I feel like I need to write this. So I went to get a tire rotation and asked them to check my alignment as well since I had been noticing a slight pull to the right. Before I took my car in, I marked the two front tires so I would know if they tried to rip me off (I am a woman who does look younger). They told me I did need an alignment and gave me the before spec sheet telling me that one of my front tires was pretty bad out of alignment and they weren t sure why. Mind you, none of the other specs were in the red, including all of the casters and cambers. I told them I would hold off for now since the alignment costs $99.So when I was able to check my tires like the next day, I realized that they had only rotated ONE SIDE of tires!!! The mark I had made was still clearly there on the right front tire. So I called them and told them. The manager Randy said he spoke to the tech who did it and the tech told him he had all four tires off the car so he didn t know how this could happen. So I bring my car back in and ask if they could do the alignment then since they would have my car anyway. Mind you, they did not offer any kind of compensation, discount, etc. for their error. I figured they would do the alignment for free, but no. Not even a discount or anything.So. I get the car back from the alignment and they never printed off the after spec sheet for me. I should have insisted they do this but I didn t realize. The simple fact that this wasn t given to me should tell you all you need to know about this place. After the alignment the car now pulled BOTH ways intermittently. I had my boyfriend drive my car as well and he said the same thing. So I call them, they have me bring the car back in to check it again. I ask them to print me off the after alignment specs from after the first alignment, I was told they can t do that at this point I blatantly feel like they are just ripping me off.They get my car back on the rack and check the alignment again. The employee Mike eventually comes and shows me the spec sheet and says everything was within spec for the toes. However, the caster and cambers are now off! He explains that these are unable to be adjusted and wouldn t cause a pull anyway, but if I wanted these fixed they would need to order special parts and put them on which would cost like $80 each and be hours of labor. I declined and just took my car and left.Once I got home, I then realized after looking at both spec sheets (showing before and after the alignment) that none of the cambers or casters were in the red before they did the alignment and worked on my car! So clearly they screwed something up because why would those measurements change, particularly if they are non-adjustable. So I called them AGAIN and spoke to the manager again and he didn t have an answer for me, just I m not sure why those measurements were now in the red and out of spec. He tells me to bring the car back in. I bring it back in and they put it back on the rack once more. Once they are done, he tells me they did have to re-align it but it should be good now, as they drove it a bunch of times to make sure. So clearly they messed up the alignment the first time and didn t do it correctly!! This third spec sheet I was given showed everything in the green besides I think like one caster or something (I will need to check the paper again). How did the specs change again for the cambers then if I keep being told they are not adjustable?! No one had any answers for this, just I don t know. This time my car seemed to finally drive pretty straight. It is difficult to tell but I do still feel pulling sometimes. AND apparently they either didn t tighten one of my tire valve caps all the way or they didn t put it back on it all, because it was gone. AND all of my tire pressures were very low when I checked afterward, when they were perfectly fine before. All in all this entire experience was a complete NIGHTMARE and I would not recommend anyone to go here, ever. Especially if you are female!!! They will rip you off.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever I've been here 3 times in the last week and a half, everytime I had an appointment. I showed up early so I could get in by my appointment time except they are so far behind it takes over 2 hours just for them to look at my vehicle, mean time I hear the desk guy saying oh just stop in we can fit you in whenever, why make appointments if you the service techs can't honor them, BTW I'm only here cause they did an alignment and now my car pulls there is another belle tire less than a half a mile down the road I would advice going there before wasting your time with these incompetent mechanics

My fiance bought these two brand new tires from Tireman in Perrysburg.They sold and put them on after giving me a list of front end problems that needed to be fixed but would not give me an alignment until I got the work done. I did have everything done that they said needed done. Upper and lower control arm, ball joints, wheel hubs and CV shaft ( I think that's what it's called) but it was quite costly over $1000 in repairs. Took it back after a few weeks once everything was fixed on my end and my tires were ruined and they acknowledged that they were in poor shape but proceeded to let me pay for a wheel alignment. It ran horrible. My tires are still squeezing and if I go over a bump it will throw me almost off the road. So then I purchased some used tires. But in perfect shape and costly also after just buying two news ones from Tireman SMH. So I'm still having wheel alignment issues I called Tireman made an appointment at the Oregon location for 11am today only to be told that they were fixing the alignment machine and I'd have to wait 3 to 4 hours or come back again tomorrow. No calling me ahead to reschedule because if their mistake. The worker was rude and tried to make it like it was no big deal. I'm done with Tireman. Anyone know who I can go to that will repair my wheel alignment. So frustrated

Service was great, always has been our experience at this location. I would recommend that if you get diagnostic testing there and also have them fix your vehicle's problems, they credit a certain amount of the diagnostic costs.

