Great buying experience at Dunn Chevy! My wife needed a new car and she found a 2024 Trax online she liked. I called to see if it was available, and upon learning it was we went in the evening for a test drive. Megan was fantastic. She was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Not only did she stay after hours so we could take the car home, but she still went over all the features of the vehicle. Shout-out to Matt in finance who also stayed late. He was a pleasure to work with, and got us the best rate and loan term available. Gone are the days of haggling. I never felt pressured, just fantastic customer service from everyone we worked with. Also, when I brought the Trax back for detailing, they did an amzing job. I highly recommend Dunn.

I have never had an issue with the service department here until today! The lack of customer service was very unacceptable from both Mason and Gavin the service advisors. Waited well over 2 hours for a vehicle to get a tire changed, and no one even apologized at all for the wait until I questioned why it was taking so long for the vehicle to get done and then put the blame on their technician. Communication was very minimal when checking my vehicle in and throughout the entire process as if no one cared as to why I was there and have chosen their service department all these years. The comments of we didn t have to do this work for you are very unprofessional from their service department. Do not take your vehicle here for service as they do not seem to care for their customers!!

Our advisor Shelly & the service staff were great they went above & beyond to get us in and out with our vehicle that we had taken to 2 prior dealership that had wasted our time and didn't fix the problem. But here they made sure to do it quickly and efficiently. We are from South Texas and were with our two Littles and they treated us like family. We truly appreciate the service.

I have had multiple mechanical issues in the last couple months. Another dealership did not do the full protocol to fix the issues and I had more issues 3 months later. And yes this was an engine issue and could have caused bodily harm. I took my vehicle to Dunn and not only are they fixing the current issue but they are also going above and beyond to fix the previous issue also. A huge weight has been lifted because of their Outstanding customer service my Tim.

I will never go back to this dealership. I have always done business with this dealership since I purchased my first car. I ordered a really nice custom chevy malibu from the factory last december and got some custom work done recently and a 1 to 2 day job turned into a 6 day job. Even when I got the car back and paid $1700 for the job they still managed to mess it up and had to take it back to get areas rebuffed on the car that they did. Then after, one of the employees decided to say that they didn't have to do the job for me, and that they normally don't do custom work on the cars that I had done, and my response was, "yeah, but you guys agreed to do the work, and charged me $1700, the least you could do Is make sure it's done correctly." After this encounter they took my car back to have the area redone that they messed up and all of a sudden I had a nail embedded into the side wall of my tire and had scuff marks on my roof from there guy that does the custom work dragging and banging the air line off my roof! If you care about your vehicle, I would not recommend taking it to this dealer at all, cause apparently they don't care about you other than when you decide to buy a vehicle from them, they only seem to care in the moment till you drive off the lot with it.

I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze and I have been having antifreeze coolant leak. I've taken my car to Dunn Chevy 3 times to fix leak. Eack time paying $1200, $1100, $1000, they tell me it's a different part each time but I still have same leak every time. It's still leaking now but scared to take there again because I think I'll get charge again. Dunn Chevy look my name up and you will see all the invoices. I always tell Tim you're not gonna charge me again are you?? I've been a loyal customer and I've had other work done there also. I don't really know what to do because now I'm scared they're gonna charge me for something else and I'll still have the same coolant leak in the same place and be without my car missing work!! It really hurts.

Outrageous and distrusting price gouging. $200 cost here. Belle tire does it for $89. You tell them you want something replaced and not checked out, still slapping a $109 diagnosis fee and then full price for parts and labor. I said exactly what needs to be replaced, not can you see what needs to replaced. Avoid service here if possible.

Went in for a used car, with no expectations of buying, just looking. Chad K was super helpful and easy to work with. He wasn't pushy and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time as we looked through tons of vehicles. The laid-back vibe made the experience and process so much easier.I picked my vehicle that evening and drove it home the next afternoon. Everyone at Dunn was fantastic and got me in my vehicle quickly, especially during a holiday weekend!

This dealership has always been excellent. I've bought two cars from them over the years. The collision and body shop was so wonderful when I needed work done on my car. It was easy to set up an appointment and the process was very clearly explained. I recommend to always buy your vehicles here.

I don't own a Chevy (yet) but I wouldn't go anywhere else for work on my car! Chris in the body shop is doing his work with my insurance company to get my car fixed! And if you're in need of a car go see Mike and tell him I sent ya! I'm sure we will be back as my kid wants to talk to and meet Jay Dunn!

Dunn Chevrolet Buick has earned our repeat business for several reasons. First, Dunn's showroom, and sales lot have the inventory we want to buy. Second, Dunn's sales staff has always been fair and honest with our trade value and purchase price. Third, Dunn's finance department gets us great interest rates on vehicle financing. Finally, Dunn's service department staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Going that extra mile to get our service needs resolved in a timely manner, or if repairs cannot be completed that day, a loaner has been made available to us. Perhaps shelly in service can spend a bit more time researching questions on oil changes rather than playing solitaire.Although she was correct in the approximate amount she guessed, she just didn't want to tear herself from that computer screen for a accurate price. All I hear anymore is no one wants to work, I'm not sure if Shelly qualities as working. Thanks Shelly for helping me clearly making a decision on where to get service or new EV. Shelly.....Might want to switch screens when someone is asking a question. Instead I could clearly see the reflection from behind you. Even looked like you have 2 solitaire games going.

