Wow what a day I had that needs to be noted as it ended on such a high note! I was driving home after work and I heard some strange sounds coming from the side of my car and low and behold the car started to alert me that the tire pressure was low and dropping! I pulled over and saw that the tire was almost flat! I saw a bolt or screw or something in it! I called around and didn t want to wait for AAA on the side of the road!! I called a close by Auto Zone and they said if you can make it, we will help you out on the spare!!!! I slowly drove and got there and I met Bryan (manager) and Adam and they were so kind and patient and helped me out! They didn t ask me for anything or grumble for one minute! They saved me so much time! They quickly replaced it and set the car up to go! Thank you so much for your help! I was in a place I didn t know and I was so nervous to stop but they were just wonderful!! God bless you both!!!

The customer service at this store is incredible. Friendly, helpful, and polite. The staff always go above and beyond. A few months ago I bought a new battery and they went out installed it without me even asking. Today I bought wiper blades and they came out into the parking lot (in the rain) and installed them, again this was without being asked. I will go out of my way to give my business to this store.

My husband and I went to by new rotors and breaks for our sons car. We asked if we had everything before we left the store. Made it very clear what was needed and we still managed to not get the back breaks. I returned to the store and explained what happened and the manager handled it with patience and a smile on his face and made sure we were satisfied and everything was covered before we left! I definitely appreciate how it was handled! Way to go with customer satisfaction, thank you!

Fantastic service, polite and knowledgable staff. I pulled in with a battery that had to be jumped just to get there and a car full of kids. The employee met with me outside, checked my battery and then worked with my budget to find the best replacement for my vehicle. Everyone was super helpful and I'd highly recommend this store and staff.

Very good service. I had an alternator that I bought in 2019 with a lifetime warranty fail. They honored their warranty and refunded the purchase price with no trouble. Thank you!

Needed to replace my wiper blades, ouch! Prices are up. My vehicle takes a special one of course, but the guys were great. Very helpful & they put them on for me at no cost. Love going there they always help me.

The staff are getting to know me as many times I have called in and stopped in. They all are great and very prompt with helping me and other customers. If they don't have something they get it there as fast as they can. Def great employees

Had the exact fuel treatment i needed for my push mower. Seafoam worked great. No my lawnmower runs perfect again. Put winter fuel stabilizer in you gas powered equipment before you store them for winter...

Good experience today with this AutoZone the customer service was absolutely awesome! I am from Cleveland Ohio and I was stranded here in Orville and the staff at this particular AutoZone was able to take care of me in no time ( they went out their way )and made sure that I was back on the road as soon as possible. I greatly appreciate all the efforts keep up the awesome work guys

So I took my friend there because she was told that her coolant was low. I researched ahead of time on YouTube to see which type was recommended as the best to use. And also asked the staff clerk who took care of our transaction. We also asked if he could help us to find and fill the reservoir which he gladly agreed. It was him who alerted us that the reservoir was already full and couldn't receive any more coolant! If he hadn't come out to assist us imagine the disaster the two of us would have caused.I love my local AutoZone. They are friendly and helpful.

I hurried and ran to this store on my lunch break to get a diagnostic ran on my car. I waited for most of it for one customer to get checked out only to be told the employee couldn't perform the diagnostic because they were short staffed and i was the only person in the store. I didn't want to argue with the guy so i left. If they don't want my business then that's on them.

In 3 weeks I ve purchased 2 faulty ignition coils and a faulty alternator, disappointing with the time lost and money invested. After leaving me stranded they refunded the parts but no compensation for the money it cost after the tow and a repair shop installing their part that was faulty, I had to buy another coil and install it from o Reilly s.

Have always had good experiences shopping here, but aprox week ago came in to buy fuses for my vehicle, no customers were in store except me. Went to check out where all employees were standing and looking at me instead of checking me out. Waited until I finally seen they didn't care to check me out. Left fuses on counter and went to O'Rileys next door to buy my fuses.never again will I as a veteranb treated this way. Going to shop at O'Rileys from now on!!!

I am the manager of a gas station in Orrville. We had a girl break down in our parking lot with a dead battery. An employee of mine gave her a ride down to Autozone. Next thing I know, the Autozone manager is in our parking lot helping this poor girl get her battery going and within a few minutes, she was on her way again.

Was cussed out by the manager, when I proved him wrong. When the DM was called he didn't care. This store has no one that knows anything about cars. Take an extra second and go to O rielys.
