We can t recommend Brian s Automotive enough. We have been bringing our cars here for a few years and always have a great experience. Brian and his staff are super friendly and most importantly so honest. They are not going to do something that doesn t need done. Their prices are reasonable. They are simply the best.

This is our 2nd time brining a car here. They are outstanding. Easy drop off/pick up if you have to do it after hours. They are honest and prices are fair. We will be back if we need service done.

Rotten! A) ($FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY FOR HONDA FRONT BRAKE PADS!???) ( Bryan himself) B) i drive 60 miles Marysville to Patasksla! fast as I can for appointment - BECAUSE SOMEONE CAME IN WITH SLIGHT BIGGER JOB, HE CANCELS ME! Go ANYWHERE ELSE

Another 5-star review from me for Brian's Automotive! I recently took my car in because the check engine light was on. I left it there after hours, using their convenient key drop. They called the next morning, told me it was just a sensor and gave me a price to replace it. The car was ready when they promised, and the cost was exactly what they said it would be. I have been going to Brian's for some time and they are always professional, honest and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Great/Fast service!! I desperately needed a repair quickly, and Brian's Automotive was able to fit me into their schedule and get the repair done fast!! (And at an affordable price.) Absolutely love this place. Have recommended so many people here because of their honestly and kindness. I went to Tire Choice and they were of course sexist and thought they could over charge me. So I went to Brians Automotive as I was recommended and its been an amazing switch. Priced way cheaper and you know the job is actually getting done. I plan on going here for oil changes and anything else until after I move out of state in a few years. Please keep up the good work Brian!

Brian s Auto is amazing! He s a great mechanic and owner himself. His guys and him have taken care of my wife s car and my truck never letting us down. He s done everything you can imagine to our Vehicles and all the maintenance to them. He s not your typical automotive shop with a huge over and super high prices. Anyone who s had a bad mechanic knows the nightmare. Brian s Automotive is nothing both the best every time! Brian and his crew are the best at what they do. Will not overcharge you. Top notch and high integrity. Always very busy, that's the only negative but is a good sign that people trust them with their cars and I think you should too.

It is so nice to have a mechanic that is straight forward that I can trust. Getting a car fixed has always been on my list of things that are right there with the dentist, but Brian takes so much of the stress out of it. He stands behind his work and has fair prices!

I stop by their location to ask questions about an installation and an employee from Sunburst Pools or a Brian's Parts & deliver pulled in front of me to stop me from parking in their parking lot. I haveNEVER seen anything like this before. Worst experience I have ever had. VERY RUDE!

It looks sketchy at first. There's no sign and no way of actually telling if you're in the right place other than the cars that are parked all around the building of a pool and spa shop. He did some work on my car, I checked to make sure he did what he said he did because I know how alot of mechanics are and lie about the work and charge you more. He actually did what he said. All new parts. The car runs great and got in all done in a decent time. Despite being slammed. I do feel like he upped the price on the parts because when I looked them up online they were not that expensive. However I'd still go back to him and pay the extra in parts because I feel like he's better than most mechanics I've come across.

We needed a new AC compressor for our car. Called ahead to check the price, and Brian gave me an exact price (based only on my description of the problem). We dropped the car off at 9am and Brian said he would call when it was ready. Imagine my surprise when he called at 12:30pm and it was done! And for the exact price he quoted.Very professional, very friendly, fast service, exact pricing. Highly recommended!

Work was very good and the price is the best around. They're super busy (probably because of their work and price) so it took a while to get in. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the communication. It took multiple calls and messages left weren't returned. I'll definitely go back when I need service!

Brian's automotive is a very good place to go they tell you what you need. Or what may happen if this or that. They're reasonable priced and very trusted i don't go anywhere but here. Thanks brian and crew your awesome.

We have taken two of our vehicles to Brian s Automotive due to neighborhood recommendations (recently moved to the area). Each time we have been able to get service scheduled within a few days of calling. Additionally, shop prices seem to be very reasonable. For example, I just had my front end suspension replaced for approximately $1,100 whereas last year I was quoted $1,600 for the same job by a different independent shop closer to where I lived previously in Columbus (this other place was more costly on both parts and labor). Also, it seems that Brian s Automotive does not dollar bill you exorbitantly for every line item of service/request. For example, some more basic aspects such as headlight aiming and figuring out why a DC outlet was not working (was just a fuse issue) did not appear as separate and excessive labor line items on my invoice. This is in contrast to the place I went to previously where everything basically had a minimum of 0.5 to 1 hour of labor - that prior company even charged me 1 hour of labor for reprogramming the tire pressure monitoring system - a process I later learned takes only a mere few minutes.Overall, excellent service and very reasonable prices. I will be using Brian s Automotive for all my car repair needs.

Had a frustrating experience initially with some time line issues that could be attributed to anything, but after talking to Brian - he made it MORE than right. To be quite honest I was was absolutely surprised at the lengths Brian was willing to go to make things right.My Camaro has found itself a new home for some MUCH needed repairs!

We started using Brian's Auto after a friend recommended them. I owe my friend dinner. Love working with these guys, we've used them several times now (I have a 19 year old car and a 10 yr old car) and tell everyone to go there. The windshield wiper on my wife's car stopped working during a snow storm and she took it to the closest place only to told it needed a new wiper motor - $900. Nope!I dropped it off at Brian's Auto, left a voice message that my car was in his lot and why, he called me back the next morning and told me the car was done. It just needed a couple of screws and he wasn't charging us any money. If you're looking around, don't have a go-to mechanic - I give these guys my highest recommendation

Unique experience, normally when dealing with car repairs it is stressful and uncomfortable. I felt that they were very trustworthy and honest, what a nice change of pace. I will definitely go back for all repairs and recommend to everyone.

This is the place to go for repairs... He's honest, entire staff is great, friendly... I feel like he really took care of me. He did honest work for honesty prices, he didn't try to give it recommend things that weren't actually needed.... I wish all businesses were like these guys.

I can't say enough about this crew.....Owner of a business the most important thing to me is to see the value in what they do...i took my work van too them and they did amazing work . I truly recommend them!!!!!Thanks guys !!!!!!Fine touch finishes paint and stain...

Expect good prices and quality service. Brian and staff took time out to answer questions and explain what was going on in depth. The dealership wanted to charge twice as much for the same service. Go here first

Great place with great work effort and a desire with the upmost professionalism. If you have a European automobile I would recommend asking for Nate. He's a very knowledgeable young lad who can help with any of your problems. If this were eBay I would give them A++++++.
