I bought one pair of Goodyear tire on November, 2022. They promise 70k miles, but I got this after only 11k miles. Shame on Walmart for selling such bad tires. I am not sure if I will get replacement or anything, I guess they don't care about people s life.

I would really like to see someone that has a clue take this department over. The manager who lives at lakengren that has a garage bigger than his house needs to be replaced, he has a hard time working over his ego. This is your place of employment so work not brag about your bonus.

The guys working on my car were so wonderful. They didn't make me feel less than because I was a female getting my car worked on, they took the time to explain everything to me in a great way.

I was the last customer of the day on a Friday evening. Mercury and Peggy were more than happy to do a last minute oil change for me and check my tires. Awesome customer service. Friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back. They do close at 6PM....not 7PM.

Yesterday we went to get an oil change. When we pulled up two employees were standing outside talking and laughing with 3 people. We went up to them and asked about an oil change they said they were busy and could do it in an hour and a half. They said we could go inside and schedule an appointment. We went inside and were told they don t do appointments. I checked the website and it says they are open from 7am to 7pm. I arrived at 6:30 this morning so I could get it done. Only to find out at 7am that they don t open until 9. The customer service department was extremely rude.

Ive sat here for over an hour waiting at the counter. 3 employees have looked at myself and the other 5 individuals waiting and then walked away. There is 1 car in the shop and 3 people in the shop and we have been looked at and ignored. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Just showed up to see about getting an oil change. No signage that they were closed for lunch! The ridiculous ineptitude of this location is very apparent. I hope the others working in the store get to take proper lunches? Let s close down electronics or grocery for an hour and see how that goes! Between this and the bad customer service I have had here in the past I will never come back.

The online walmart experience is better than going to walmart just because the website actually has products that are not in store!The only downfall is not being able to try things on before you buy them

Service technician was great, it's the company problem, I had to get my personal information three different times to get a tire changed don't understand why their systems are interfaced customer should get their information once and then pay their bill
