I called Conrads the day after Thanksgiving around 11 because I desperately needed my new tires put on. They were booked but still let me drop off my car. About an hour later I got a text with a link to view my assessment video. The technician showed me everything he was checking and it was apparent I needed an outer tierod and ball joint. They were able to get my repairs done, mount and balance my tires and align my car within 5 hours. The price was very reasonable and the techs kept in contact with me through the day to keep me updated. I was leary about going to a shop I wasn't familiar with but I'm glad I made the decision to come here. I'd definitely recommend them and will come back for future repairs!

A synthetic oil change went up $20. That is a 40% increase. THAT IS RIPPING US OFF!! I ve been a customer for 12 years. I got no warning, no email or letter about this increase. Didn t know until I checked out and my bill was $89 for an oil change!! Going back to little locally owned businesses.

Horrible place! Takes advantage of senior citizens. They have ripped my dad off over $2000 on several different occasions. I've called to speak to a manager and I have yet to receive a call from Steve.

The employees were kind people. However, I would NOT recommend taking aftermarket wheels here. I was charged extra for the mount and balance. I then come to find out after replacing my front control arms and strut mounts, the issue was that my tires were balanced improperly. One was 2.5oz out of spec! This was extremely upsetting. The tech at the dealership I went to also stated that most likely Conrad's knew the wheels were still out of balance when they gave them back to me. They said nothing to me about it. TAKE YOUR AFTERMARKET WHEELS ELSEWHERE!!

They check out my vehicle while in for service, bring to my attention anything that they find might need attention. Love the vehicle video walk around showing everything. Been a customer along time, and they are very good.

Conrad's in Painesville is the only auto shop our family uses. They are friendly, and provide excellent service. They beat competitors prices everytime! Whether its oil chanes, new tires, or exhaust replacement, they do it all. They even replaced a license plate light bulb in a Kia, (not an easy task), within 15 minutes at NO Charge! Conrads is the best!

Dropped my car off first thing this morning and just brought it home. It was a very smooth ride. I was thoroughly impressed. I came in with a list of things to be taken care of. I got a friendly call about the services and that my my mini list had been taken care of. Even better than I had hoped. Service was timely, friendly and exceeded my expectations. I'll be going back again for service

Terrible service never trust these people. they ll rip you straight off and tell you they did their job. I diagnosed my AC in my 1997 Yukon as it being my compressor. Having it tested twice the year before and being a refrigeration technician. Explaining that if one component is bad the whole system is compromised. Anyone knowing ac knows this lets in non-condesable material into the system.(will never operate correctly if contaminated) Telling them this that I have the money to replace the whole system, being a parts kit is roughly 200-400 dollars for THE WHOLE KIT. They call me a day later telling I am wrong and that it was the condenser & it will be 980 dollars. I told them I know the compressor is about to fail and it has test so. Long story short the tell me it s holding pressure and that in wrong and to come get my truck. O get it a notice ink staines all over the compressor and intak and discharge hoses. One week later it goes out. I call and tell them. they tell me it was blowing cold before It left and if I wanted they can do it again for the price of parts which will be another whatever they mark it up to be or I could bring the part in and pay for labor.

Chris was very professional and courteous. The job was done quickly and in a very reasonable time. The store is clean and organized. The best part is I was not pressured to buy or purchase anything else just came in for the tire alignment. I will definitely be coming back and bringing some more vehicles with me also

Great customer service and we have never had an overly long wait.When getting estimates though, they tend to be priced for only high end parts without any range to mid-grade quality parts. We have had to decide to go elsewhere for repairs and paid $600 less than Conrad's estimate somewhere else for one of the repairs we needed.They guys here really are great - you just need to be willing to price compare.

Very helpful and willing to make things right when I was not pleased with my original selection of tires. With the way a lot of big companies can be, I expected to be disappointed when I called to say that I wanted other tires. Just the contrary, the man at the counter gave me no grief and just wanted to fix the problem. So pleased to find someone that does business in the correct way! Good business can be a rarity these days. They got me another set of better quality tires installed same day! I was probably not in the best mood and I appreciate the great service despite my initial attitude. I will be back with my other vehicles. Thanks for the great service!

The maintenance on my vehicle today was excellent. I had an oil change, tire rotation, air filter change, and the alignment checked. We dropped off the car at 10 and had a message with a picture of the air filter and a suggestion that it be changed. That was a very wise way of dealing with the question. I am impressed with the maintenance staff and their communication skills. It s also helpful to know that the alignment is adequate. A less honorable shop could have claimed we had a problem and tried to make money from it.

My first visit I went because I had a coupon. I usually go to the dealership to have my oil changed. They were very nice at Conrad s in Painesville. They even sent a video to my phone of my car. Very satisfied I will recommend family and friends to give them a try. I am a Satisfied customer. Thank You!

