My daughter is a student at Miami University and far from home. Her Volkswagen needed an oil change and new tires, and Oxford Car Care was recommended to her by a university employee. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful, and the service was prompt and reasonably priced. We will use Oxford Care Care again if her car needs service while she is at school.

Would give them a negative if I could. 2 cars 2 separate occasions. First one was just a alignment. They told me after having it for over a week they couldn't do it. I picked it up drove it 2 turns down the road to Monroe and they did it within a hour no issues.Second one is my jeep. Dropped it off due to a no start issues (they replaced the starter) told me it was a broken ground charged me for fixing it. got my jeep did not even make it home with a no charging issues.. it's like they didn't even look at it or do anything. But still charged me.Took it to Monroe again... they had it for about 2 hours told me the Ground, they put on was on paint and couldn't groud.. charged me $35 and back on the road I was.In my experience this shop is not professional nor would I trust them to work on my vehicle as they not only did my dirty on one occasion but 2.0/10.

Great customer service! Definitely an affordable shop to take your vehicle to. They've worked on my truck and my son's and haven't had any complaints.

We are not from the area (my daughter is a student at Miami) and the alternator and water pump both went in her car. Oxford Car Care was great about getting her car in last minute, diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed at a very reasonable price! I cannot recommend them enough! From the front desk to the mechanics we had a great experience and will certainly use them in the future if needed.

Oxford Car Care is one of the best automotive service centers I have ever had the pleasure of using. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff who were eager to help me with my car needs.The facilities at Oxford Car Care are top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and a clean, organized workspace. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting, and the staff offered me something to drink, they also have a television in the waiting room, making it easy to pass the time while my car was being serviced.What really impressed me about Oxford Car Care, however, was the exceptional level of service I received. If you are looking for trustworthy mechanics and staff who perform quality work, this is your spot. I drive from Cincinnati anytime I need work done.I had multiple shops in the Cincinnati area tell me I needed a new compressor and wanted to charge me close to $1000. Took it to Oxford Car Care, which came recommended by a friend, and they realized it had been unplugged. They plugged it back in and charged me a half hour of labor and I was on my way.

I have been a very happy customer of Oxford Car Care since 2019. They always are there to help me problem solve my late model Chevy Tahoe with service needs. The work they do is always on time, accurate and clean. My appointment was on time. When they were done with the work the man double checked everything. So it took just a little bit longer. The mechanic was very diligent on the alignment for my vehicle. I'm so impressed by his care of my vehicle. It's a clean shop they know what they're doing. I would definitely take my vehicle back there. The receptionist was attentive to my needs. There was mechanic in the office. When I said something he asked me a question and he said no that's not a problem there. I told the receptionist I was on a fixed income I needed a good tire that would last but I could not afford a brand name. She called me back and told me which was available and I was very impressed with the price I paid for 50,000 mile tire. I told her I wanted something that could go through the snow and was maneuverable because I have a front wheel drive vehicle. She went above the Call of Duty and got me exactly what I needed.

We have been using Oxford Car Care for a couple of years, and it was my first time visiting the shop when my car needed to change some parts. They are very friendly; Candice and Hayley worked around my busy schedule, quickly ordered the pieces, and the shop completed the job. This is a well-established service here in Oxford that we rely on as they always do outstanding service, great communication, their staff is very invested in the community and in quality service. The staff has been consistent (very little turn over) and therefore familiar to us and with us through the years. They are A+ and honest and so knowledgeable! I have always had great service at Oxford Car care. Dave is knowledgeable and won't hesitate to call customers if there is more than meets the eye. As with any business you will have serial critics that are never happy no matter what one does to please them. Most locals, and many out of towers have been at this business. I brought my car here to do an oil change. Everything was fine until the next day and my engine light comes on and it says my oil was low. I had no oil in the car. It leaked out. I put enough oil in it to get me to another shop and they tell me that Oxford car care screwed up and didn t put something on, the filter had a hole in it and something else I couldn t think of. I take the car back to Oxford after the other shop fixed my car and Oxford only offered a refund on the filter which was only a few dollars and a free oil change the next time. Why would anyone bring their car here after you guys messed up something like an oil change? I will never be back!

I did business with Oxford Car Care for about a year through the company I worked for. They were super good about getting the work done in a timely manner and communicating expectations when they were busy or couldn't get a tire in right away. My son's Honda needed a new ignition key assembly. Saw all the positive reviews, so took a chance. Very happy. Jess and Candace were so pleasant and helpful. Updated us throughout the process. Saved us money on a couple of things. I felt like we were in the hands of super honest, caring folks the whole time. My family has been going to Oxford Car Care for years and we have never had an issue. Not only do they perform the job as quickly as possible, they are honest throughout the whole process. The people who field the calls when you call in for an appointment are very knowledgeable and are always happy to help.I would recommend Oxford Car Care to anyone in the area needing work done. Oxford care care has been the most reliable and accommodating vehicle repair shop to my family for several years. They're very honest and professional people. Any time my car or anyone I know is having car trouble, oxford car care is the first place that comes to mind. Always reasonable on pricing and repairs get done in a very quick and efficient manner. Owning a vehicle is always stressful but these wonderful people make the whole process so very manageable. I appreciate all that you do Oxford Car Care <3

Very helpful and thorough mechanics, they're really down to earth and just want you to get the care your vehicle needs. They're all very kind and even though I just had a pm appointment and an oil change I will absolutely be coming back again! The only downside is that because of their fantastic service you *must* schedule in advance but it's truly worth the wait!

Oxford Car Care is amazing! I've gotten my car serviced here several times, and each time, they have been very friendly and helpful. I trust them for all my car issues, and will drive 35-40 minutes from Fairfield just to get my car serviced here. They are also very honest and trustworthy when it comes to pricing. Unlike some other places, they will provide estimates that are fair and will not try to rip you off. Service is timely as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Someone sideswiped my car and I took it in to get repaired. Not only did they have my car looking like new again, but they also pointed out an unrelated issue I was unaware of with my rear suspension and offered to fix it at a very reasonable price. The rattling in the back of my car that I thought was just a loose hatch turned out to be a faulty rear suspension. So they killed two birds with one stone for me. Oxford car care was referred by another parent with kids at Miami University. Candice and the team there were very helpful making sure we could schedule a time for our son to bring his truck in, in between classes. They provided a detailed quote, and took their time, speaking with me, and explaining what the issues were.

This business helps our industry. As an autocare professional, it is all too easy to think about the car and not the people that rely on them. This team does it correctly. CUSTOMER FIRST! Integrity and honesty are always pillars of great customer aervice and I know If I ever have a client traveling through Oxford, I car refer them to Oxford Car Care and they will be taken care of!

I've been taking my cars there and recommending them to everyone I know for the past 4 years. they have done everything from simple oil changes to finding hidden issues with my classic car. They have always been reasonable on price and have always provided excellent service.Update: April 2017, Still going strong with quality service!
