The paint match, I will say, was perfect. The truck was hit in the left bedside pretty good and pushed off the road into the bushes, but still driving. it did take 4 months to get the truck back. I am assuming that was a lack of part availability and not their fault. Not only did they never address the other side of the truck with the bush scratches and busted mirror, but my truck came back with other damage than it left with. The front corner of my bed has a 1x4" gap in the corner, both OEM rear mud flaps are missing. Those aren't exactly cheap and now I gotta buy new ones, the factory rock chip guard on the left side is missing, the front of my bed is now caved in to the cab and dented the cab below the window "that wasn't there before they got it" we noticed it because it was squeaking going down the road. the bed had random boxes from other carparts that didn't belong to this truck, the hub cap had a piece broken off of it, and the tire they replaced does not match the other 5. (I sell Michelin tires so I know it's still an available tire) the cord to my auxiliary fuel tank was cut off and draggin the ground, and I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting. it now looks like I'm going to have to pay another shop out of my pocket to get the new (and skipped) damages repaired, and parts that are missing put back on. This truck is very important to this company, and I can't wait 4 months again. I'd only give it 1 star, but the office staff was very polite and easy to talk to. and the paint matches very well. This was my biggest concern as it is the ENTIRE bedside, and it looks good.

Screw this awful location! My car was involved into a wreck in the same area these guys fixed and my car was totaled from THESE GUYS. The second body shop found the damages these guys didn't fix! Attached are pictures of the first accident (not snowy picture) and the second accident (snowy picture). There is a picture that shows clamp marks from where these guys BUTCHERED it, not fixing it properly and totaling my car 3 years later.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I was recently rear ended and took my vehicle to Coughlin. These pictures show the quality (or lack thereof) of the service I received.The rear bumper isn't aligned with the fenders on both sides of the car.The rear spoiler is bowed, not attached to the bumper. Moves when you try to close the trunk, and you can see light through the gap.The trunk gap is different left to right. Where it meets the taillights on the left, you can stick your finger into the trunk. Not so on the right. Which, prevents the trunk from closing and latching properly. It often takes multiple attempts to close the trunk.On the left side of the trunk there is a spot where the paint has bubbled.I hear a rattling when closing the trunk. When I pulled back the interior cover, I see they didn't bother to re-attached the cable to the body.The black cover piece that goes over the trunk is wavy, isn't wrapped well, and is coming up on the edges.Also there is an interior body panel in the trunk that isn't attached and moves.With this many visible problems, I can't even imagine what all they messed up underneath the body panels.I would avoid this shop.12/6/19 update: Took my car back to the body shop 2 months ago to get these issues fixed. The trunk still isnt aligned right, it leaks water, and they covered the entire car with clearcoat overspray.

I got into a fender bender in my 2023 telluride. Coughlin made my car look brand new again. Camarra was my point of contact and she always kept me informed about the status of my car. Thanks guys.

I took a friend to pick up their car from this shop. They had an external body part replaced on the front passenger side. I followed them home to make sure they got home safely. We decided to get a bite to eat, and I rode with them in their car. On the way, an internal component of the part Coughlin replaced came off and fell in my lap. Coughlin broke an internal part and didn't attempt to fix it. Cannot recommend.

Absolutely horrific experience.I was in an accident in the end of June and my own insurance company suggested them. They ended up totalling it and I had to buy it back and use my own money to fix it instead. I spoke to at least three people, including the receptionist, who all were well aware it was a total loss and I was paying for it myself. They scheduled me out a whole month to bring it in to start the repairs. I even offered to put some money down to start the repairs and the receptionist told me that wasn't necessary. They waited until the next day AFTER I had paid the tow company to haul it there to call me when I was very rudely informed by a man named Brennen that they don't do total loss vehicles. I had to pay for another tow to get it off their lot.Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I dropped off my vehicle with only a softball sized dent. It has now been going on 3 weeks that I have been waiting for the work to be completed. As well as the fact my car was just sitting in the shop while they waited a week for parts and payment. If I did not work for a living and have to pay for a rental this would not be an issue. All in all I will never go with this shop to service my vehicle simply based on how long it takes them to repair a minor dent.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Coughlin collision was not easy to deal with. They never returned phone calls and getting anyone to answer was a chore. Plus the had my vehicle for almost a month, and after getting it back they didn t do a complete job. Parts are missing and they didn t touch up paint around the damage. They just slapped a new fender on and called it a day.

