Great staff! Scott, Chris and Catrina are ALWAYS friendly and happy to see me (The Barber). Easy to work with, all very knowledgeable. They even give me a discount every now and then. Just ask Carlo, he's a super friendly guy! Their service is efficient and fast despite them always being super busy. Their tech's are some of the best around too! You can't go wrong bringing your business to BEST Truck Equipment inc!

Officially my new favorite place. Wish I would have gotten my scag there originally but it s ok because I m buying the rest of my fleet here. The way they treat you and take landscaping and their jobs to heart says it all. And when the new show room is open I will be there. They care more about their customers than anything. They will show and prove to you that they are BEST for a reason. Thank you guys!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! place is a total rip off! Rob doesn't know his products and ordered me the wrong item and then tried to charge me a restocking fee. Then when I called him on it he says shop some where else. Fine I WILL

Good people and good service! They were honest about repair costs and called me before just doing the work and billing me for it. I ended up buying a new unit from them instead which I am very happy with.

I purchased a complete shelfing unit to put in my 7 by 16 trailer. Jr was great he ordered and had installed in my trailer. Workmen ship was out standing. They are the greatest when it comes to customer service hands down. I would refer them to all my contractor friends. I also will use them in the future.

Best Equipment Professional installed a Tommy Lift 650 in 2014 Ford transit van and its been two years now and the gate works perfect every time. Sales staff were Professional, Knowledgeable and Courteous.

I would think twice, three, four, five, six times before I ever have them do anything to another one of my vehicles. I bought a brand new F350, over $60K, and took it there to have a new Boss Snow plow put on. I told the OWNER I was a very picky person and I wanted the install to be VERY professional and neat and I didn t mind paying more to get exactly what I wanted. Carlo, the owner, told me not to worry they were the best in the nation, and he highest selling Boss Snow Plow Dealer in the state. After specifically going over every single detail I wanted done he assured me that it would be done to the highest standard.When I went to pick it up it was anything but that. The cut in the front spoiler is crooked. The plow was leaking oil, and they didn t even install the plug holder in the bumper like I asked them to do! They left the plug end cords hanging out of an opening in the front bumper. They buried the solenoid under the batter box behind the front headlamps. They installed the relays with nylon zip ties onto my master cylinders brake line. Then made some type of spaghetti wire job masked with cheap plastic cover tube, and cut the boot on my batter to fit the improperly installed batter terminals to cover up the horrible mess underneath. Then to top it off they left the connector for the control inside the cab just hanging from under the dash.I should have known when I went there with the Ford dealer to drop it off, and people were complaining in the showroom about issues that were not being resolved that I should not have had them do my plow, but it was done through a Ford dealer. When I spoke to Carlo, the owner of Best Equipment the next day about the issues he told me they did the best job they could have and if I didn t like it he would remove the plow for me. The Ford dealer is now paying Johns Trailer in Oakwood to remove Carlo s BEST JOB and install it correctly. If I could rate them on a scale from 0-10 I would have to petition the survey creator to add numbers less than 0. Beware of Carlo and Best Equipment.
