Showroom had a TON of bikes and was clean and organized! I have anxiety and I was super nervous being a first time buyer of a motorcycle AND a woman but Johnny made me feel at ease! He was patient and I never felt rushed. He asked me many questions and helped me find the bike that was the best fit for me. I LOVE my 2009 Suzuki Boulevard M50! Thank you Johnny and State 8!P.S. - to the people who didn't have a good experience.... If you have a problem, ask to talk to the manager (not all Karen-like) and you will be surprised how far a little communication will get you. Just sayin'.

I have been buying bikes from this dealership for about 20 years. Just picked up a Kawasaki Voyager 1700. Shawn is always top notch to work with and is always happy to answer questions, and very helpful & knowledgeable in offering suggestions based on the buyers need for what they are looking for in a bike. Highly Recommend A+

I purchased a new Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS......... but not from State 8. They list a new 2022 Speed Triple for $13,998 and a 2023 for $14,798. Michael was happy to talk to me about them. He wasn't so happy when I asked what his best price was. He said his sales manager would laugh at him if he asked! Finally he listed all the fees - destination, set-up, uncrating(?) fee, tax, document, tag on a Post-It note - which added another $3,000 to the listed price. Between the numbers and his attitude, I decided to look elsewhere. Best decision ever! Another dealer east of State 8 offered me a new 2024 Speed Triple for just a few hundred dollars more. State 8 gets two stars because it has a nice showroom and lots of bikes to look at. Just don't buy any.

Walked in, glanced around for help & within a minute was greeted by one of two owners. Had a nice discussion about what I've rode & what I'm lookin for. After that I was shown a bike that is EXACTLY what I'm lookin for.Don't waste your time elsewhere, if you are a fan of customer service like me, these guys are great!

This is now my second bike that I purchased from State 8! I worked with Johnny, and I had an amazing experience! From start to finish Johnny was very informative and straight forward! 10/10 recommend State 8

Internet purchase...just received bike shipment and very pleased with purchase. Business office very organized and helpful with all of the sales paperwork for across state transaction.Only negative was initial salesperson contact who I had to chase for follow up questions once the sale was made. Some attention to after sales follow up could be improved

My salesman Michael communicated very well and made the entire process extremely easy. So far, all of my experiences with State8 have been friendly and extremely useful. I can't wait to break in my new bike and am hoping that all of the service visits live up to the extremely high standard State8 has set.

We were in the market for a bike for our son. He wanted a breakout. He found the one he liked here at State 8. We have bought bikes here before but after this experience we will not be back.Talked to the sales person Justin. The bike is a 2015 HD Breakout. It needed tires. Told him we wanted the tires replaced. He went to talk to his manager Lou who ended up coming over to talk to us. Only to tell us he has been riding and that bike didn t need tires. It goes through an inspection and would be called out if it did. My son really wanted this one so we bought the new tires with Lou telling us our bike would have top priority to get them on. (Their service department does not do appointments). That was Monday 3/18. Our tires arrived there on Friday 3/22. On Saturday I called in and told our sales person Justin our tires arrived yesterday what time would our bike be done so we can pick it up. He stated he would get with service and call me back.I got the call back to only find out it would be Monday or Tuesday before it would be done. I stated it was to be priority and not Monday or Tuesday. He stated he was sorry and that is what they are saying as they are really busy. We hung up only for him to call me back to say he talked to his manager Lou and they went back to service. They are doing all they can but the Harley Tech is not in today. He should really be the one to do it. I said it is tires. He said yes but they will give it another check over. I said Justin we were told it was checked when it arrived to state 8, it went through the check again before we signed. What are they checking for? It s tires that need put on.After thinking about it I called a Harley Dealer near me. They said bring it in and we will get them on for you today no problem. Went in and picked up the bike and tires. Justin tried to say again the Harley tech was out. At this point we just want the bike we paid for almost a week ago. While at the Hall of Fame HD shop getting tires on they came out to tell us the front brakes are shot. Said the left side has nothing left. Took us back to see our bike and sure enough no pad left on the left side. So after this bike had been checked twice and Lou saying it needs nothing or his tech would have called it out looks like that is just not true. Picture is attached here of the brakes. So if you buy a bike from State 8 make sure you take it somewhere to have a check done as your bike might not be safe. Or just go somewhere else to buy a bike that truly has had safety checks done. Thankful we took it away to get the tires done or we would not have known. Our son will now be safe riding this motorcycle.

