Extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. EXACTLY what one ought expect in a PROPER business!!!--you know, one that prospers because it serves CUSTOMERS!?! (strange concept in these days).

Purchasesld a back wiper blade from them and guy would not even look at to put it on, said you have to take arm off and we don't do that....went home and looked at it myself,didn't have to take arm off and it literally took me 1 minute to change. What happened to customer service? Sad!

5 out of 5 stars all day - everyday. My business and Napa have worked in harmony for years. Couldn t imagine fixing vehicles without quality Napa parts
