Fantastic service and owners! While traveling home from vacation our car lost power. We located a place on Google maps right off the highway that sent us to Boyds. The owner Tom took our car in immediately and told us it was our catalytic converter. They were able to locate one an hour away. They had some one pick it up and had us back on the road within 3 1/2 hours. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Tom took the time to talk to us and let us know everything he did including adding an additive to our gas ( for no extra charge) because he noticed we had gotten some bad gas on our route.What could have been a terrible way to end our trip turned out to be just a pit stop where we had a nice lunch with homemade pie at the Past Time Cafe. Thank you guys so much. We can't tell you how much we appreciate it!

I found a truck online at a used car place in Paulding. After speaking to the owner I decided to drive over 80 miles one way to check it out. After reading the reviews about this used car place I set up an appointment to have Boyd Automotive to preform a used car inspection before I made my decision to buy the used truck.My brother and I went down to a local cafe to eat lunch while Boyd's was doing their inspection. We had a nice meal at a reasonable price .. would eat there again. Just as we were finishing up I received a call from Boyds. We got back and we went through the results. I was shocked at how close I had come to buying a piece of crap that would have cost me thousands of dollar to fix what was wrong.I am extremely happy that I chose Boyd's Automotive to preform the inspection. They were very thorough and did a great job. The small inspection fee saved me a ton of money.I would recommend if you are going to buy a used vehicle around there to take it in and have Boyd's check it out first.

Horrible place to go! I was charged 70.00 for a diagnostic test, and was quoted over A GRAND for 2 things that they "thought" was wrong! I ended up questioning their service because, what they said was wrong, I just had replaced a few months ago! Long story short, I took it to two others places, and they BOTH completed a diagnostic for FREE and it was NOT what Boyd Automotive said!! I called up to let them know what was really wrong with my car and they were rude, unprofessional, and refused to reimburse my $70.00 back to me. Never will I go back there or refer people to this business! Not to mention, they never apologized or asked what they could do to make my service better!

I`ve had a wonderful experience with repairs on my dodge dakota pick up, my front tire was literally falling off . I had to have it put on a flat bed tow truck to be taken to Boyd Automotive,for repairs. the next morning Emily called me to inform me of what the issue was with the front tire , Tom Boyd ask if i could come in ,he wanted to show me what parts went out and what it would take to fix. Mr.Boyd went above and beyond to fix/repair my truck, I`m so very grateful . I know i dont have to worry as to any safety issue with the front end any longer, my grandsons and I thank you . Boyd Automotive . The quality of work done , Is as if he was fixing his own Family`s vehichle, If there should be any other repairs needed on any of my family`s or friend`s cars or truck`s you bet I`m sending them to see Tom Boyd at his shop BOYD AUTOMOTIVE.......... they have ALL my BUSINESS thank you again sincerely Debra Salaz

Very kind staff. Helpful, quick and efficient. Very easy to schedule an appointment.Called at 1:45 schedule an appointment had me in there in 15 minutes. so if you need something done fast these are the guys to go to

Excellent and timely service at a fair price compared to other repair shops, especially national repair shops. The people who work here are "neighors" and they strive to do things the right way. They corrected my front end what another repair shop totally messed up.

Its so sad to see a bad review regarding this business. Everytime i have worked with them they have been AMAZING! every single person in the office is so helpful and always has a smile on. the customer service this company provides is beyond compare. Excellent staff!!

The work seems ok, but the estimate was $100 off. When I asked the lady in the office if something else had been broken she said no, the owner must have done the estimate wrong. So sorry.