Shawn was my salesman and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the entire buying process. He made all of it easy and timely. I will definitely recommend and buy from there again

This was our third unit from State 8 and we couldn t be happier. Slater is always amazing and professional. We ordered this unit months ago knowing it might take awhile to come in from Honda. Slater was great about keeping in touch with us and up to date. Everyone there is always willing to help, they are friendly and just good people. We also get our units serviced at State 8 and they are always helpful as well. Thank you everyone at State 8 for a wonderful experience. We look forward to years of off road fun!

Stopped at State 8 Cycles Cuyahoga Falls on my lunch break to look at kids ATVs my sales guy Slater was able to help me out and answer all questions I had and he made the purchase go very smooth along with the other staff up front I was in and out within an hour I will definitely be going back for my future purchases they had great selection and lots of product and stuff definitely recommend them to anybody looking for an ATV motorcycle dirt bike or side by side

Had a great experience good people I can't stand pushy salesman. Zack took care me he's a stand up guy. I'm 2 hrs away from the dealership and the process went as easy and smooth as if it were to good to be true. Once there I was in and out. The experience at State 8 was quick and easy! The staff were friendly and helpful. With all the different brands of equipment, a lot of the staff were happy to talk about the differences in each bike. I had Zack as the salesman and he was busy but focused on each person he was attending to. He answered any questions I had.

Our experience with State 8 - off road was awesome! They listened to what we were looking for - understood our budget and didn t try to up sale us. We were able to change our mind on which ATV we wanted and they didn t miss a beat! I would recommend this place to anyone for the great service they provide!

I will never go to another dealership again! Christian was great with the sales side of things and Erik was great with financing, I really recommend coming to state 8 if you're looking around for a bike. Beautiful show room and the best staff

Sales and whatnot are awesome. Service, though, is unsatisfactory. If you need your bike serviced, take it somewhere else or do it yourself. They've had my bike for a week for an oil change and it still isn't ready. Completely unacceptable

Spent a hour at The parts counter with Jason Paxton assisting me. Not only did he take the time to give me everything I needed and explain everything to me, but he gave me better than expected pricing!!100% recommend their parts department.Next month their service department will be installing a Brock s Penta Carbon exhaust system among other things.Lets hope they get 5 stars as well

What an amazing experience! This was my second bike I had purchased from State 8, although there was a 20 year gap, the service was still exceptional! Thank You Dawson and Jay for getting me back in the seat! My new Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 is honestly the dream bike I never saw coming! Thanks Again!!

Purchased a 2024 Kawasaki Mule FXT recently for a great price. I had a minor issue after the sale & Kirk (the owner) went above & beyond to correct the issue. Kirk is very much involved in his business & cares about his customers. I would highly recommend State 8.Thank you Jason (in Parts) for tracking down the part I needed!

Nick the sales man was very good at negotiating good salesman but horrible dealership him and I went back-and-forth about a bike that has been dropped and needed a fairing for an hour or two about a price. He offered 5000 I came back with a counter offer for 4900 he said he would talk to his boss and get back to me. Come to find out Nick and I were discussing imaginary numbers because his manager couldn't do any less than 5293 this is my second time trying to purchase a bike from state 8 and both times they tried to screw me over on a used bike. I'd highly recommend going straight to the Kawasaki dealer in Elyria. Or anybody else except for State 8 Motorcycles. Unless you want your time and money to be wasted I wouldn't trust these guys with an oil change even if they got me the number the salesman said.

Had my first experience with the team at state 8 last week. Got my daughter a used dirt bike. They were straight forward with me about the dirt bike. They even gave me a manual for it even though they didn t have to. No complaints 10/10

They clearly are all about volume here. The salesman I dealt with had absolutely zero personality, on top of while being helped, seven other salesmen walked up to us to ask if we ve been helped yet, just showing how thirsty they are just to make a sale. I had two people ask me if this was my first motorcycle, which was a bike with 118 hp. Absolutely disgusted that they don t even care about selling a bike that size to a guy for his first bike. I would recommend going anywhere else except here

Great service , Shawn particularly helpful, THANK YOU ! watch the finance dept. They Like to add on loan options in the name if "convenience" particularly GAP INSURANCE. Educate yourself of your needs before shopping or you will be surprised- but hey they will explain it to you AFTER they include it.

Helpful happy service. Answered all my questions and my wife s questions. Mike was able to help me find the right bike for me and my wife asked if she could get a bike as well of course I am going to say yes and Mike was able to get her on her first bike as well. happy with the ladies and gentleman that work at state 8 they will continue to get our business

My experience from the start of a phone call, to loading up the motorcycle, was GREAT!! Sales to the F&I dept was top notch. I also wanna give a shout out to the washbay personal that cleaned the motorcycle. I wish I could of told the owner what a great staff he has. Keep up the good work!!
