I have been taking my vehicles to John for about 15 years now, and he is the only one I trust to do honest work on them. My car was having issues late in the evening after most shops are closed, and I made the mistake of taking it to a dealership that was open late. I paid more than I should have for the service and once it was complete, was told that I needed to get another service done on it that was going to cost me $1,800. I reached out to John immediately to get his opinion. He had me bring it to his shop the next day where he confirmed that I did not need the service done that the dealership had tried to tell me was absolutely necessary. Not only that, but IF I had actually needed it done, he would have charged half of what the dealership had told me. John is the most trustworthy,caring mechanic you will find. I highly, highly recommend taking your vehicle to John at Parsons Automotive. I am extremely grateful for him.

The only one I trust my car with!I had my spark plugs replaced a couple years ago, and I had to get them replaced again due to another issue. He notified me that the last place had put some cheap spark plugs that he would never put in. I have taken my car there probably 5 times. They always get me in quickly, follow up and let you know what's wrong, and get your permission before doing the work. They came recommended to me by a friend, and they have not disappointed!

Got me in quick to get snow tires put on. Did a good job and it was priced fairly. The staff wasn't the nicest but were not rude either. About what you'd expect from a mechanics shop.

Parsons is an excellent place to take your vehicle. They are very friendly and know what they are doing. I only take my vehicles to them. They are very fair priced and are pretty quick with repairs. I would highly recommend them.

Have been going here for years. I trust them completely! And I think that is extremely necessary when it comes to your mechanic.I have recommended them to many people over the years and everyone has agreed... this is the place to go!

Accidentally ended up at this auto shop and i'm glad I did. Quoted brakes lower then 4 other competitors. Asked to look into a loud rattling noise on my car. Not only did he fix that but he patched my tire, fixed my bumper, and a couple of other things for only $45.00 extra bucks. Found my go to place for auto repair!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Yeah I went to this guy to fix my truck because my mechanic was out ill and I needed them to do a bypass on my fuel pump because my fuel pump kept running I took it to him he had it for hours couldn't do it Told me to take it to the dealership still charge me money didn't even get me no break no money back nothing so I got charged for him doing nothing So no I'm not happy I'm not pleased they get one star that's it If I could give no stars they'd get no starsService: General repairs & maintenance

I dropped my car off at 9am. By one, the problem was diagnosed. My next call was to tell me it was ready. That was a week ago, and no issues. I plan to use them again.

Great place with very trustworthy mechanics! Which sounds like an oxymoron I know, but not here! Our mechanic for life. Keep up the great work John!!

Amazing experience. Thought i had a fuel leak. Got me right in and fixed the issue. Got me back on the road back to Kentucky with confidence!! Will be back for sure. Thanks guys.
