I have been a customer of severe auto service for awhile now. They are knowledgeable and truly a great service center. The staff are friendly, kind and will do there best to get you back on the road. I highly recommend giving them a call for all your automotive needs!

The front girl gave my son a quote on his car. He bought the part dropped it off first thing in morning. She never asked him anything when he dropped the car off. About 4 she called and stated the mechanic does not think it was a fuel injector. He never drove the car or anything. He said it was more than time she quoted us. I recorded her when I picked car up. Here is the fun fact. It was a fuel injector and job took about 40 mins for my son to do himself.

Great people to work with. Had several repairs done on my truck. Pricing is good and quality of work was very good. They are very informative and keep you updated every step of the way. I have had nothing but great customer service here. From the office to the mechanics. My entire family goes here from sister's, brother inlaws to mother. Prices are very reasonable too. Just really appreciate the concern Bill shows when you take your vehicle to him for service. Yes, it took longer than I had hoped but he wanted to make sure he found it all so I wouldn't be towing it there again. Great service. So glad I was introduced to his shop. It's been around 9 years that he has serviced my vehicles.

Great service, I own a business and needed my van worked on and fixed immediately to stay on schedule and Severe went out of their way to fix me up right! Van runs Better than it has in years.This company Will definitely be coming back! Thanks again!

Severe auto has done my rear brakes and a custom dual exhaust system on my 2014 F150. The service and cost were great on both. I was very pleased with the dual exhaust system that Bill did. The fit, performance, and look was exactly what I wanted. I work in Orrville and they have picked me up and dropped me off when I needed a ride.

There is not a shop in town that does what they do!! I have been a long time customer and I love the fact that they communicate well what is necessary in order to fix my car. No guessing at a diagnosis and just putting parts on. They definitely know what they are doing here!!

Excellent Severe Auto Service and friendly Service PEOPLE. I've been doing alot of driving on my Van and know if i take to Severe's my VAN is Fixed Right the 1st Time. Check em. Out.

Sister had work done and not three months later had to have the same part they supposedly fixed replaced. Friend also had work done and instead of telling her it wasn't worth fixing the car they did work on it. About $2000. later she has a car that still doesn't run right.
