After double checking w the vun number the man at the front desk older heavy set guy w glasses ordered me the wrong shock strut assembly that turned out to be a major headache Go somewhere else for best results Oriley seems to be in their game way better than these fellas.

Needed some bulbs they pointed me in the right aisle they had a variety that I needed did self check out was very simple took me less than 5 - 10 minutes. I've used them many times in the past especially for batteries it's always very simple

kevin and his crew were very helpful and double checked that the terminal I needed fits my car. They cared about their customers and really did me a solid by showing me what works for my car. They made sure I saved money on what I needed

I want to thank Jim at Auto Zone in Oxford for helping us get a battery that we had been looking and checking for everywhere!! Jim took the time to look it all up and figure out exactly what we need! He went way over and beyond!!! We are so thankful for people like Jim at Auto Zone !!!

I had an amazing experience at Auto Zone Oxford Ohio. They are such a nice team. I had a problem with my headlight bulb, seems like small but for me too big. It was difficult to replace because of my car type. They didn't give up and the problem was resolved.So courteous, so welcoming and above all so helpful. College towns really need such great people who can help the students who come here to study around the globe.

Oxford auto zone always has the best customer service . I have been to numerous auto zones trying to find the correct headlights for my van and the only ones that came out and helped and got my headlights hooked up is Oxford ! Thank you to the 2 guys that helped me after being without headlights for soo long !!

After attempting O Reilly up the road and being treated poorly with no advice, I stopped at Autozone. I was immediately greeted with a friendly Hello, how can I assist you today and already felt more positive about my car part buying experience. I needed an ignition switch to fix my car and Cole provided superb customer service. The part was in stock and he even pulled it out of the package to discuss my questions about installation. After learning the battery in that car was dead, my fianc� and I made the trip back to Autozone. Again, greeted with excellent customer service, knowledge and care by Cole. We will definitely be using this as our go to place for parts in the area.

I have a blown aux fuse. So now I can't charge my phone can't figure out which one it is. So I figured someone might know & or help me with it. Didn't have owners manual with me but I did have the diagram from inside fuse panel door. No one was willing to help other than one kid that at least tried to look at diagram on fuse panel door. I guess until I find someone somewhere knows

Bought a new Duralast Gold battery for my 2016 Silverado and changed it right in the parking lot. The employee that waited on us was a very nice kind man. I have always had good luck with Duralast batteries for AutoZone over the years and I'm old lol

Really rude and not very helpful. Several off putting employees; I had to bring my dad just to get the help I needed because they were not interested in listening to me when I went on my own prior, even though I requested the exact same thing my dad did. Worth going to a different strore just to avoid the demeaning treatment.

The manager and the funny man are helpful and professional. The young man is not professional and knows not that much about cars, though he wants to help. And one more crew is not professional. It looks like half of them are new in this industry. I wish I could see the manager and the funny Man every time. The young man ordered wrong stuff twice and didn t how to replace a battery below an intake. It is pretty simple from Youtube. But he wouldn t do that.

Good location. My first experience was good, but my second was extremely unhelpful.There were two workers, and between them I had maybe 1/5 of my questions answered.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. Non stock parts are ordered and arrive quickly, sometimes even the same day. Common stock shelf items at this location, maybe others, seem a little out of line with local retailers that sell the same items. Part prices are absolutely competitive though.

They gave me spark plugs that looked like they were sanded down and obviously used. (We didnt know this at the time we put them in, the mechanic told us this). Since we didnt know that was the issue at the time I had to get my car towed to the mechanic shop who then told us that the ones we put in were bad. What could have been an easy fix ended up costing me a lot more money and time.

They get job done quickly and professionally. Check your old battery at no cost to ensure a new one is needed. Highly recommended.
