They knew what I wanted, and they stuck to what I wanted. They didn't try to pressure me into or ask me to buy anything unnecessary. They saved me money on new brake pads that I apparently didn't need. Said mine were still good. They treated me with respect. Thank you! I'm sure I'll be back, but I'm definitely coming back here.

Great customer service! Very friendly and helpful. They took my vehicle in right away and was surprised for being a late morning walk in on a Friday. A little pricey, but well worth it! Waiting area was clean, comfortable and welcoming.

I am very pleased. I had the distinct belief that they believe the way to do good business is to really care for the best interests of the customer.Every aspect of our transaction was positive. When given the potential to be anything other than positive they made the decision and took the action to be 100% genuine.

Oil change for my diesel 2500 also means tire rotation. I bought tires from Flynn's so rotation is free. Nice. I had them alignment (once a year) and the front was out. Flynn's realigned for good tire wear and said everything else was fine. I trust thembecause they took time to explain why it was done.No appointment, I just walked in and they did all that was needed. My 12,000 # truckIs ready to go.I recommend Flynn's.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Clean waiting room with coffee for customers. They were able to get my car in immediately upon arrival. My car tire was fixed quickly.

Best price on 4 quality tires that I wanted. Were available as promised and had a rapid installation. Nice waiting area. Pleasure to have done business with. Will return for next set of tires.

Flynn Tire & Auto Service was highly recommended to me by a trusted friend for tire service.I was not disappointed in the least. I was impressed by the welcoming, knowledgeable associates and atmosphere.A very clean, comfortable waiting area providing coffee and cold bottled water.The tires I wanted were in stock, at a satisfactory price too. The replacement time was very good, and the service attendant took the time to explain the bill and how to return the rebate offer that came with the tires.I was very happy with my experience, and will recommend Flynn Tire and Auto highly myself.

Came in on a saturday morning. Had metal threads showing through on my front tires. Spoke with Nick on my way in and he assured me they had the correct tire size i needed in stock. I arrived at 8:30, they were done with my truck by 9:40. They also did a front end alignment on my truck and put new wipers on it per my request...very fast, efficiant and courtious. Great place to work with! Will certainly be back. Thanks guys

I have been through several shops trying to get my alignment/suspension dialed in. Nick at the Orrville store took the time to show me exactly what was going on with my alignment and why I was eating up tires. I also appreciate that he wasn t very pushy when it came to tire selection and didn t try to upsell me on anything. I didn t realize how much they actually do as far as service goes. I will definitely be taking our vehicles here in the future.

I received service the same day I called. I was back home within 1 hour. Service was done quickly, professionally, and all my questions were answered. I like the fact that the mounting and balance are included. I would highly recommend the Orrville location.

My experience was very good. They took nails out of 2 tires and rotated them all, and no charge. Colton at the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service. Colten and Jerry were very helpful and honest. Colten even provided me with a quote for brakes that was outstanding! Jerry was very thorough and upon inspection we found out we had been mislead by another shop who insisted we needed brakes!! So they saved us money on top of excellent service and quality. I will be hard pressed to give anyone else my business or my money after this experience. Flynn s will be my recommendation to family and friends from here on out!

Stopped in with an unexpected emergency. Staff was very professional and had my car in within minutes. They immediately found the problem and explained to me the fix. I was kept posted and was in and out within 45 minutes. Needless to say I was impressed and would recommend .

Easiest tire purchase. They did everything I asked and it was simple and quick. They even made sure I had all the information for the rebates. I ll happily come back next time.Update: Got a flat from road construction and they fixed it under road hazard and I m back on the road in under 30. Awesome!

I have a notoriously tricky vehicle to work on (Porsche with air suspension) and certain things HAVE to be done or catastrophic failure can occur. Not only did these guys get everything right and taken care of for me, they did it same day and super quickly. I cannot recommend them enough.

A great experience with the guys at Flynn s today! Being short staffed on a Saturday can t be easy but these guys were quick with my tire installation. I called on Friday to check on the best time to show up and Cole (?) gave me a pointer to come later in the morning to avoid an hours long wait. Sure enough, they got me right in. I have to commend the guys for their patience. I walked in to the store to see a difficult customer badgering them about the price of a repair. Not one of the workers let the comments get to them, they remained totally professional. Their customer service was fantastic and I am extremely pleased with the work done on my car. Great job!

Very friendly and helpful, they put tires on the 2009 Crown Vic P71 I used to have and helped me find tires for my 2000 Grand Prix GT that I have now. I like the feel of both sets of tires. Still have the tires from the crown Vic and I d use them on the Grand Prix if they weren t too big. They also let me know I needed tie rod ends and replaced them before doing the alignment.They even gave me the before and after sheet for the alignment that shows what each setting is adjusted to. Got my car back to me quickly!Will definitely be going back in the future.

I ve been here before and never had issues - however, I brought my car in this year to have new tires and rims put on. I had bought the tires and rims brand new and was going to have Flynn s mount and install. I dropped off my car and was called shortly after, they said my tires and rims weren t going to fit on my car. So I left. I then took my rims and tires to another shop in Orrville and they had my car done the same day, no issues at all.
