We had the absolute best experience here!! Scott was able to put my fianc� in the truck of his dreams! He was so patient during the whole process, joking around and making the process so so smooth. Nick with financing was also so helpful, the entire team was very genuine and sweet! We will be back and cannot wait to see the new building this summer!

After searching the web I finally came across the truck I was looking for. When I arrived Felix had the truck I wanted and a cheaper second option pulled up for me to check out based off what I stated on our phone call. Felix was fast, friendly and made great use of the time we had, he addressed all the concerns and questions I tossed out. He added my phone for me, set the memory seat option, thank you so much Felix for not just being a salesman but taking it a step further than others have done in the past.

Wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and really assisted with care to put me in a vehicle I really wanted. The genuine demeanor of which they expelled was welcoming and I will forever be thankful. Thank you to Luis, Jeff, and Al (even if he is a Steelers fan lol) for making this an easy and smooth experience. 10/10 recommend going to this dealership for assistance with care and for people who treat you as a friend and person instead of just a sale.

Scott our salesman was fantastic to deal with. This was my very first time purchasing a new car so I was slightly stressed. He was very patient and made sure I had everything I needed and knew what I needed to about the vehicle before I left. He called to check up on me a few days post purchase to ensure I didn t need anything further. It was a very non-stress situation which I feel like is normally not the case for purchasing a vehicle.

My salesman was Todd Rodske, he was amazing. He spent quite some time helping me find the perfect car. He listened to my needs and wants. He was super patient with me. We test drove a few cars and finally found the one. He truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him to another person looking for a car!

Terry was absolutely fantastic both times I stopped in. The first time we were unable to get approval due to my credit. But, the second time I stopped in terry worked with me and got me approved with payments that were affordable and within my budget. And the car is BEAUTIFUL. I don t think the pricing was too bad on the car either, it seemed fair considering inflation. I couldn t ask for a better dealer to help me. This is one of the only honest and caring dealerships around ( and I ve been to a lot)

Dawson did a great job doing everything he could to get us what we wanted at the price point we needed. Very professional and knowledgeable and helpful with looking for every incentive available for our vehicle. Great service! However, I did a search on the issue I was having, heated steering not working. A Ram forum showed that multiple trucks had the same issue and what the resolution was. When I went to the service I told them it should be the clock spring from what I found in the forum from multiple issues others were having. Brought the truck in once and put a new steering wheel on, not the clock spring. Didn t work and had to bring it back in a second time. It was the clock spring that I originally found from a quick search.The guys there are great, nice and helpful. But I would suggest doing a quick search of the issue if the customer has a suggestion.

Salesperson Todd, and the finance gentleman, Nick, were both top notch. Todd was very knowledgeable on the 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie that I bought and was very relaxing to talk to. Didn't come off salesy but more like a knowledgeable buddy telling you about a truck you're looking to buy. I gave Nick what I was comfortable paying and he made it work. He offered extra protections but was not pushy. The rest of the staff was pleasant as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Also helped that the dealer price beat PA "comparables" by close to $5,000. They also gave me a fair trade in value that I didn't have to haggle because it was in the ballpark that I wanted it.

Listen to me Google searchers, if you are in the market for a new vehicle go see David Romeo. He's been a lifelong friend and he will absolutely get you the best deal in town. If they dont have a vehicle for you, he's the type of guy who will help you find your vehicle elsewhere. He's all about being transparent with his customers. We were out looking at new cars, and stopped in Ganley Jeep to say "hi" to Troy Rossman. We've purchased other cars from Troy in the past - but honestly we were not looking at Jeeps. But, talking to Troy and reflecting on how happy we've been with other cars we purchased through Troy/Ganley....led us to yet another great find! We couldn't be happier with our purchase and our experiences at Ganley. Troy is thorough and sincere when helping buyers identify theirneeds/wants. And the ServiceDepartment has been great (when we've needed it)!

I had an excellent experience with Ganley, courtesy of Alexander Swanson. I highly recommend working with Alexander because he made the experience easy, pleasant, and efficient.Ganley has a gem in Alexander because he is diligent and an eloquent communicator.INFO ABOUT MY EXPERIENCEI sold my Buick Encore to Ganley and came prepared with the necessary paperwork to complete the sale. Alexander seamlessly resolved the financial details between the three parties, which resulted in a generous payout for me. Afterwards, Alexander walked me through the paperwork and next steps. This experience took 20 minutes, from the time I walked into Ganley and exited without the Buick. For next steps, my loan was closed with the bank, so I received a payout via check in the mail two weeks later, and then a thank you email from Alexander. It was super easy!

Todd was an amazing salesperson. From the test drive to the actual completion of the sale. He had another sale in progress at the same time and but kept both if us moving forward and I never felt that I was being ignored or not being given priority. Finance manager was amazing as well and didn t give the high pressure sell of the extended warranty just presented my options and really shopped my rate to get me the best deal.