Reliable service. Conrad's is always ready to help me save money by telling me what needs to be done and what can wait. They also understand that I want to save money by having a family member do the work. I trust that they will tell me the truth. That's why I come back here every time.

I was in a bind and needed a special tire. I was specific about the brand and size. Given that specificity, I was advised that I needed to make a quick decision or I would need to wait a day due to the supplier. I paid almost $30 more than was quoted, which was already 50% higher than I normally paid. My son delivered the old tire to them for the rim, but they couldn't tell him what was wrong. It still had excellent tread. Later after my son drove home, I discovered that they gave him a much cheaper brand than I requested and now we were 2 hours away from them. I was happy that they could get me a tire, so my son could get home, but why lie to me about the brand? Also, I had a warranty (not through them) on the old tire, but I needed to know why it went flat. I'm chalking this up to that I should have taken care of it in person, so I could have kept them honest.

I bought a set of 4 tires (not cheap tires) online and setup an appointment for 2:30pm Saturday afternoon. I was told that they are a little backed up but will get me in soon. Well after 4pm my vehicle had not been even brought in to be started. I asked at 4:15 when my vehicle will be started and was told soon. I sat in the lobby waiting and they never even spoke to me to let me know what was going on. Finally around 4:30 they got my vehicle in to be worked on. The shop closes at 5. Thats why I made a 2:30 appointment . Absolutely unacceptable to not even try to honor an appointment. Don't bother getting your tires or vehicle worked on here unless you have all day to just get your vehicle started, let alone completed. Don't waste your time and money coming to this place to get tires. I hope this saves someone else from this headache. I would have been happier had they just stopped by to let me know what was going on through the time versus letting me sit alone in the lobby waiting

I have had 2 great experiences with this location; they are fast compared to other full service auto places and they respect your appointment times. Last month I had tires put on and it took less than 40 minutes. Today I had an oil change and rotation/inspection which also took around 40 minutes.

Using the website to make an appointment could not be easier. They were expecting me. When they diagnosed the problem (A leak), the mechanic took me into the shop and showed me where the leak was. He then told me what the cost would be after EVERYTHING including tax. It's was way less than I was fearing. When I picked my car up, I only paid what I was quoted. My car runs great now!

Conrad's has an outside air pump for your tires that you set the pressure for...no gauge needed; Firestone three doors down doesn't even have an outside air pump.

My son referred me to Conrad's. I was happy with the counter service and impressed with the video check of the vehicle. I was given quotes on the trouble areas and when I asked the technician to prioritize the needed work it was not an issue. I also used my Senior Buckeye card for a discount.

Very poor experiences with this shop. I ve had nothing but problems with the things I have taken my car in that they have fixed and I ve also been over charged for the poor quality of work they have done. I brought my car in for an oil change either the end of last year or the beginning of this year and had to being it back in a week later because they didn t put a part on properly and all the oil leaked out of my car. Resulting in them giving me two free oil changes for my inconvenience. This past June I took my car in for my check engine light being on. The very next day after $900 later, my check engine light came back on. I refuse to bring my car back there for them to fix again. Then today I was completely over charged for two headlights and labor to pop out two pieces of plastic and a couple screws to install the headlights. I will NEVER be coming back to this shop due to the very poor quality of service and the over pricing of said poor quality.

It took an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change and the day after oil leaked all over the garage floor. They did a really poor job. I took my car in the next day and spent another 45 minutes there. They never replaced the oil lost but did give me a voucher for another oil change. The service was pretty bad and no real concern for their mistakes. I would not recommend this location.

They did a great job on the brakes. But they called and sent a video that exhaust work was needed. The part we are very upset about is the car is considerable louder now than when we dropped it off. I have to wonder if in checking the exhaust pipes the hole was made larger than it was. We are in the car everyday and the exhaust was not as loud as it is now. We appreciate their diligence in checking the car out but we did not ask for anything to be done to the exhaust system as we had no idea there was an issue now we have to have something done asap and we are not financially prepared for this high expense.

Conrads did me a great favor. They new i was in a hurry to get my car serviced. At first they said it would take 90 minutes but it only took them 40 minutes and they did extra service which i didn't ask for at no charge. I have been going there for quit a few years and they have been the best.

Have taken my vehicles here for standard service, brakes, tires, etc and they do a great job! Bill is a good guy and always communicates well before, during and upon completion of services. Gabriella is pleasant and helpful too.

After having a very negative experience at the Mentor Firestone, I came to this Conrad's to get an oil change and new tires. Everyone was very polite and professional. We even saved about $30 from what we would have spent at Firestone.