Bought a new car with the help of Ryan Mouch the salesman back in January. Awesome customer service! Second car I have bought from Dunn Chevy and will come back when need of further car/truck purchases.Was in today for oil change and touch up on paint great customer service from all services.

Dont buy any used vehicles they all have bandages on them you'll get 10k miles if your luckey then your screwed like a transmission goes out and no help from these scammers at all dont tell me this is why you don't like selling used vehicles but had no problem take 14 grand when you sold it

This review is in relation to a recent experience with the Body Shop. I am beyond pleased! Excellent scheduling. Great communication. I am retired from the automotive business. I have seen many shops. This shop is as good as it gets. Roomy, Clean and well run. Ample modern supplies and equipment. I was very pleased when I was given the opportunity to view my 2015 Sierra being restored. The work completed was extensive and, undetectable. The vehicle was returned to me early, in much better condition than it was in before it was damaged. The Paint Tech and Body Tech did a top notch job mechanically, and aesthetically. The detailed cleaning was as good as it gets. Very competent personnel from the Body Shop front desk, to estimating and the shop floor. I would not hesitate to recommend the Dunn Chevrolet-Buick Body Shop or, return if I ever need these services again.

Great visit!! Everyone is friendly, and service was done so fast!! In and out without spending the whole day there. I will never take my Jeep anywhere else! They do things right the first time!!

Purchased an AS-IS vehicle, which is a great van. Mike Hamdan was very understanding attenative and polite. He didn't try to push something on us we didn't want. I would definitely recommend him to someone looking for a vehicle. Very nice guy

Took my car in with a suspension problem at 8am on a Thursday. They advertise service department open until 8pm. Told my advisor I absolutely needed the car back same day. He said no problem. He called at 10:30am and told me I needed 2 new rear shocks and I said do it. He said they d get right on it. I called them at 5:20pm and both the advisor and the technician went home and my car was taken apart and wouldn t be done until the next day.I said they advertise the service department is open until 8pm. She said oh that s just for oil changes. When advisor called at 10:30 am.He quoted $2000.00. I know some Cadillac parts cost more but I checked shock prices and there s no way this should even cost anywhere near $2000. Ballas Chevy has the price of $425 each shock so Dunn must be charging more than double! I hate being ripped off! I m hoping they made a mistake. I ll find out tomorrow when it s done. Probably need to rent a car for my wife for tomorrow. I am extremely angry about all of this. I do NOT recommend Dunn Chevy Buick to anyone!!!!If they make it right with me I will post again.Well after speaking with the service manager about their parts pricing, they reluctantly took $340 off the bill to match the other dealerships prices but it took them two entire days to replace 2 rear shocks. I will bump them up to 2 stars for getting my bill lowered.They should make it up with me by giving me a full weekend Corvette test drive, then I could give them 5 stars.Randy Samko

The workers here are so condescending. I went in for a diagnostic and was told the price would be a bit over $100. Went to pay and was told it was over $250 because they ran two diagnostic tests. The ladies at the counter were very rude and mocking with their tone when I explained that can t be right.I found the gentleman who serviced my car and he too said that was incorrect and went to take care of it. The women at the checkout counter wouldn t acknowledge me when I went to pay. I ve had so many issues with this car from them. Get rushed to order parts before they close and my car is there all day when I am assured when I drop it off it won t be. Then anytime I call nobody has answers to my questions, they have the wrong documentation for my account and have no records of things with my vehicle I need to know like why some parts are for the wrong year.Don t go to them. It s not worth the waste of time and money.

Horrible advisor (Bobby Gregg) he did not follow up and doing anything he said! Was off and not one other advisor knew what was going on. I took my car in because of a check engine light and they had it for two weeks and did nothing! Claim they were trying to reach extended warranty department and no one ever called them back. When I called they told me my car was ready. I arrived at the dealership I was told car was inoperable. Manager (Phil T)did not know what a was going on went to the Bobby Gregg to find out status and hneither were helpful both were rude and lack customer service skills! Will never patronize Dunn ever again!. I should of known from the 1st time I went and they told me my back up camera was out but couldn t repair it and refunded me the diagnostic fee after attempting to repair. I had to take it to Ballas and they were able to do the job correctly!

Had a great experience at Dunn Chevy. Megan Meyer was a great help at getting me behind the wheel of this wonderful 2018 Cruze! I would highly recommend Megan and Dunn Chevy to anyone in the market for a good car, and car buying experience!

Sold me a wrecked car gave me clean report even checked my own car never wrecked took it in cause grill comeing off and body shop tells me they did lots of work to it. They certified it and everything come to find out car was wrecked and there body shop was the ones to do work and hid it. Talked to sales manager and gave me bunch of excuses didnt want to make it right . Very shady place. Looking for lawyer and I will follow through shouldn't be hard to a judge see what they did. let you know how it turns out but deff would not buy used car here
