2 stars due to they did some of the work, but not completely. Took about a month and I will need to finish what they started. Made an appointment to put on transmission crossember an strap gas tank up, and check fuel filler lines going to the tank as the tank dropped pulling those lines. First appointment they did put on crossember but did not tape/strap transmission cable to the 2 T brackets on the crossember, just let cable dangling, I will do it. They did strap the tank up, good work there but did not check the lines. I paid invoice and had gas can with me started to put few gallons in the tank an gas poured out on ground. Went inside they made me another appointment, waited a week took it in waited another week++ as they were short staff (why make appointments if your going be short staff?). They did put new filler line on (good work), an I assume inspected the rest so gas would make it to the tank. I put little gas in an yea ..leaked on ground...pin holes in filler neck. You can actually get a filler neck & line as a combo or separate, so I just ordered kit from rock Auto, will just do it myself. More disappointed than anything else, glad their in business an the such just wish my appointment/repair would have turned out better.

It took them - literally - 8 weeks to fix my truck with no updates in the meantime. I actually had to buy a new truck because they took so long. Then, when I got it back, the radio was broken (they fixed the engine) and they wanted to charge me to bring it back and fix it again. No kindness, no responsibility, and the mechanic was laughing at me in the background when I called. I have been a customer for years but this is the last time. I'm very disappointed.Service: Engine repair
