Do not buy a car from herehorrible placethe car we bought there never ran right and they "bent over backwards" to help us telling us to bring it in to their auto repair place which was a joke and they would "make it right"they never touched it and clearly have no clue what they are doing.It always came back with the same issues every time I think it was a total of 5 times we took it in before we got sick of dealing with themDrove it maybe a total of 6 timesdidn't even last a year before it was in the bone yard and most of that year it was in the shopcomplete and total joke 0 stars

By FAR the best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had ! My boyfriend decided to trade our Jeep in so he could get the sports car he s always wanted - so I that left me needing a new SUV for everyday driving. I went to Towpath with intentions on purchasing a 2006 Mercury Mariner just something reliable, and clean that I could get around in.. BUT ended up leaving the lot in a SUPER CLEAN 2014 Kia Sorento! Steve was very helpful when it came to helping me choose the right SUV from his lot and got me approved FAST and easy considering I have went default on a car loan some years back. I couldn t believe it ! Not only did he help me make amends with my previous lender, he got me into something way nicer and way newer than I initially expected. On top of that, he s so easy to work with. He keeps his word and gets done exactly what he says he s going to get done as far as helping with the vehicle even after purchase. I would recommend Towpath 100x over if you re in need of a new vehicle. He has a nice selection, kind, helpful and honest! He doesn t force sales on you or try to talk you into buying something you re unsure about. Overall a 5 out of 5 star experience! Thank you Steve !

Wish I could give zero stars. Sure he's good on getting you into a car fast but as soon as something happens and the car needs work wants to give the run around on getting it in. His guys worked on my car had the dash out now have a ton of electical issues he swears it wasnt his guys but over the time we got the car back until now its been one thing after another with the electrical, ripped my leather seat and seat belt, blamed me even though I'm pretty sure if I did it or got the car that way initially I would most definitely remember! Icing on top of it all now he wants me to continue driving said car even tho my trunk keeps randomly popping open while I drive it. Then gets offended because I'm upset smdh

Would highly recommend. I found them when I was in a bit of a crisis when another deal I had fell through and needed a car quickly. They were very helpful and able to get me back on the road at a great deal.

The owner Steve is honest and helpful. I was looking for a first car for my 16 year old daughter, and he could have made an easy sale on a car that would not have been right for her. He steered me clear from it because he cares. Later he sold me a suitable car and made sure the car functioned well and would pass e-check. His capable service guys handle the mechanical stuff. I warmly recommend this car dealership because Steve is such a good guy.****As an update, let me say that we needed another car for my college age son. I called Steve who realized we needed a reliable car for this student who would be away at school. That same day Steve offered a great car at a tremendous price for a college kid who could not afford much. His master mechanic Tony made sure the vehicle was sound, and we were off to the races. These guys are great! I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks Steve and Tony!*****Another update (2022) my daughter tried to drive through a flash flood and the car died. Steve and his crew got it running in no time. A week later, the car died again due to the previous water damage. Steve and company worked their magic on the car. He is eager to help, sympathetic to difficult circumstances, and an honest dealer. His automotive shop does great work too! I warmly recommend Towpath Motors and Towpath Auto!

Steve and staff were great for the entire buying process. I've bought a few vehicles there and they were always up front and honest. I also have all of my work vehicles serviced at their facility. Always done right and a fair price. Thank you Steve and staff for always treating me right.

Only good thing so far about the owner Steve. He is a awesome guy, that will do what he can to put you in what you want and if he can't he will work on finding you a car to drive. Even with this Virus going on, he was willing to help me get approved and into a 2007 town and Country van that me and my kids love. His service guys are awesome guys too. Nothing but good thing to say and I wish Google does more stars.

Buying a car can be difficult for someone with low credit like myself. I was looking for a reliable car and stumbled across Towpath motors. When I found out that they could approve me over anyone else for a car that should've been WAAAYYYYY out of my price range, that's what got me smiling. When I got there to test drive the car, they remembered me calling and asking, it was like family. I test drove the car, and within a half hour, I had a 2011 Camry SE that was fully loaded and in good condition!! Thanks again to everyone at Towpath motors!

I needed a car pretty bad. After talking to Steve he offered me a great trade in price for my jeep and put me into a beautiful car with a warranty way cheaper than any other place! The whole process took less than an hour. I highly recommend them!

Steve at Towpath will do all he can to get you in a vehicle. If you have trouble with your vehicle, Steve will do all he can to help you get your vehicle back on the road. He has his own Service department which is awesome. Thanks Steve. Keep on keeping on.

Okay I have mix feelings on Towpath Motors!myself and my family has gotten 4 vehicles from here,my down payment was awesome and my monthly payments Steve was great with me cause I only receive ssi.Now my older kid there payments were High but when u don't have best credit score I guess u can't complain when someone gives u credit. We did have problems with vehicles but as long as you call it in Steve will work to get it fix with there garage!

I have purchased several cars from Steve at Towpath Motors in the past 10 years. He financed me when nobody else would because I had filed a bankruptcy and always made sure I had a car to drive if something went wrong. Very honest and trustworthy. I would refer him to anyone.
