I like these guys. It reminds me of my grampas body shop when I was a little girl, then my dad's gas station growing up. It felt like home to me. Met this place by accident renting a U-Haul very down to earth and ya just have a feeling that they're up front and honest.

Hometown garage with excellent service, I had problems with tire kept loosing air had valve stem replaced somewhere else appears to have been a nail right at the edge . I am very happy with them and will be going there for all repairs going forward.

My family and I were passing through on 235 on the way to Indian Lake when we had a flat tire just south of St. Paris. As luck would have it we passed Wooten while trying to find air for our spare tire. My wife called and they said they d be happy to take a look at it. We pulled in and Moose jumped on it for us. He had us in and out in less than 15 minutes. He even put it back on for us! Great experience and very nice people! I m just disappointed we can t give them more business since we aren t close.Service: Tires

Back brakes went out took truck to them next day,didn't have a way home they gave me a ride home and picked me up when vehicle was done. Prices are reasonable and friendly service. I was far from home had some tire trouble and they were extremely helpful. Very reasonable prices even in this day and age! Friendly and respectful. Called Wooten to have our Enclave towed. Super friendly & helpful. Was given a time the driver would pick up and he came earlier than time quoted. Driver was super friendly & helpful. Cost was very reasonable. If we need tow service in the future, we will give them a call!

I've been going to them in Saint Paris, and now in Urbana, for a couple of years now. Wonderful, honest people at both places. Do good work and keep me on the road. It's nice to have folks you can trust.

I've used Wooten's twice in an emergency situation and decided to try them with an oil change. All of my experiences have been excellent. Every time they have been very quick, thorough and their prices are great. Regarding the oil change, they go above and beyond doing things I've never seen before. I'm cheap and always change my own oil. Never again. Wooten's is now my go to mechanic.

We had a problem with lights on our pick up/trailer combination and couldn't correct with fuse replacement. In a few minutes of diagnostic work, they had us up and going. Great service here!

Be careful going here! Especially if your a woman. Thought I finally found a good mechanic-no issues on several repairs until I had my mother go there. Mistake! Quoted one price and when she went to pick it up the invoice was almost 3 times the price! Sad to think anyone would take advantage of a 78 year woman and then suggest since shes a women she doesnt understand auto repair quotes are for labor only! Who has ever hear of that? Shame on them!

On Saturday December 12th 2020 my friend and I were delivering wreaths for Wreaths Across America, they place a wreath on veterans graves, they say the veterans name aloud, thank them for what they have done for our country and salut them.We had a cargo of over 4,000 wreaths that needed delivered, Wooten saved the day. Our trailer tire picked up a screw and was leaking badly. After the repair we drove another 300 miles before we returned home to Pataskala, Ohio. I work for an agency that provides services for adults who have developmental disabilities and Wooten Automotive provides service for most of our buses locally owned and ran with friendly staff and knowledgeable mechanics they really go above and beyond trying to provide the services that we need for our vehicles in a timely manner I would highly recommend Wooten Automotive

Asked for a quote prior to doing work. charged me much more when work was finished. A call could have been made if more work with charges were found. Will not return!