Absolutely the best place in Oregon to get tires or any other work done. Rick and his guys always go above and beyond for their customers. I was beyond happy they were willing to slap some new tires on some wheels that I had bought to spruce up the girlfriend's wrangler. They disposed of the old stock wheels and tires that were mounted on the jeep and put the new ones on with new tires for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them!

Drove all the way here from another store, once I got there they said they wouldn t honor Tiremans old warranty and tried to sell me a new one. Smh

I started coming to Tireman after having my car previously serviced at Lexus and was very happy until this last visit. I had contacted the manager Rick several times before having my car towed. That Fri they were short staffed, I said no problem. However, after hearing nothing, I called son Tue and was informed car was ready Mon, but no one contacted me. When I showed up, I was told all requested work had been done. I paid, was on my way out the door when I noticed additional work that needed to be done. Prior to this, someone had always discussed this with me. They also did not fix my slow leak and had screwed one of the tires on too tight. I didn t realize it until I was on the road headed for Columbus. I was scared the entire time. Took it to a shop the very next morning (no Tireman avail) after they took the tire off and put it back on, the noise stopped. I was a bit disappointed this time. It definitely wasn t the service I was used to.

I was taken care as scheduled. Had work done as I came in for. They suggested another work I needed. Not right away but within 6 mos. Or sooner. Gave me good price with what I already had done. Had question on my bill. Was fully explained. I'm on fix income so I plan get work done. Thank you so much . Very highly appreciated

I was pretty surprised at the timeliness of the service. The fact that I had just made the appointment with them early in the morning through their site. The rep. was very courteous and understanding of the problems with the car. It was towed to the store arriving an hour early, taken in and serviced in about 2 hours, after the consultation. We have used Oregon Tireman before and we will recommend them to anyone.

Told me 1 hour turned to 3and half hours later and the worst part is they scuffed my rims, removing my tire and didn t mention a word, and I know it was them because my car is brand new, and never needed to take them off tile I got a screw.Would not recommend what so ever!!

On 9-Aug-2023, My Wife Took two Garden Tractor Wheels in for Repair. Mike LaCourse met her at the Truck and carried them in for her.He took the Tires to the Tech. Christopher Conley whom upon inspection they only needed valve stems. They were repaired at no cost to my Wife, OUTSTANDING! Thank You Both from one Greatful Veteran in helping my wife. God Bless You Both and I'll be back.

After Midas quoted me over $200 more than they originally did online I called Tireman and was able to get a fair and honest quote. I was able to save time and money and it only took them roughly 40 minutes to replace my tire versus sitting at Midas for 3 hours for a simple oil change. Tim was very helpful and friendly.

10/03/22My new favorite tire store!The sales person Tim, and the team, went above and beyond my expectations! Couldn t be happier!As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly welcome. And expedient service, even though there were several customers ahead of me. The Tireman, staff had me in and out of the store in less than one hour, with a new set of tires, at the right price!PS After dealing with several other competitive stores in the area, over the years, for now onI ll always spend my hard earned money at the Tireman, store. On State route 2 Oregon, Ohio. anytime I need service on any of my vehicles.

The weather outside was frightful but your people was so delightful. In all seriousness the weather was terrible and I heard a hissing noice coming from my tire and I knew it would not last. I called around and places were sending technicians home. I called Tireman and they told me to come right in. With no appointment I did not wait long, they were extremely helpful and very fast. Super appreciative.

I bought new tires this past year from Tireman and added the replacement warranty. So when one of my tires suddenly went very low I filled it with air and then stopped into the Oregon location to get checked just in case I had a nail or something. Good thing I did as the tire had split on the side and was leaking. Great service and replacement in less than an hour. Very professional employees. I highly recommend this Tireman location.

Trying to charge $100 for oil change and air filter was quoted $32.98 plus air-filter. Also tried to say all 4 tired need replace car only has 20k on it.. smhGuess back to doing it my selfLife lessons for my daughter who took it in, they see a young girl by her self and try to take advantage of it good thing dad was a mechanic for 10 plus years

Tireman on Navarre is my go-to place for auto maintenance and repair. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The pricing is fair. I never feel as though they are trying to gouge me by suggesting I need more than what I came for. They are a very busy shop and if you plan ahead they will get you in and out in a timely matter!!

The people at this Tireman store were very friendly and efficient. And I didn't wait very long. I went in for two new tires but discovered that I needed a wheel alignment also. Was very surprised at their low prices. They even gave me a veterans discount. This Tireman has a lifetime customer. Ask for Payton.