I brought my truck there because I have had great experiences with the Ford dealer but this is NOT the ford dealer. The quality of the work and service is unbelievably low. You can't get anybody to call you back, you can't get updates and there is rarely anybody there to help you so you have to stand in their lobby forever. I took my 2020 Explorer Platinum there to have some front end repair done and the windshield replaced. Pretty minor stuff. It only took 2 weeks but now i have a new car where the paint on the hood and bumper cover do not match. Big sweaty, bondo covered arm prints on the dashboard from where they tried to reinstall the dash cam, Big bondo dust foot prints on the floor mats, and the passenger side windshield pillar that does not fit right and is held up with a screw. It looks like a child reinstalled the dash cam. There is a fresh ding/scrape that looks like something in the shop fell on the car. The workmanship in General is bad. I would recommend avoiding them for any type of collision repair; the Quality issues appear to be a cultural thing not just a series of small mistakes.Service: Painting

If your looking for a place that has ZERO Communication, then this is the place for you!! They had my car for over one month, supposed to be a 10 day fix, and i have received 2 phone calls from them. Despite me calling over 20 times to see about an update. For the first two weeks i wasnt even sure if they had my car. Then casey finally decides to call and leaves me a voicemail to call him back and guess what??? NO ANSWER!!! I was beginning to think casey didnt exist! When casey did call (i was shocked to hear a human voice when he called) told me my car was ready.So i go to pick it up and NO ONE was in the office. I wasnt surprised cause if they cant pick up a phone then why would anyone be in the office DURING business hours.Well after about 10 mins waiting someone showed up and i got my keys. I go outside to look at my car and the headlights are not flush with the fenders (hit a deer so front was smashed) there was a gap so big between the hood and headlight that i could fit my fingers inside!!I went back in and told the guy and he said that there are gaps from the factory and that its ok. I said um no cause i have another impala sitting right next to the fixed one and there is no gaps. So he said i can take it back to the technician and see if he can adjust the headlights. Do you want to do that . I said uh yeah i want my car fixed right!! So now i am waiting in the parking lot to see if they can adjust the headlights.So if you want your car fixed correctly find somewhere else to take. Cause Coughlin in circleville definitely is not where it is at.Sad because the gm auto service is amazing so i thought the collision would be too. I was wrong!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got in with my truck pretty quickly!I always knew what was going on with my truck because I got calls from Mike frequently on what stages and what was next! Coughlin Collision Center did an awesome job on the repairs they did! My truck looked brand new again like there wasn't any damage at all and it had an awesome detail job! We give them 10 Stars

I do not recommend this shop. State Farm preferred shop so was initially comfortable sending my 2014 Tundra in when I was rear ended.Gave me my truck back with a bent towing receiver and my bumper gaps were not correct. Shop supervisor Duane made us feel like we were somehow inconveniencing the shop for brining back a vehicle THEY did not repair correctly.Returned and they supposedly corrected. However, broken body bolts on my bumper were not replaced leaving my step bumper unusable which i found while on vacating in Illinois a few days later. Gietl Bros body shop in Springfield, IL drilled out the broken bolts not addressed, repaired my bumper and removed the overspray Coughlin left on my windshield.I doubt Coughlin shop will be in business long with shoddy workmanship and poor customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place was the worst! After they have my car for over 4 weeks, they tell me it is ready to be picked up. I get there and look at the car and it still had a broken headlight and the hood of the car didn't even fit right. When it was pointed out to the repair guy he says " oh, I didn't even look at that side of the car because most the damage seemed to be on the other side." Really?!?! Did he just say that? So, they had the car another week and a half. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone!

I had my VW repaired there after receiving a more than doubled/highly inflated estimate elsewhere. They saved me over 4k compared to the local VW specialty repair shop estimate in Granville. Dwayne was the kindest manager/estimator ever. I can t even tell my car was repaired. I expected minor flaws, but there are no flaws at all. I saved thousands of dollars, and received the best auto body service! I would return for sure, and I highly recommend their new worthington road location. It s top notch, and their secretary was awesome also when I called to check on the progress.

I can't speak to their business on how they work on their cars but as a community member they suck. I live behind them and written into their codes for being allowed to build there they have to keep their bay doors facing my house closed at all times. Yet year after year I have to fight with them to keep these doors closed. They suck as a neighbor. I wouldn't have to put this post out here if they'd just show the slightest amount of consideration for the neighborhood that they chose to build right next door to.

Not very happy with them they have my vehicle for a month and half they do not let you know where they are on my vehicle never answering the phone i understand parts not in its hard to run a electrical business with out it not having car rental for commercial insurance

Terrible inspection skills. Anyone can make a poor repair but for it to get out the door takes serious systemic defects.