First, I had to wait 2 weeks to get m'y truck in for service. I had to call to find out updates. I was told 2 times I would get a call back and never received one. I live 1 hour away and was without my truck with no option of a loaner. My truck is 7 months old and I understand things go wrong but the communication was terrible. I just got my truck back and the original problem was fixed with my rear light but now I have a new problem with my other rear light. Once again I have to wait to get the truck back in to try and fix this new problem that was created by fixing the original problem. Again, I have to try and find a way to work and home.

Absolutely terrible. Bought a certified used truck and it began having an engine cylinder misfire 24 hours after purchase. Luckily still under warranty and guys in the shop have been nice, professional and responsive. Salesman and his manager on the other hand have been awful to deal with. Salesman didn t tell me there was only one key fob until after the sale was finalized and said I know it s a bad look I ll work on getting you a second one . Turns out his version of this was to be unresponsive and make me feel as though he was ignoring me when I inquired about the second key. Finally the best response I received was to try and charge me $300 to have a new key made and programmed. When I inquired about this he said they wouldn t pay for the second key and $300 is a discount. Just would appreciate if my business was appreciated more especially when my certified truck (which had an advertised inspection to assure nothing was wrong with it) hasn t even been in my driveway half a week yet and has been to their shop twice now to try and fix the cylinder misfire. What do I get for giving them my business, extreme inconvenience with a broken vehicle and lack of communication on my spare key after trying to get in touch with the salesman multiple times. WISH I TOOK MY CAR BUYING BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE

I went to multiple dealerships before going to Ken Ganley Painesville. My biggest regret was not going to them sooner! Being a previous RAM owner myself, I was in the market for a new 2024 RAM. I was greeted by Troy Rossman, my salesmen who went above and beyond to meet my needs. Troy pulled up multiple trucks to test drive and I never felt rushed. Troy was extremely attentive throughout my buying process. I had a list of must-have features for my new truck purchase. Troy even did a dealer trade to get me my dream truck! I felt at home with the other sales reps at Ganley Painesville. They would always come by and ask me if I needed anything. Justin Taylor, the GSM absolutely made me feel like family. The finance process with Nick Campola was extremely easy. All these factors made my truck buying experience perfect. I will always recommend this dealership!

BUYER BEWARE !I purchased a 2015 Nissan from this place last year. At the time of purchased I strongly felt that I was being over charged but I didn t even try to negotiate because I thought that this was a place that I could trust to buy a reliable used vehicle.The check engine light came on 3 days after purchace. That was a red flag so brought the car back in the next day wanting to return & the manager said we don t buy used cars back but you do have a 90 day warranty & it could be just a gas cap. They looked at it & said it was the evap & they had to order the part & it will take a week to arrive. Week later they fix it & 3 days after that the check engine light come on again. I bring it back again & they say it is now the fuel pump & a hose. They say it will take 1-2 weeks this time. I notice after over 3 weeks they did not contact me so I call them & they say that it just arrived. That is the same thing they told me the first time when I had to remind them about the part. They scheduled me to get it repaired a week later & about 2 weeks after that the check engine light came on again. Afterwards, I check there reviews & notice that so many customers have faced the same problem.This is not a safe place to buy a used car from. If you check all there other low rated reviews, you will see so many with a similar story as mine. They will reply that they apologize about the inconvenience ask for there disappointed clusters to contact them & I assume that no solution will come from it. I honestly feel like they was just turning the check engine light off. I don t trust this establishment. I caught them in so many other lies.Buyer beware !

Salesman Alexander very informative and respectful. Alexander explained the process and made my wait time minimal. I was very dissatisfied with my service at Ken Ganley Ram in Painesville. First, they placed standard oil NOT FULL synthetic oil in my ram pick up truck. Although, I did not specify at the time, I wanted full synthetic, I assumed that they would review my service history record, which would indicate that I use full synthetic oil. Although using another form of oil will not damage the engine it will affect performance and is NOT a standard business practice. Secondly, when I went to pay my bill, the cashier had informed me that Ganley had changed their credit policy and in February began charging an additional 2% to use a credit card. Ganley should have notified me when I made the appointment that the car dealer started charging a fee for using a credit card Very dissatisfied customer

After finding the 2023 Ram 1500 online for a great price, I was contacted by the salesman (Eric Thompson) who was extremely helpful and since I was traveling from New York made the transaction super easy and without any problems. When I arrived to complete the transaction, everything was in order and I was out of the dealership with my new Ram 1500 and on my way home.. Best car purchase I have ever had... A++++

Had a real easy time getting some service done. Had Jim help me out. Got me out of the $200 inspection fee when I just showed him exactly what was wrong and super reasonable. He got the warranty to cover everything and I left happy.

Sales was great but service department is awful. I have my THIRD appointment for the same issue. I have to call to do all the calling to find the status of my parts just to find out it s been there for a week with no call or appointment set. Justin told me to set it up to WiFi and it might fix itself.
