Coughlin Ford of Pataskala is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I live around 6 hours from there and I have purchased 3 Ford F-450s in the last 3 years from there. They have very fair prices and their sales team are spot on. Corey Rose has been our sales associate each time and he is the absolute best around. He is very responsive to any questions I have and they are answered within the hour or at most a day. He takes selling cars personally and he gives his all to his customers to make sure they are happy with their purchase. Overall everyone at the dealership is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks for making my experience so great.

I was told I had an appointment. When I showed up, the salesman Kevin was busy with other customers. In total, it was a 5 hour painful experience to purchase a truck from this dealer. Kevin assured me if there were any issues he would make sure I was taken care of. The truck was missing the adjustable hood stoppers, I hadn't noticed until a few days later. Several back and forth conversations with Kevin and now I'm sure they have forgotten. Was told Eli would contact me to discuss my aftermarket warranty. No call. Was told Bob the used car manager was notified about my issue. Still no call, no information, nothing. I would not recommend this place at all, they will leave you hanging. Glad you made the sale Kevin that's all that matters! Take your money elsewhere.

I recently bought my first car from this dealership and I had an AMAZING experience! I was treated like part of a family and I truly felt like everything was presented to me in a way I was able to understand and that is so important when making a big decision such as buying a car. I do not hesitate to recommend this dealership. I purchased a 2017 Corvette from them in July of 2023. I live 3 1/2 hours from the dealership. The car was exactly as described. The used car manager went out of his way to make sure every thing on the car was perfect, so there would be no delays when I drove down to pick it up. Now four months and 2,000 miles later the car is still in perfect condition. I have had no problems whatsoever. I realize that every car is different but if you are an out of state buyer, as I was, I would say you can buy here with confidence.

I always feel like they listen to me and care about what I have to say. And I will say they also look out for my wallet. She made certain I was aware of an issue covered by my warranty and is helping me book my car back in to get it done. Without that attention to detail I wouldnt have known until it was too late.

We recently bought a used Jeep Wrangler Willys from this dealership, which is out-of-state for us. We love the vehicle. We purchased it "as is." It had a few things to fix immediately after purchase (turn signal, gear light, check engine light: temperature switch replacement) which were easily repaired by our mechanic. The salesperson was friendly and very helpful. We are giving this less than 5 stars because there was no documentation assistance at all, which is usually initiated by the finance person. Other out-of-state dealers we have purchased from took care of all paperwork: inter-state title transfer and even transfer of registration and license plate. The finance person at this dealership did not seem to understand any of this process and only seemed to want to sell warranties. The good news is: we now know how to do all of the documentation ourselves (we did not request to cut doc fees, it just wasn't offered or done.) Overall though, we love our Jeep Willys and would purchase from here again, especially now that we can do all of the ownership transfer documentation ourselves; which all previous dealerships we have purchased from have taken care of.

Although everyone I met at the dealership was great, Rick Conti was awesome. His knowledge and passion for the Corvette, combined with his attention to detail creates a great experience for his/your customers He kept me informed about the status of my order with all the curveballs thrown from Chevrolet; parts constraints, color restraints, UAW strike, etc. it made me feel sorry for the guys who weren't buying from him! I need a key for my 2012 Silverado I called the parts department after calling mobile lock service they told me the keys were $65 apiece $15 apiece to cut themThe Chevrolet dealers key cutting machine was broken so I took it to the Ford dealer. The Ford dealer told me that I had to take them back to the Chevrolet dealer and get them programmed.The parts department didn t tell me anything about thatEnd up costing me $175 more than what they said it was gonna be plus I had to run around and get my car towed so they could program it and wait for two days or three days I could ve got it done for $150 less the same day and I wouldn t have had to drive anywhere or get my truck towedI didn t have a key at all to my truck They knew I didn t because they looked it up on the computer to find out how to cut the key

I had multiple problems with my old vehicle, which made me very sad to have to face the fact that our time together was at the end. I told Shannon and not only did he listen to my needs . The corvette professional technician Chuck Metts is the best! He serviced my corvette with top notch care and professional attitude not found in all Chevrolet dealerships. I drove 250 miles round trip just to have my corvette serviced by Chuck. Chuck also took the time to meet me with a handshake and conversation about my corvette. Heather Ross is also a experienced and professional service advisor of which I had the pleasure to meet. She will make sure to promptly notify you of your service completion and review the service paperwork with you. Kudos to Coughlin Chervolet of Pastaskla Ohio for employing such professional people.

When I went to pick up my vehicle after 1700.00 dollars in repair I received a rather cold reception. After I found the station that had my keys I continued my search for my vehicle. Your lot had many vehicles with the same color and model as mine. My wife wasn t to happy waiting for me with the kids in the car. No need to respond to these comments I won t be back.

I originally posted a 2 star review, but removed it in hope that the issue was resolved. Obviously it never was as why it s now a 1 star review. Took the used vehicle out for a test drive(they just got the car in) and realize it needed an alignment. They told me all Will getting taken care of( alignment never happened) The beginning steps was very smooth looking at the vehicle and talking to the salesman. Paper work was easy with the salesman, then we went and talk to the assistant manager I believe.The manager was already stress due to call off has he mentioned. My question went unanswered or just completely ignored. Sign the paper work and came back in a couple of days to get my car. Started to drive the car realizing that the alignment never happened. So I called multiple times over a month time and left voicemails and never got a callback. So I decided to take my car elsewhere and pay for it myself. $140 for front and back alignment. I left my first review and then I finally got a call. They told me that they would reimburse me via check. Two months later no check, I have called multiple times. They just keep saying they are in the process of sending it. Definitely lost my business this time . (And if anyone at Coughlin know who this is , please don t call . I m no longer wanting reimbursed)
