These folks are awesome! I've had a couple tricky issues with my 2020 Outback and each time they nailed it right and fixed them. The staff are all friendly and accomodating. They speak English. Not jargon even though I spent 28 years in the auto industry. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Shea and she was wonderful! Provided a thorough explanation of covered items as well as out of pocket costs. Added nice personal touch by coming around the counter to talk to me and not across it. I also had a thorough conversation with the technician that was working on my car so we could talk about the issues in depth to arrive at the right diagnosis and repair. A tip of my cap to you folks and keep up with the 5+ star service.

These people are fantastic! We needed to get our vehicle in fast and they were able to accommodate us immediately. They are knowledge is great but their customer service is top notch as well! We definitely recommend Adventure Subaru Service Dept. They are awesome and truly care and want to help.

I bought my car here several years ago, Dan Parker is the best ! The service department took good care of me for my oil change.

I'm driving my 4th Subaru Outback and it's because of Adventure Subaru in Painesville. Helpful staff, great.communication, always great service!