I have been to this Tireman twice. Both times they were eager and able to get me in same-day for an inspection. Both times, I walked away pleased in both service and price. The more recent time, my air conditioning gave out suddenly - a problem that usually sends the wallet into a panic. This location was prompt and responsive, and because they were able to locate the fault so quickly, reduced my inspection fees. When I picked up my vehicle, they had left the protective paper in the footwell, which I find a gesture of responsibility, and they gave me the faulty part and explained what's wrong - a service I'm used to getting from private mechanics, rather than chains. Whoever is running this location really understands word of mouth advertising, and I hope I'm able to send them plenty of business since I work nearby - and since I'm writing this review.

The staff at the Oregon Ohio store were all very professional and knowledgeable about the tires we were looking at. They did an inspection to verify what needed to be done and unlike the other place we went to they were honest to what was needed. Tireman was able to beat the other place by $200 with much better tires doing the front brakes/rotors and telling us the front end was good and did not need replacement. I would recommend Tireman to anyone needing anything all the staff is very friendly and who don t look at you as just another $

Front end was making some not so pleasant noises, pulled into tireman for a look. Got me in quickly and diagnosed front wheel bearing was bad, got it fixed in reasonable time with a good price too boot.

I bought new tires from, as the old ones had over 70,000 miles and were in rough shape.When I arrived they told me someone had sold one of my tires that very morning and that they had to get one from another location. 4 hours later, the car was finished, when I was told it would be an hour and half.The technician did a great job installing the tires tho. I would recommend them to other people but, call ahead to make sure they dont sell your tires which will extend your wait time.

I made an online reservation for a location near my work. When I got there they did not have the tires at the website said they would but the service rep at the counter ordered the tires to be delivered to a store closer to my home. He was extremely helpful and friendly. That night I dropped my car off at the location near my house and was called the next morning to go over the concerns about my car and make sure they were going to do a thorough job. Everything was perfect. Customer service was excellent, good price, and a timely manner.

I was really happy with my service. I was able to make an appointment and they completed the services quickly. Very reasonable pricing too. I got my sway bar links replaced, a tire rotation, and a full oil change all for about 200 dollars which to me, isn't as bad as other places around town. The customer service was great, the employees were professional, quick and knowledgeable. I have gone to a few Tireman locations throughout Toledo over the past few years and I've always been pleased with the service. Even amidst the pandemic, I was able to take care of my vehicle with help from Tireman and for that, I'm extremely grateful!

I needed a hard to find tire replaced the same day. They couldn t guarantee it would be delivered same day but gave me my best option after calling around. They ended up having the tire delivered and mounted on the same day which saved me a ton of headaches. Very courteous while doing so as well. Tire Man on Navarre will get my business again.

Took my truck in for a alignment it was a spur of the moment thing they told me over the phone to drop it off and they will get it done no longer then I pulled back to my house they called and said it was all done and now my truck drives perfect.Very fast with their work prices are competitive and the guys at the front desk was very helpful.

I had 4 tires installed on my truck. It took over 2 hours. This is with having scheduled an appointment. They were extremely busy, they always are. Then I was informed my truck needed aligned. I looked at the report and agreed. It took another half hour. I spent almost 3 hours just getting tires. I worked as an auto tech for 4 years. Changing a set of tires shouldn't take more than an hour or so. So, why am I giving them 4 stars?My daughter was there at the same time. I had told her to get her tires rotated and an oil change.However, my aging eyes didn't see how bad the front tires were worn. The tires were literally shedding tread. I could peel the tread off by hand. My daughter drives long distances everyday. Those tires could have blown at any time and my daughter could have been seriously hurt or worse. So, the gentleman quite literally saved my daughter from a likely horrible event. For this, I am extremely appreciative. I don't remember the man's name. But, to him, I am forever grateful!

I have been a Tireman customer (In Oregon on Navarre Street) for several years. As a woman not having alot of knowledge about cars, I need to have a trustworthy mechanic. The staff at this store has always given me top notch service regardless of how busy the store is, and accurate diagnosis on my vehicle. Even management there is friendly and makes sure the customers are satisfied. My truck is in good shape and I have no worries at all. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks Tireman!

Excellent same day service! I had a Check Engine Light issue/Evap. purge Leak, the team there did a diagnostic on my vehicle to be sure of the issue. Once they found the specific issue, before doing any work, Rick contacted me explaining everything that was done and what need to be done. Work was completed with in a few hours later. Excellent job, excellent service. I will return if need be. This place is well recommended shop to take your vehicle to!
