First time customer and impressed with them. Went in for a coolant exchange, and staff was extremely friendly. They also offer a 25% military discount on oil changes.

I went in 10/31/23 the two guys working that afternoon were great! Was in and out very quickly,I have been coming here for years, I mentioned something about my brake lights not working he told me to check something out and it ended up being the problem, Saved me who knows how much $ and I couldn t be more appreciative! Always professional, pleasant and reputable! I have Recommended Take 5 to all my family and friends and would highly recommend to anyone who may read this long review!

Workers were kind and quick, so I definitely appreciate that. Prices have gotten a bit crazy so I m considering shopping around before my next oil change. I ve been going there since it was lube stop and whatever it was before that. An oil change used to include oiling the door hinges, topping off fluids under the hood, filling the tires with air if needed and whatnot. That doesn t seem to happen anymore.Service: Oil change

The company I work for uses take 5 for our fleet vehicles, so this weekend I decided to use them for my personal vehicle. They were very quick, friendly, and polite. Informed me of all my options for my specific car, and which one they recommended. Will be going here for all of my future oil changes.

The folks who work at this location are friendly and try their best. Overall though, over the last couple years of using take 5 I'm getting closer to not using then anymore. The price had been slowly going up but has gotten much worse recently and all the original employees that were wonderful have all left presumably due to poor management above them.

Do not go to this place!Started getting my oil changes here about two years ago, and it was a good experience with a great manager.But over time, faces have changed, and professionalism decreased.Last experience went Like this; stopped on a Saturday and was informed that they were out of my oil.Told to come back on Wednesday,So when I returned I was then informed that the order was never placed for 5-w30 ( one of the most common oils BTW) and to return the following day.So I waited until the following Saturday to return.And was greeted by an extremely rude multi gender individual ( not that that matters in the least but just so you know who to look out for and avoid) manager was wearing sagging jogging pants and ratty mettallica Hoodie and totally didn't didn't seem to take his job seriously. In a nutshell, he seemed like he just got kicked out of his mother's basement playing video games and forced to get a job.Sub par and rude employees. And in the end, all we're talking about here is changing some freaking oil.People! Avoid this place like the plague thanks for reading

There was only very brief wait and oil change done promptly. Had the filter inside car replaced. All tires were a little low so air put in them. Very nice and considerate mechanics.

People waiting in line and 1 employee working on his own car, taking up one of the 2 bays. The parts delivery arrived at one point and employee took money out of his wallet to pay for part. (I m sure take 5 appreciates the use of their deliver service)At times that employee was waiting for help and just standing around, while two people worked on the actual customer. Then employee needed help, so third employee started helping leaving one employee helping actual customers. By far the worst Take 5 experience I ve ever had. Waited *25* mins to get fluids topped off and I pulled in right behind a car that was already there. So it took them at least 30 mins with one customer. Will not return to Painesville location ever again.

I Love Take 5 and love the knowledgeable employees! I get regular oil changes here and yesterday they replaced my worn windshield wipers. Just in time for rain and snow! Repeat customer but also love this location!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Good deals all around Cody Scott hooked me up. Deffinitly going back for my next oil change. They checked all hoses and topped everything off as well. Friendly staff and quick while doing it. Im happy! Cars driving better and doing better!

Stopped in because I was informed when I got my Oil Change of free top off s between oil changes, they topped off my oil and washer fluid, they were very polite and I felt safe driving in and getting my vehicle serviced, was very pleasant experience!!

I came here after coming for a oil change because my car was shaking after that change i brought my own oil tell them what happend one of the guys was under my car for too long who knows what they did to it the same day yesterday my car broke down now I'm calling for service issue all they do is hang up the call PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION !!! UNLESS U WANT UR CAR TO STOP FUNCTIONING THE PROPER WAY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NOW THE NOT GONNA ANSWER IF MY MECHANIC TELLS ME THAT YALL HAD SOMETHING TO DO I PROMISE I WILL SEE YALL IN COURT SMALL CLAIM OR NOT WILL HAPPEND IM NOT LETTING IT GO YALL MESS UP MY CAR AND WILL BE HOLD ACCOUNTABLE

I went last Saturday for an oil change. The young lady there knew her stuff! My cap to my oil was stuck and that little lady did not give up till it popped off! Was about a 10 minute struggle but she got the job done. Very friendly unlike the last time I went there and the guys made up some story about me having a major oil leak in my pan. Telling me it was useless to get an oil change done and to take it to the shop. Cost me $200 for them to say there was no such leak! I will return as a customer despite that due to this young lady...if she is there I will get my oil change done for sure!! She is very trustworthy and I'm so happy to see a female there. I have no words, first and last time going to Take 5, the prices are ridiculously high, for a simple oil change, 75$ the cheapest, the most I have paid is 30$, they cannot say that the prices are the same in other places because in another place they only charge 35$ And I know because a month ago I was planning to change my oil somewhere else in Painesville for $35 cuz I went in person to ask, I didn't want to because it was by appointment they had the week booked and I wanted it the same day, Take 5 did a good job on timing, employees where super nice and professional but I only took 5 on learning my lesson by appointment it's better and cheaper at that other place. Will go back to take 5 if they lower their price, service was super fast and all that but prices are way to expensive. I m Super disappointedService: Oil change

Take five is the most favorable place to get an oil change for me. The person that did my oil change was absolutely amazing they always make sure that I am safe on the road before I leave!!

Good service for oil change, but overall felt their services are expensive than the local dealership. I would prefer the dealership next time if I can grab the appointment. If you want to choose between Take 5 and other fast oil change companies in this area prefer Take 5.
