic and made up for the experience in store will continue to go there for parts thenk you for making it right!1 star to 5 stars very professional the second time around and more then willing to fix the mistake!

Before we bought it our Jeep was in an accident and when someone fixed it they put on some wrong parts. At the Perrysburg AZ they helped ALOT to get me the parts I needed, Julie was great to work with. Great customer service!
