So glad my insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. This was such an easy process. I believe the man who helped me was named Jeff, costumer service was top notch. I was updated each day and had my car back less than two weeks. Thank you all again.

2021 Ford Explorer XLT - Scott in customer service is absolutely outstanding! Great communication between yo8and insurance and updated promptly on repairs throughout. I never had to call and follow up on anything. Highly recommend having your vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision. 5 Stars!!

Excellent communication with us. Managed the insurance communication without requiring my mediation. Excellent work on the repair. I have used them twice now, once with insurance, once paying cash. Both times have been a great experience!

They work seamlessly with insurance and you get knowledgeable and quality service every time. Office staff and repair techs are courteous and professional. They keep you updated and informed every step of the repair process. My cars have always been repaired on time and on estimate.

They quoted And charged my insurance company to fix all repairs such as bashed in floorboards and bent tyrod and damaged power steering pump all they did was replace the front bumper and paint it they did not replace any of the broken plastic pieces or bent metal behind the front bumper. They didn't even hook up the fog lights on the new front bumper just left the wires dangling I sent pictures to them with no response. The front bumper is horribly misaligned with the headlights and hood terrible job with repair but decent paint job

A top-notch experience from start to finish. I was kept informed as work progressed. The staff arranged for the rental car and seamlessly worked with my insurance company. The body work made my car look brand new and my car was super clean when I picked it up. The work was completed earlier than expected, which was greatly appreciated. Couldn't be happier with the service, communication or quality of workmanship performed by this company. Honestly if you need body work done this place is incredible. Besides texting me with updates every few days Scott even offered to pick me up at my home to get my car when it was completed!The paint match was perfect on my Saturn Sky as was the workmanship!Thanks guys for an Awesome job!

They fixed my fender bender a few months back and did an exceptional job. 100% satisfied with everything, the service, people (Jeffery Gromofsky), communications, price, and of course the final product, looked like new! I just had a minor "opps" pulling in the garage and got white trim paint on my front bumper. I was so bummed out that I wasn't paying attention and did this, completely preventable but stopped in for a price to fix it and within 10 minutes Jeffery took care of it and I was on my way, with NO CHARGE!It's not 100% but that's because I would need to replace an expensive metal frame, but the way it looks is insignificant so I'm letting it go! Couldn't be happier! Thank you Jeffery Gromofsky and Caliber for running such an honorable and professional business here in Painesville Twp.A friend recommended we took our vehicle to you initially and we are so glad they did, your service and professionalism was everything they promised it would be!

Caliber Collision was simply outstanding! They were able to get my car in right away, arranged for the rental to be there at time of drop off and were amazing from start to finish! My car has a unique color and they were able to repair the damages and make it look new. I definitely would send others there for any kind of body repair. Honestly I wouldn't recommend any other shop for any repair, my car drives like it's brand new. They did a very good job on the exterior of my vehicle and Jeff the manager, he was very professional, he would update us every few days, he gave the time to explain in detail what was being done to my vehicle, I really appreciated that. He's awesome and not to mention the rest of the staff very welcoming and very professional.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic

Kelly was really friendly and helpful in the office. Scott did an amazing job keeping me informed of what needed done and the status of the repairs on my car. I had a great experience with Caliber. They were ready for me and were extremely helpful upon dropping off my damaged vehicle. They helped make sure my rental car was ready for me. They communicated often with updates and completion goals and they finished ahead of schedule. Upon completion, they thoroughly explained what they did and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The receptionist Kelly was friendly and good to deal with Jacob the service estimator was friendly and provided a great adequate estimate in repair was done in a very timely manner very friendly people definitely recommended

Caliber Collision is a great company! The service writer's were very knowledgeable and the lady in the front office was super friendly & accommodating when it came to getting my vehicle in to get fixed. Phil did great work on my car too! Will be definitely using them again if needed!

I was very happy with the work that was done on my Ford F150. They kept me informed on the progress and when it was going to be finished. My truck was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Highly recommend Caliber Collision in Painesville.

Great customer service. We had a slight issue and I will just say, scott responded in a professional way and promised to address the problem, accordingly. Good company and it s our second time using them for car repairs. Both locations were satisfactory. The car came back looking great after getting the car and driving for 2 3 weeks we notice the break caliper hanging upMy insurance company called me stating what Scott told me which is impossible to prove the break caliper is malfunctioning due to the accidentBut my argument is it s the only tire they needed to replaceEither way I m getting the sore end of the stick because now I m responsible for fixing a car that should ve been fixed in the first place

I absolutely loved Jeff at the Painesville location. I am very appreciative of all the workers who helped with the repairs of my vehicle. I would like to just acknowledge just because that is the person who I have done all my communication with. I don t know if enough people have genuinely told you how appreciative we are with you and your customer service skills. And whoever is in charge at the Painesville location should definitely use you to train all future caliber collision associates, and you need some type of award of recommendation, and possibly a raise. You are a great asset to the company.

A great experience from start to finish. Jeff kept me informed and up to date at all steps in the repair process. Kelly rounded out the incredible experience when I needed to call or when I walked into the shop. The repairs were well done bringing my new 2023 looking like it came off the showroom floor.
