I get most if not all work done there. Sad part is....no one wants to work and quality of work has gone down. Not owners fault just way of the world.

Useless, i had a leak in a tire, and they could not see me till next week, what is someone to do not drive for a week. I contacted my dealer and was seen that afternoon and had it fixed. you respond 10 months later, what is the point!

The people were extremely nice. The secretary was very helpful to me. And my overall experience was very satisfactory.3-7-22. Scott at the front desk was very nice got me right in although they weren't very busy and not only did I get two new rear tires but also an oil change so I'm set to go thank you BST

In my opinion, Do not take your vehicle here. Buyer beware, poor customer service and poor workmanship.Poor work and service performed 11/2022 and when caught, tried to deny it and place blame on the customer. This came directly from the retail manager. Beware when giving them your business!

I go to the Orwell Oh location and I will forever be a loyal customer!! Scott Baxter, the assistant manager, ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met while being the most respectful professional. I have sat in their waiting area and NEVER heard ANY staff member be anything less than courteous. My family appreciates their honesty and dedication to a job done right. We won't go anywhere else.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING GROUP OF PEOPLE!!! These guys got me right in at last minute and did a great job!!! I have been to a lot of repair shops and these guys take the cake!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
